The xfinity agent told me their system was not proprietray and it could work with blink cameras. It is proprietary. There are advantages and disadvantages to a plugged in camera. I thought I could get the best of both worlds, but now have to run a separate system for blink. I talked to Omar 10/25. I complained that because they gave me bad info, I have to invest in additional equipment (sync module, echo show, and new router. From what I've been reading on the forums. It doesn't play well with the xfinity router). He told me they weren't charging me for the security equipment or installation so I let it go. I find out today, they actually are and they basically tell me there is nothing they will do. Sso much for their "satisfaction garauntee". Maybe I'll keep it. If I pull it out, I'll let you know how it goes. Just be careful when you talk to these them. I've been getting bad information. They might wonder why I never stick around for their surveys. It's because it sometimes takes a week or so before you find out the customer service agent didn't do what they told you they did. FYI: The system itself works OK for what it's supposed to do. I just wish their people were knowledgable enough to have told me what it was supposed to do instead of telling me what I "wanted to hear".

I have spent the last 20 minutes on three calls to your automatic fake agent that loops me through the same series of press 1, press 2, press 3, commands, but I never get anywhere, just a replay of the same thing. Is this what monopoly looks like---all for the company, the customer be damned? I already know about your capture of the FCC and other federal agencies, along with your telecommunications pals. You have been hiding the real facts on EMF bio-research for decades. Meanwhile, the great majority of studies--on neurological, fertility, reproduction, and developmental effects, as well as on oxidative stress, formation of free radicals--leading to serious disease-- have been demonstrating health effects from your wireless services for decades. You, like the tobacco industry, hardly care. Your services are way overpriced for what you get. You've held people who need landlines hostage. Yeah, this review is "epic" all right.

Each time I've called they've told me they have no record of me having called before. They literally told me I did not call before and yes, of course I did. During my previous calls, I told them that the equipment was at my neighbors house across the street and how did I get that to returned back to them and they told me they no longer pick up equipment. How would I know that if I hadn't called? The first guy I talked to, Michael, told me maybe I did call but I called the wrong department so there was no record of either of the previous calls. Like if I called the wrong department, they wouldn't tell me that or transfer me to the right one? Then I asked to speak with a supervisor, Damaris. She told me there was nothing she could do to help me. The only thing I could do was send an email and they'll look into it because there's no record of me having called before. Unbelievable. Aren't you guys also tired of these people who try to rip you off one or two more times if they can get away with it? They obviously don't care about their reputation or they wouldn't have an average of two stars with their reviews. Is it really worth it to them to have a bad reputation to steal $75 from me two more times? I guess. It's hard for me to wrap my head around that but yeah I guess so.

My building is supported for 100mbps, but I usually get around 200-300mbps download speeds, and at least 200mbps upload speed at all times. Sometimes my upload or download will peak around 500mbps. -Their support staff really knows their stuff. It's not like calling another ISP's support where you get tier1 support who asks you do to the basic troubleshooting. The support staff you get when you first call is likely the person who will truly be able to fix your issue. I work in IT, and absolutely appreciate this. THAT SAID, their hold times when calling for support are usually pretty terrible. I've been on hold before (including last night) for 1+ hours and then the call gets disconnected for whatever reason. Their email/online support is pretty lackluster. No way of updating or creating tickets online short of emailing them. In my current case, I've emailed them in response to a ticket and they seem to ignore the email altogether. I'm now trying to call them to get the issue resolved. Overall, I'd give them an A- as a grade. If they could up their support, it'd be the best ISP out there.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously question that decision. I went To store to replace a stolen IPad. I visited the store at 1100 S Canal St in Chicago on Sunday and was initially told my claim was still processing. I understood and waited until Monday. On Monday, I confirmed with Verizon customer service that the credit for the replacement iPad had been applied, and the representative also sent me an email confirming that the credit was back on my account. I even called the store ahead of time to make sure the iPad was in stock, and I was told that it was. When I arrived, I spoke with a representative named Alonzo. While explaining my situation, the manager, Dianna, came over, did not say much or introduce herself, and began going through the Alonzo's tablet device. She then asked me to explain everything again. I gave her an explanation and even let her see confirmation email, she walked away without giving any clear direction and went to back room of the store. A few minutes later, Alonzo left and went to the back. He came back a few minutes and told me the iPad was no longer available. This didn't make sense since I had just confirmed it was in stock. When I asked for help finding another location or calling another store, I was basically told to figure it out myself. At that point, something felt off. I had a friend call the store while I was still there, and they were told by another employee, Xavier, that the iPad was actually still available. That was extremely frustrating and made me feel like I was being given the runaround. When I brought this up to the manager, she changed her explanation and told me I needed to call Verizon again before anything could be done, then walked away to help other customers while I was left sitting there trying to fix the issue on my own. In the end, I had to resolve everything myself with little to no support from the store staff. The lack of communication, professionalism, and consistency was disappointing. After being a loyal customer for so long, this experience left a bad impression. I expected much better, especially as someone bringing business to Verizon.

During all the years I lived in Florida, I also never had any problems with your company. Recently, I moved to Chicago and upgraded my phone. At your store on State Street in Downtown Chicago, I was offered a $60 privacy screen protector, which I agreed to purchase. I have only had the screen protector replaced once, and for approximately two months now, I have been walking around with my phone screen completely damaged, cracked, and looking absolutely terrible. And I sincerely hope that the original screen of my phone has not been damaged in the process. What frustrates me the most, however, is the complete lack of care and customer service at the State Street location. The service is extremely slow, and when I am finally helped, I always receive the exact same answer: "We don't have the screen protector in the store. We'll have it next week." The following week, I get the same answer. The week after that, the exact same answer again. Eventually, one of the employees asked for all of my information and my address so they could ship the screen protector directly to my home. And to this day, I have received absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, I am still walking around with a severely damaged phone screen and a screen protector that should have been replaced months ago. How much longer is this going to continue? I am reaching my limit. If you are unable to resolve such a simple issue, I will pursue my legal rights and will also seriously consider switching to another carrier. Because, at this point, you are simply not delivering what you promised to provide to your customer. And let me make one thing very clear: if my phone's original screen has been damaged as a result of this situation, you will also be held responsible for the corresponding costs. I am completely fed up with this level of disregard and disrespect. I want my privacy screen protector issue resolved TODAY, or I want my money refunded, along with reasonable compensation for the time, inconvenience, and frustration this situation has caused me. Otherwise, I will take the appropriate legal action against your company. I have always been an exemplary customer. I pay on time, I keep my account on autopay, and I consistently fulfill all of my obligations. The absolute minimum I expect from a company of your size is respect, accountability, and for you to actually deliver what you sell to your customers. I sincerely hope this is the last time I ever have to complain about this issue.
