The drinks here were not too bad, I think the service just needs a little more organization. My order was the Tiramisu Oolong Tea, Peach Oolong Tea Pudding Latte, and Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam. The foams with the teas were pretty good with still some tea flavor coming through. The Oolong Tea Pudding Latte was my favorite; it was creamy and the peach tea flavor was complementing in the jelly. This drink, however, has no adjustments so it is more of a treat if you prefer sugar and milk adjustments. I ordered via Postmates and I don't think they checked their system so they made the drink right after I came to pick it up. The time was approx 1pm on a Saturday and there wasn't much of a line otherwise. There was some disorganization as 3 different people helped me with my one order but at least the order came out fine. Price wise, the cost is pretty average, at least $4 without toppings. I think this is a nice tea place to try out if you're in the area. read more

3.5 stars. The environment is clean and staff is efficient. You have to order online from outside and I appreciate that the store follows health safety protocol. The price is not bad but the quality of the drinks isn't the best, just average. The yam latte tasted just like milk and yam-- it was good but really basic. The creme brûlée boba drink was good but also no wow factor. The boba quality was pretty good though. The soy cream custard cake was pretty small (hand/fork in pic for reference) and not worth $11 but it was tasty. BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY QUICKLY BUT CHANGED THE NAME! The workers are unenthusiastic and was really dismissive with the question I had about their menu. The male worker that was working has externally rude facial expressions and his colleague matched that energy. Idk if they hate people or their jobs but I felt really uncomfortable. As for their drinks my friends and I ordered a basic jasmine and oolong milk tea because we wanted to play it safe. All I can say is that I wasn't satisfied and it left me feeling kinda sick. I went to this Teazo for the first time and ordered a Boba Tea with an additional topping. The tapioca was under cooked and hard to chew. Having under cooked tapioca in a basic boba tea is like the cardinal sin of a place mainly selling boba tea. Also the portion of the additional topping was very small; might be 1/4 of the tapioca. That sucked because I paid extra for the additional topping. For a $7 drink, it's a ripoff. Will not go again. read more

Drove by this place a few times before but almost always in a rush, so never have the opportunity...until this weekend when I was in the area. Now, I might make a stop at this place everytime I drive by. Orded the tiramisu cake and peach Oolong tea pudding latte, the cake is not too sweet, which is the way I like it. The peach favours in the pudding gives the latte a fruity enhancement. The place is very clean and neat, feel safe eating / drinking inside under the covid era. The tea was the best part of my Earl Grey Cheezo (their equivalent of a cheese tea), since the foam topping was SUPER runny and didn't taste like cheese at all? Also the website is misleading - to order a Cheezo it's in its own section, but the cheese foam is an add-on. For something like a brown sugar boba latte, the boba is an add-on option. And how skimpy can you get with the toppings? The Cheese layer was miniscule, and worse, boba to milk ratio in the Brown Sugar Boba Latte was so bad you could count the number of bobas that were in the drink. The drink itself tasted like milk because there was nothing else in it!!! If all I wanted was iced tea, minus toppings, I could make it in the safety of my own home? Why would I go to Teazo? When you order online they give you a pickup window. I showed up around the tail end and STILL waited 15 minutes. Not sure exactly what they're doing in there (There were two people working) but waiting on a narrow sidewalk for 15 minutes in the sun was not what I wanted to do with my afternoon. It's sad that with so many places closed during COVID, Teazo thinks it can get away with mediocre flavor and skimpy toppings. Foam down the street is much tastier, with better topping distribution....and they have your order ready for you when they say they will! One star because it's much cleaner than the Quickly that preceded it, and one star for the amazing popcorn chicken. I've spent $20+ both times I've been here and the service never incentivizes me to come back. To spend that on one person, at a boba shop, is a lot, so I'd expect a higher standard of service. The first time I was here, I got my boba and then after 30 minutes of waiting for curly fries and wings, I went to the counter and they said, "oh," and pulled the food out of whatever cabinet they keep food in. I was one of the only people there, so why was I waiting for so long? They wouldn't have even realized had I not asked. The next time, I ordered boba, curly fries, and popcorn chicken. Everything came out more quickly this time, but the person working responded in a condescending tone, acting like I was stealing the food because I didn't have my number when I went to the counter. I'm sure they have to be cautious since they're located next to a high school and because SF can be sketchy in general, but geez. There are plenty of boba shops in San Francisco - the service will make or break a small business. I live nearby Teazo, so I want to like it here! 0 for 2 right now on the experiences. read more

