The cilbir, the tahini bin, and the Breakfast Sendvic with sudzuka patty.

Wow! This place is a gem! We were pretty intimidated by the long line, but it actually goes pretty quick and the food comes out just as quickly. Every bite was phenomenal. We had the Cilbir and Breakfrast Sendvic with sudzuka patty for savory items and they came out shortly after our pastries which came almost as quickly as we sat down. Both were savory delights. For pastries, we had the sour cherry scone and the tahini bun. Super well done on both counts. While smaller than anticipated, the sour cherry scone with thai basil was delicious and had a great textural variance. The outdoor patio is lush with greenery and was an easy choice on where to sit, but the inisde looked very fun as well.

We had a great time visiting Telva at the Ridge for brunch. They have food and drink menus at the welcoming desk and you would order at the counter before finding seats. The foods were made quickly but were so delicious. I ordered Cilbur with sunny sided up eggs and the dish was so flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the toasted somun that came with the dish. Their iced chai tea latte was very refreshing with perfect sweetness. Definitely will be back again!

This place is super cute and the food is awesome! The inside is decorated with so many pretty plants and decorations. We showed up on a holiday weekend Friday around 11am and were able to order and be served pretty quickly. The person at the counter provided great recommendations for what to order for a few of us who were on the fence. The food itself was all delicious! The cilbir was bright and rich with perfectly cooked eggs. The breakfast sendvic was great, with the meat as the standout factor. Everyone left happy and impressed!

I've been here multiple times and I've never had anything that wasn't amazing! (The mustafa tost was good, didn't have the deeper flavors that I like, but still very good.) I didn't think that the orange cake would be nearly as good as it was, but WOW!! The cream topping was phenomenal and the cake itself was SO flavorful and moist. The orange flavor was more authentic and present than it's been in any other orange-flavored thing I've ever had. The kilbir is always savory and has a depth and warmth to it that pairs perfectly with the yoghurt. I wish there was more bread included because the pieces included don't seem to last for half of the dish. The latte was very nice! If you're a coffee lover, then you'll like it. The coffee flavor is very nice and isn't drowned out by the syrups. The baklava parfait is a MUST. With the honey drizzle and nuts and flower petals on the plate, you get nice variety and it looks gorgeous. The sweetness of the baklava filling paired with the sourness of their homemade yoghurt, it's a perfect pairing. The service was also very professional and helpful when an item was missing from our order.

Fun to go on a breakfast date with my wife. We tried a couple of different things and loved each bite. It's usually very busy, but they do a great job of seating everyone and food comes out quick. Worth a short wait to enjoy!

I love this place! Telva has such a welcoming atmosphere and the food and coffee are phenomenal! Expect a wait on the weekends, but it's very much worth it. They serve Balkan coffee and breakfast, so it's not your typical American diner by any means. I typically get the cilbir but the sloppy mustafa tost is also really good. You can't go wrong with any of their pasties either if you want an extra treat! Their eurocream latte is one of my favorite lattes in town and I will wait in line just for this cup of coffee! They make their own hazelnut and chocolate syrups, so it's hard to replicate at home.

Finally found a spot with coffee ans real food, that the partner approves of! He usually likes a pastry with his afternoon coffee, so I was surprised when he ordered an avocado toast with an egg on top. Along with his double cortado, or hot latte with light milk, he has finally found a spot other than Starbucks for his afternoon coffee needs. He likes to say "would you like coffee" at lunch time. So that leaves me scrambling for real food. Today, I ordered the Baklava Granola parfait. I am focusing on a high protein lifestyle, they do have plenty of egg options, but I'm getting tired of eggs, so I jumped at the opportunity to get Greek yogurt. I wanted to ask where the yogurt came from, because it was so thick and not watery at all, I would definitely be interested in finding that for my home. Combined with granola, a drizzle of honey and baklava wafers, I would totally order it again but there were many other things that I would like to try!

Telva at The Ridge is one of the best breakfast spots. I've been a few times now and everything has been to die for. The Breakfast Sendvic with Sudzuka sausage was hearty and filling. The Cilbir was amazing because the garlic yogurt with tomato chile brown butter and herbs was perfect for dipping with sourdough. The Telva Avocado Toast was packed with fresh ingredients, messy but so good. We also tried the Breakfast Pide with dried sudzuka, which was like a flavorful breakfast pizza. We even had the pumpkin toast special, which was unique with a chili oil spice. Everything I've had here has been consistently delicious and don't forget to order their pastries. The service is also top-notch and they're very helpful when ordering and do a great job managing tables and seating.

