*This place is still open during the pandemic! :) I am usually hesitant about trying boba spots that seem too modern. 9 times out of 10, boba spots like that are too complex with their menus or mix a million different things in one drink making it too sweet. To my surprise, I was not disappointed! We ordered: -Oolong milk tea with boba -Thai tea with boba -Mango green tea with bob -Strawberry green tea with lychee jelly and boba The boba was absolutely delicious! It wasn't too chewy and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. My reason for knocking off one star is because the lychee was overpowering the strawberry drink. This is an above average boba shop, been here twice and for some reason the parking directly in front always seems to have the most confused and unskilled drivers. I just park off on the side and walk the extra 50 feet to avoid the traffic jam. Then two other people come in and goes on the self serve kiosk. So I continue to wait and she tells me to use the kiosk, but it turns out that you have to use a credit card. So now back again to her line which is now long and she continues to put stickers on cups instead to taking orders. And she does not even keep track of which customers came in first. Now I am behind 5 more people in line. Totally bad customer service! She needs to be trained better. Plus we tried calling our order and no one answers. They have an extensive menu filled with all kinds of drinks. I ordered the white chocolate latte frappe... the bf ordered the blue raspberry slushy and my friends got the milk teas. The frappe was good! But it just taste like regular starbucks frappe. The blue raspberry slushy was not good at all! It tasted like the blue raspberry jolly rancher candy but more sweet. We did ask them to remake the slushy to just blueberry flavored slushy and they were really accommodating. Each drink were around $4-$5 which is regular price. Great customer service and plenty of parking. They had indoor seating which was perfect because we got to sip on our drinks and hangout there as well. read more

Five stars for the drinks, never disappoints. But they need to work better on their timing. Unless you're the only person in the store, your drinks should come out in less than 5 mins. Yesterday, I ordered only two drinks and it took about 10-15mins for them to make it. Mind you that there was no order in front of mine. The barista started making my drink, finished one and placed it on the table. Customer walks in, but also takes a while to attend to her. After the first drink was made, she stops to take the other of the customer. Then proceeds to take the orders from two more. While the second girl didn't bother to help her, until she asked. I even ordered for pick up not that long ago. Said my wait time was about 25mins. Waited for 30mins, app said drinks were ready. Got there it's been 40 mins since I placed my order, and it wasn't even finished yet.. literally the only downfall about this place is that the orders take super long for no reason. read more

I've never been so disappointed with service before. Our experience: We placed our order at 4:37pm on May 16, 2021. There were 2 people in line ahead of us and 2 parties waiting for their drinks. After we placed our order, we waited in the designated area. The line to order was getting very long. It stretched all the way to the parking lot. After 20 minutes, we noticed how everyone that was waiting when we got there were still waiting. We knew it was busy so we waited patiently. Then 40 minutes passed so we decided to ask about the status of our drinks, "we're working on it, give us a few minutes" is what we were told. Okay fine, we will wait. We noticed the cashier quoting new customers that their drinks will be ready in 10-15minutes. We were disappointed that they were not being honest with there wait times. 50 minutes passed and our 2 drinks were finally ready at 5:28pm!! We were just about to leave with our drinks, and noticed that one of them did not have boba. We went back in to correct that mistake and they told us that they ran out of boba and wait for a new batch to be made. HUH??? We did not want to wait another half hour for boba to be made, was not offered any alternatives for other toppings, and decided to get a refund and return our drinks back. Orders were not being made in order, they made drinks for more recent tickets that we watched melt. There were a line of cups with just toppings in them, and nobody making drinks besides the manager. We watched a lady shuffle receipts and move the same drinks around every 2 minutes. And something so horrible.. we saw a barista drop a few cups, and just picked them up and continued to use THE SAME CUPS Overall, there needs to be more organization. Each team member should be delegated a specific role, especially during busy days. They need more help and a better system to make drinks more efficiently. They need to be honest with there quote times. Most importantly, each team member should be trained properly with food safety and sanitation. They just lost 2 regular customers. read more

Easy to find via GPS, you'll see it right away when pulling in to the plaza. This place has plenty of tables (about 7 tables and 26 chairs) and 3 sofas in the lounge area. They have three TVs and Playstations in the lounge!! What tea shop has that in this area??? They also have a Lego wall. I saw they had green waffles and at first I thought it could've been similar to a Filipino buko pandan waffle, but I was wrong. So glad I decided to try it because it's so good!!! Sweetly made with mochi-like filling. I wanted a matcha latte (not specifically on the menu) so I ordered a strawberry matcha latte without the strawberry. Also very delicious. Perfect place to chill, get work done like I did, and get some delicious drinks. Next time, I hope to see more snacks on the menu! read more

Came here the other day to order a sea salt cheese cream with green tea since I have been craving it for the longest time. But it didn't taste right this time. The last time I ordered it, it was great! Nothing wrong with the drink at all. However this time the taste seemed off, I couldn't figure out why. The drink had a weird after taste so I tried the cream and the tea itself. The tea tasted fine but the cream was not the best. It wasn't really spoiled because there was no sour taste. But I found out that the cheese cream that fell to the bottom was the issue. I understand that when cheese cream is stored, the very top becomes a different texture but I did not expected a drink to taste the way it did. I was very disappointed because I enjoy coming to this place. I probably won't come back for a while or just won't order anything with cheese cream. read more

I sent my boyfriend on a boba run for me and he's very unfamiliar with the boba world. He felt very uncomfortable when ordering because the girls were just laughing when he was trying to order instead of trying to help him out. The girl at the POS looked back at her fellow co workers as he was ordering and made facial expressions and the other girls laughed. He also requested boba in the drinks and was even charged but there was no boba in the drinks and at that point he didn't bother going back to ask them to put it in. Not really sure what took me so long to try this place out. So glad I finally did! I love their drinks and their boba's are the freshest! It's not hard and gummy like most places. Also, you can alter the sweetness level of certain drinks which is awesome. I tried their avocado slushy with 50% sweetness and it was amazing! Love that there's only one size and only caveat is it takes them a while to make your drink but I guess for most drink places that is the norm. Give this place a try, you won't regret it.
