Perhaps it's missing touches that will make the space cozy. I'm not sure if it needs a couch or cushions on the seats but those sorts of touches may encourage customers to hang out and keep the space occupied. Overall, great place to get your milk tea fix! I'd like to come back and try other drinks on their menu such as their vietnamese iced coffees.

We've also had items delivered a couple times, and they're always well packed and in great condition (not melted) when we receive them. Not only can I get an authentic Taiwanese shaved ice, but they have an incredible variety of ice flavors (strawberry, mango, green tea, etc) and toppings. They also have boba tea (which also originated in Taiwan), milk tea, regular ice cream, freshly cooked Chinese finger foods, and more. The place has tables inside and out and is always immaculate. I also really appreciate that they don't add the problem of landfills overflowing with plastics! They use real dishes and real silverware. I don't know of any other place that conscientious. I have been going here for 8 years. It was started by a couple from Taiwan and the owners the last several years are from China. They keep the place open seven days a week, but even with that grueling work schedule, the customer service is always fantastic. They go out of their way to keep their customers happy. Apparently, I'm not the only one who loves the place, because when school gets out, the place is filled with teenagers and families with children. It's a great place to hang out. I added sago for texture and it did give it a nice profile overall. The 4 pieces of lychee also gave it added sweetness to my drink. The place is a bit small, with claw machines and a small area where they sell merchandise. Ordering is simple via a kiosk. The menu here is unique, meaning that the one in pleasant hill is mainly different than here. I like my roasted milk tea at PH, but I couldn't find it here. Instead, I opted for the Mango Flamingo. Mango Flamingo: Mango green tea with Hibiscus on top. This was a rather floral and delicious drink. The mango portion of the tea was not too sweet and the hibiscus was a nice addition. The mango star jelly added the extra sweetness I liked to complete the drink. Overall, finally nice to try it in person and if I am around the area, looking forward to trying more.

This is my go-to for boba whenever I'm in the Concord area since there aren't a lot of boba spots here. This location is consistent with other Sharetea locations. The drinks and tea quality are not super special compared to other premium boba spots, but your cravings will be satisfied. My favorite drink at Sharetea in general is the mango green milk tea with boba. I always get 30% sweetness and less ice. The boba here has a good chewy consistency. It has also come out fresh and warm even when ordering about one hour from closing on the weekend. You can also pay to split your drink into two smaller cups which is a nice option!
