    Lobster bisque and Pomegranate Martini
    Alessandra C.

Consistently very good food and presentation. Specials are always delicious. More times than not very busy inside overall pleasant atmosphere. Private rooms available for rentals and parties. Lots of parking available around the premises. Was not a fan of the lobster soup special but that could've been just personal. All the other food and drinks were very delicious! Pomegranate martini was very sweet in a good way - went down very easy! Also the bread pudding was to die for! Nutella pizza is a an absolute staple here must get for a table or a bigger party to share!

The coffee/tea bar is open all during your event. We added fresh flowers and pictures to their decorations.

This past wknd we had my daughter's bridal shower in the Verona Room. Everything was exceptional! I received excellent suggestions and explanations from Claire Marie prior to the event. The day of I was put at ease from the beginning as Rae went above and beyond to make everyone happy. One guest had a nut allergy and was never taken care of so well. The food was delicious and I received so many compliments about it after. The chicken aglio and bread with sun dried tomato pesto dipping sauce was unbelievable!! The food was hot and plentiful and the room is so bright and airy with bathrooms right outside. It was a wonderful time by all in part by all Teca does so well. We will be back and if deciding to have your event here don't hesitate even Alberto popped his head in to check on us!! Book Teca today!

I've been to Teca in West Chester a million times but this was my first time in Newtown - it is HUGE!!! I appreciated that it was staffed really well. Service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the menu is so much smaller than WC! I wish I could give 4.75 because our server got the kitchen to make what my mom usually gets even though it was not on this menu. I just thought it was weird to have a bigger restaurant but smaller menu. My dish was great but my favorite taste of the night was the oil that came with the table bread I am VERY turned off by the manager comments though...what is that

The drinks were good 7/10. The Espresso Martini was better than the margarita. Def worth a try if you like that. We got a few orders of the Angry Crab Spaghetti, I would give it a 7/10. It was more on the mild side, Personally would've liked it a bit more "angry" but still good. The branzino, I really wanted to like but I did not. It lacked flavor and seasoning and additionally the toppings that came with it, just did not pair nicely in my opinion. 5/10 The lobster ravioli was great ! 8/10 simple and flavorful, definitely a hit. The place is huge! And they were definitely busy, however, it did take more than an hour for our 4 plates to come out.

Dined at Tecca for the 1st time this past weekend and found the restaurant large, loud & very busy. The decor is of dark woods and it appears that there are various dining rooms throughout the large facility. Walking in it seemed more like a busy train station and we were then shuttled quickly to the platform we assigned to. The waitstaff were nice & knowledgeable but neither them or us could shake the hectic energy that was floating in the air. The food was well prepared and quite tasty but overall more of a high energy party spot than a nice dinner out with intimate friends or loves.

Waiter was great. Appetizers were great. Pasta and salmon dishes were good. But steaks were over done (we ordered Pittsburgh Style).

Perfect for the evening. It took a few minutes for the server to get to us, which wasn't terribly surprising with it being a busy holiday. By the time he got to us, we were ready to order, so we got those placed quickly. We started with the Italian egg rolls. They were very yummy, but the Calabrian chili sauce stole the show here. We would have loved a side cup of it for dipping. Still a solid appetizer. For entrees, I had the gnocchi, one of my favorite pasta dishes. It did not disappoint! The sauce was a great consistency, and the gnocchi were cooked to perfection. I wasn't used to the portion size though. I ended up taking home enough for probably another two meals. Great value here. The angel hair with crab was also a sizable meal. And for dessert, tiramisu finished off the evening. Yet another large portion and great for someone with a sweet tooth like me. I'd probably try a different dessert on another visit, but I was quite happy with it. All and all, a great outing that I'd be happy to repeat.

