Ted's North is one of those places where it's honestly hard to order wrong. No matter what you get, it just hits. Blind order? Still a win. Even if you hate pickles and somehow end up with pickles... surprise, you're a pickle person now. Ted did that. The place itself is tiny, blink and you might miss it, but don't let the size fool you. This kitchen is putting out big flavor, zero nonsense. Everything tastes intentional, dialed in, and made by people who clearly care way too much, in the best way. As for cleanliness: it's solid. Not fancy, not sterile, just well kept and comfortable, exactly what you want from a neighborhood spot that's focused on great food, not white gloves. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient. No over the top spiel, just good people getting you good food without the wait. This is the kind of place you keep in your regular rotation and confidently recommend to anyone visiting. Ted's North isn't trying too hard, and that's why it works. Five stars, easy. Small space, big flavor, zero regrets.

Barb is the best! Really pleasant and the food is great and the price is affordable. The energizer with a hash brown usually does the trick for me, the blueberry muffin buttered and toasted is also a good play. They have good sandwiches and is a staple grab lunch to go spot! The fries are supposedly very good but I've never had them!

2 words: seasoned fries. Don't miss these!!!! The sandwiches are great here. After trying both breakfast and lunch items, lunch is definitely the way to go. Did I mention seasoned fries? Just making sure. A solid local spot. You can't go wrong but the spicy Italian and chicken cutlet are my go-to. It's a small place so it can get packed but they are super friendly and it's worth the wait. Highly recommend!

What can I say, COVID has made me a take out sandwich connoisseur. And this is the blue ribbon winner, hands down. I've had The Godfather which was spectacular! I'm a guy that truly believes you can seriously screw up a sandwich by having too much bread or too much meat. You need a balance. The bread, meat, cheese, gravy balance was perfect. Sometimes too much gravy can make a sloppy soppy sub. Not the case here. I've also had the Gobbler. Honestly, you don't know how much you miss holiday food until it's May and you get a turkey and stuffing and gravy sandwich. This thing is just straight up a beast of a sandwich. One of the best I've ever had. Finally, I recently had the disco chicken. I can take this one or leave it. It's good but the starchiness of the fries kind of dried this one out. Still leaves and bounds ahead of other deli sandwiches but my least favorite of the three. Fries are good. Not much to say here but they are cheap and a good side so just get 'em. Prices are excellent, food is truly incredible, and take out his lightning fast. Great job Ted!!

Blown. Away. Dare I say top 3 sandwich I've ever had in my life. Service was phenomenal, vibe was perfect, sandwich was obviously spectacular. And don't get me started on the seasoned fries. I would go there just for them - a must. Please, never remove the Tommy Devito from the menu because I will crave this sandwich until the day I die.

I love this spot. For years it's been a staple in the town and it's obvious why. Their fries are simply the BEST (but get a small unless you're sharing with at least three people... they are more than generous). Hope they stick around for decades to come.

Great sandwich my first time there! I'll definitely be back, although next time I'll order ahead because of the long line.

Cute little deli. Enjoyed the turkey barley soup and the honey honey turkey wrap. Price was right friendly service.

Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 Choripan Special: Half Sausage Sandwich Homemade Chips This special deal includes a half sausage sandwich with freshly cut french fries (the owner refers to this side as "chips"). This sausage sandwich is a simple sandwich consisting of protein, bread, and a signature sauce. While this may seem dull, it's actually quite tasty. The Argentinian sausage was served on a soft seeded roll. The chimichurri spread was freshly made in house and undoubtedly the best feature of the sandwich. The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned perfectly. A side of ketchup was included, but they were so flavorful they could have been eaten without any dipping sauces. There is a decent amount of seating in the dining area. Because the ship is located inside a strip mall, there are multiple parking spaces behind the stores. Carlos was very attentive and an outstanding server. He welcomed me into the restaurant and made me feel right at home. #nickssandwichshop #saddlebrooknj #choripanspecial

The steak was very tender, juicy and the chimi sauce enhanced the flavor. Bread was fresh and toasted. I liked the skirt steak sandwich the best, it's not cheap but the ingredients are high quality so it's worth it as a treat. When I was in there, I saw the stuffed bread. After a bit of a conversation about what was in them I opted to get two of them one with broccoli Rabe And one with mixed vegetable vegetables. Boy were we both unhappy with what we got. My boyfriend's father found his braciole and sauce to be so salty it was inedible. He likes food and he is rarely disappointed in an Italian meal. But he said it was so bad that he couldn't even eat it. He ended up throwing it away. I was equally disappointed. Maybe more so. There was no way that vegetable roll was made that day let alone any sooner than two days before. It was so stale. It was hard as a rock. And I hadn't even heated it up. I cut into it right after I brought it home. It also tasted stale. I ended up throwing it away too. Broccoli Rabe roll was a tad better. It wasn't hard as a rock. But it wasn't fresh either. It tasted meh. The only thing I was happy with are the prepackaged taralli. They were imported and were lovely. Go there for the prepackaged imported food products. Don't waste your money on the dicey homemade food experience.