Brown Sugar Milk Tea.) 4 star for their drinks. 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Their Brown Sugar is a bit to sweet for me. But again I don't like anyone's Brown Sugar Tea except for Yifang. I guess because I had my 1st Brown Sugar is from them. Then everyone wanted to do brown sugar. 5 star for their service. They were very friendly and nice and gave me 20%off. I didn't have a particularly good experience at this place. I called in to place an order and not only did I not get the toppings I requested (boba for all the drinks), I was also missing a drink. Perhaps they're extremely busy or poor communication. I first noticed the missing drink, I ordered the last drink there. When we were set to leave, we noticed there wasn't boba in any of the drink. We didn't even bother to go back to ask for boba seeing that they were all quite preoccupied making drinks. All of these were very airy and delicious that I'm sure I'll be back very soon! My favorite one by far though is the Chocolate one though, because it was not too sweet but very flavorful. The designs on the plates were very uniform as well! Staff was very nice, attentive, and very informative too, which is definitely a must have at places like this! Boba was rock hard. Probably under cooked. Boba itself had no taste at all. Probably due to either undercooked or used subpar quality boba. My milk tea had 0 sweetness. Wtf, did they even forget to add sugar to my tea? It's basic required skill: remember to add sugar to boba milk tea by default. Took 30 mins to get a simple boba milk tea. 10 mins of which my milk tea was just on the kitchen countertop behind the cashier. Nobody was attending to my milk tea and gave it to me. I was happy to find out that this place opens as late as 11pm!! I love to come here to study because it is such a cute area to relax and do my work. I got the Very Berry Cheezo because I am a big fan of strawberries and found out they use fresh strawberries as one of this drink's ingredient. tl;dr: not worth the wait, slow service and better options elsewhere. Save your self the effort. Teazo was previously a quickly (even my credit card statement lists them as quickly)but in this case I'd rather just find a quickly to be honest. The service was very slow, and it could be that the place is new and the staff is not used to the large amount of people, but all the"hyped" boba places I've been never had me waiting 30+ min for my drink. I ordered both the jasmine Milk tea (50% sweet) and the grapefruit fruit tea (30% sweet). First of all the milk tea even at 50% didn't taste sweet at all. I actually had to add sugar at home in order to drink it. Shame on me for not tasting at the place but they were closing and I figured 50% should be enough even if it was a little underwhelming. Wrong. Second the grape fruit tea was a little better but they forgot my topping. Additionally they put so much fruit on the cup that I probably actually only got about half tp 60% of the actual amount of drink. Finally I ordered both drinks as large and added a topping so my grand total came out to around $10.50+. Overpriced if you ask me for what I got. I'd recommend saving yourself a headache and also 30+ min and just go somewhere else. read more

My order of house special milk tea and jasmine milk tea (both with no boba) was ordered at 2:22 pm. My cheese-sticks came before my drinks. It's 3:00 pm and I don't see ANY initiative to give me my HOUSE SPECIAL WITH NO BOBA. The staff does not know what they're doing--they are slow and they all cramp up together to inspect one order (extremely counterproductive) and people who ordered after me with more complicated drinks got theirs before mine. Came here during their soft opening today! I am loving their Brown Sugar Latte, which I got with 50 percent ice and regular sweetness- I'd recommend keeping their sweetness and not lowering it. My friend and I ordered 3 pancakes between the both of us and got the brown sugar latte drink. The souffles were so soft and airy, not too sweet either. They do take awhile to make so be prepared to wait around a little bit! They do warn you that they make take awhile so I appreciate the heads up. The brown sugar latte was really sweet, which I love cause I have a sweet tooth, but if you don't like it too sweet then I would recommmend only getting half sweetness.
