My daughter wanted to have her 12th birthday party here. It was easy to reserve a table for a party of 13. The staff here was friendly on the phone and very accommodating. My daughter and her friends had a great time. We were even able to bring snacks in. It was clean, they played great music in the background and gave us plenty of time on our reservation. I have had 2 negative experiences with this company now. The first was when my sister came over from England and she asked the staff if she painted something would it be ready prior to her departure date 4 days later. She was assured that it absolutely would be, low and behold it was not and I was given the run around and then I had to pay to ship it to her. Decided it could just be a one off and asked if I could book my gf who is experienced, an hour on the wheel for her bday to be told I would have to book her a 2 hour class so she could be taught how to do it even though she already knew. I booked us both a class at $90 and my friend sadly came down with a migraine the afternoon of the lesson. I called and apologized for the short notice and asked if it was possible to reschedule to be informed there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if we could just be late and do the second hour if she started to feel better but again was told this wasn't an option. Literally no empathy or even apologies that your friend isn't better just no and goodbye. Will stick to the cute art place a few doors down when I come to vail ranch going forward where the staff are friendly. read more

Serious staff attitude - I tried to sign up for a class, I never received a confirmation screen or email to confirm the class was booked. They charged my card $90 and I only found out about it after reviewing my credit card transactions. When I called to figure out what happened and let them know about how there was no confirmation email or screen confirming any class - the boy on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. I was really excited about this place and would have paid any late fee if it was my error however the attitude on this guy is a real turn off. I was planning on going to a studio weekly but will be finding a different studio all together and update this post to share which studio is a great to go to near by instead of here. read more

I have never done pottery before but I wanted to learn with my grandma, so we signed up for classes. The class was led by a wonderful instructor named Debbie, she was very patient and helpful with teaching me the wheel. I just wanted to share my great experience from this wonderful studio! Loved Temecula Clay! Staff were all welcoming, friendly and open! We booked a group class to learn how to throw clay, this was a retirement celebration for my sister-in-law. Instructor was so kind, patient and helpful, never made any of us feel like we were couldn't do it. He gave clear instructions, helped each person, didn't ignore anyone and never felt rushed even though there was 8 of us and only one of him! Jennie booked your class and answered all questions leading up to the class, she was kind and friendly. Fun was had by all and we are so excited to see our final pieces!