Had a lot of fun coming here with a friend. It was super busy on a Sunday but somehow we were able to get a table right away. We got drinks and I got a cookie. It all came out soup quick even though they were busy. My iced seasonal drink came in the cutest cup ever. I would recommend maybe coming on a less busy day. Super cute place though and good drinks.

This is such a cute brunch place with delicious Balkan food. It is the sister restaurant of Balkan Treat Box. Service is fast - you order at the counter and then get seated. Our favorite is the Cilbir as it was so savory and flavorful. It has a tomato and yogurt sauce with running eggs overlying. Knafeh was okay, not great. It was not as soft as I would have liked but did taste fresh.

Superrr yumm! I've been here three times so far and I left satisfied every time. My favorite dishes are the cilbir (turkish eggs) and the breakfast pide. Yasmina is an amazing server, she helped me decide one the best options for my taste and helped secure a reservation for my birthday brunch. My friends and I were taken care of by her and her team and made brunch feel so special. The vibe is perfect for family and friends! -I'm not much of a chocolate person but I did enjoy their hot chocolate. It's more on the sweeter side! Only downside is that it can be incredibly tricky to find parking depending on which day you come.

I went to Telva for the first time while I was in Webster for an interview, and it was such a great find. I really enjoyed the chicken breakfast pide. It's also attached to a nursery, which made it an enjoyable experience. I loved being able to walk through and look at all the plants after eating.

It allows people to gather eat a sweet treat and have general conversation conversations where you can actually hear one another. They do have outside seating too. The chocolate cake was soft and as a non-cake lover I found this very delicious. Definitely worthy of sharing. I ordered a quiche to go. I had mentioned they didn't have the spinach feta pastry that I had before. The gentleman stated we have some in the back, I'm happy to get you one. So I ordered that too. And although this was only our second time coming, the fact that they'll make a fresh pot of coffee in my opinion is key to a great café. I will keep this in my rotation of places to go.

This made the wait a bit longer than I expected, but the employee was working very hard and making good time considering she was alone. I enjoyed listening to the alternative music and hanging out in the store. It was clean and comfortable. I ordered one of their March specials, the Peanut Butter Guts, as I love coffee and peanut butter together. I also ordered a cookie from Cookie Hustle (which I think is like a sister business housed under the same roof) -- a pumpkin snickerdoodle. Sounded so good! I enjoyed my coffee drink. It definitely had a detectable and enjoyable peanut butter flavor, as well as the mocha. I think it was a tiny bit heavy on milk for my preference, but overall it was tasty. I ate the cookie later and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect chewy snickerdoodle texture and lots of yummy spices. I wish I'd gotten several different cookies to try more! When I showed up at breakfast with my coffee, my family remarked on how much they like this little shop and keep coffee from here at their house for special occasions. High praise! Eventually, I'd run out of money and be forced to live out of doors, perhaps in a tent in the park across the street. It would almost be worth it. Kentzo Koffee is not without its flaws, but it's a good place to have a coffee ("koffee") and a light breakfast. It's not clear to me how long it's been around, but it's possible they have a few issues that just need ironing out. A guy from my running group who lives nearby was running down the litany of businesses that have been in this space. Is this location cursed? Was a Native American killed there? This is no fault of Kentzo, but there was some confusion as to whether the breakfast bowl comes with eggs. I could have sworn that it doesn't and that the menu made this clear, but a few members of my group, who are girls with whom I'm not inclined to outwardly disagree, insisted that it does. It seems like it should anyway, right? What's a breakfast bowl without eggs? You could just as easily have such a bowl for lunch. That's unacceptable. This place had umpteen baristas, including one dressed like she was working for tips in a place frequented by bikers (she looked amazing), but they were barely keeping up with orders. This was fine with me. I didn't have anywhere to be, and my drink--an iced vanilla latte, natch--was good when it finally came out. But this is not the kind of place to stop and grab a quick drink on your way to work. There was only one guy making food, as far as I can tell, and he was on it. He made my Breakfast Bowl w/ Bacon and brought it out before I got my drink. He warned me that the bowl was hot, but he was holding it with his bare hand. He must think that I'm actually *from* Maplewood. I had to have the girl who handed me my drink fetch my cinnamon roll. Were they supposed to hand it to me when I ordered? Were they hoping I'd just forget? The cinnamon roll was cold, like maybe it sat in a refrigerator overnight. It occurred to me that it almost certainly wasn't made that day, but it didn't seem particularly stale or prepackaged. It cost more than I paid for most meals in the pre-Brandon era, and it occurred to me that they could just give you a bit less, not charge as much, and I'd be fine with that. Did I devour the whole thing in a few bites anyway, like I just got out of jail? Yes. Yes, I did.