My 100th Yelp Review is way overdue, but am happy it is a momentous one…read more As this was a dinner of a lifetime. It was the second weekend in December and we arrived on a cold night to Eddie V's. With the chill in the air, it was a pleasant surprise to see valet parking available for patrons. We pulled up, the young man was so quick and friendly & we headed inside. We had a 7:30pm reservation and could see the restaurant was packed. Lots of holiday cheer around the bar area for sure. Our coats were checked. We waited quite some time in the corridor, however after about 10 minutes a staff member appeared with a tray offering of champagne, for all who were waiting. This was an exceptional consideration. After about 10 more minutes we were seated. In the back room of the restaurant, back corner, along side their Christmas tree. The ambiance was only made more perfect by the birthday card and confetti they had adorned the table with. We started with cocktails. My signature Sapphire Martini with Blue Cheese Olives. Spot on. Perfect dirty, only a vermouth kiss and big ole hand stuffed olives. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned. It was with a specific rye on menu that was not available at the time. The server had them substitute Whistle Pig 12 (complimentary without upcharge). This again was so considerate. Our server was so attentive, generous, complimentary, careful and helpful. We loved having him. Our Food- The bread was warm, crusty and chewy. Along with the creamy, fatty butter flaked with salt and chives. We ordered our appetizers- Oysters, Calamari and Dumplings We loved having the opportunity to try multiple varieties of oysters. They all tasted clean and distinct. My husband loves horseradish, so it was fantastic to see a side offering of just that, with the cocktail sauce and mignonette. And the lemon was in a bag!!!! The Calamari was a joy. Asian flair, crisp veggies, the calamari sang in texture and light fry. And cashews!! Squid and cashews. Inspiring. We also tried the Wagyu Dumplings. Plump, savory pillows. The beef was tender and flavorful. The wasabi cream gave a zing. Our meal had the best start. For entrees, my husband ordered the Lamb Chops. I ordered the Sea Scallops. Sides we had - the Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. (We had leftovers, lolol) The plating for this Lamb was so strategic. It sat atop its Chimichurri Butter Sauce just the bottoms dabbling in it. So at your desire- to dip at whatever length the lamb, into the sauce, or eat the lamb alone. This dish was incredible and genius. My Scallops were seared spot on. Golden crust but a mild, clean, sweet inside. Cooked exactly. The pepitas gave a nice crunch and the squash puree gave a seasonal spin. But the scallops stood on their own and it was perfect. The Asparagus had bite, was not woodsy and not over seasoned. Just a well cooked vegetable. The Lobster Mashed Potatoes was butter heaven. Creamy, the huge chunks of lobster were swimming, and no potato peels, so smooth & decadent. We were stuffed so nixed dessert, however- a birthday dessert arrived. What a show! Flambé hooray!!! A firey plate with bananas, a coffee chip ice cream and chocolate cookie cake. We ate it happily, (hating ourselves later, for being so stuffed). This dessert was so sweet in gesture and taste. An ideal ending. This was sincerely the most care we have ever felt dining out. We felt like (and ate like!) a King and Queen. The thoughtfulness that went into our night gave miracle service. Model class, truly magical, and unprecedented. Thank you Eddie V's for a birthday experience so incredible in food, small touches and care that I will treasure and feel special for forever.

The restaurant was completely packed, and by the time we left, there was a crowd gathered out front waiting--definitely a popular spot. Inside, the two-person tables were set quite close together, making the space feel a bit tight, and the noise level was quite high throughout the restaurant. Service was a highlight. Our server, Nadine, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She answered our questions with ease and always had a welcoming smile, and the bussing team kept our water glasses filled without us ever having to ask. We started with the complimentary warm bread and butter, which is always a nice touch. We were also each served a fried oyster called amuse, which was a pleasant surprise. I had the crab cake appetizer, followed by the Big Glory Bay king salmon with a side of crab fried rice with mushrooms. My husband ordered the Wagyu dumplings and the Norwegian salmon. I enjoyed my dishes--everything was well-prepared and flavorful. However, my husband wasn't particularly impressed; he found his dishes to be average and not especially memorable, which made the overall experience feel a bit uneven. While the restaurant delivers on ambiance and solid service, the food didn't quite rise to the level you might expect for the price point. Overall, it feels like an elevated mall restaurant--pleasant, but slightly overpriced for what you get.

We typically eat at the restaurant but this evening we ordered takeout because we both had a long week. Once we got home I opened up the boil bag and immediately noticed the sauce was red. I then tasted a shrimp and a mussel, and was immediately irritated because the seafood and vegetables were spicy. I called the Restaurant right away and spoke to a gentleman and informed him what happened. He stated "I'm sorry, it looks like the chef made a mistake. I'll talk to him". I said what can you do for this huge mistake because my husband cannot eat spicy food. The gentleman stated he needed talk to the owner. The owner told him to have us bring the food back. I was furious. I told the gentleman we live on the other side of town, his store closes in 1/2 hour and it will take us over an hour to get there. My husband then took the phone from me and asked the gentleman to put the owner on the phone. The owner asked us if we could bring the food back tomorrow. My husband then said "lady are you kidding me?" "Is there some type of credit you can put on our account." The thing is my husband and I we were not asking for a refund. She didn't even want to offer a $5 or $10 credit or any resolve for this mistake w/o us using a lot of out gas to fix something that should've been correct in the first place. My husband explained to her as a store owner you have to do the right thing & make it right! We shared with her how we haven't been at her restaurant in a while and we drove to her store this evening for a meal. None of this meant nothing to the store owner. The customer service we received this evening was piss poor. My husband advised the owner and the gentleman we will no longer be returning to this restaurant. The sad part about this, was when we were waiting for our food I had just said to my husband, wouldn't it be nice to have a party here at this establishment and invite our close friends. They have no idea how much money they just lost out on. We go to different restaurants & we give reviews good or bad, mostly good. We are professionals who exude, phenomenal customer service. We are the ones who will call the manager over at the end of a meal and praise a server or a good customer service person that served us well and one who exceeds super professionally. This did not happen tonight. If you do go to this establishment, please check your food before you leave if you're doing takeout!!!! This owner lacks a sense of empathy and concern if orders are made incorrectly. We will not be visiting this restaurant again and what a shame because my husband really loves the fried. Flounder it is absolutely delicious.
