Went there for the first time last night with the family during Happy Hour and it was awesome! The beer selection is top notch and the wood fire pizzas were some of the best we have ever had. We had the pepperoni with hot honey which I highly recommend and the Aloha style pizza with big chunks of smoked pork...so good! The ambiance both inside and outside is super cool, there is even a little space on the side with some jenga blocks for the kids. Tim the manager was amazing...super friendly and was talking to patrons like they were close friends. He told me they usually have live music on Thursdays as well. It's great to have a family owned brewery in town with a good selection of beer and good pizza.... just be prepared to wait a long time for food (especially on weekends). I understand the wood-fired oven takes a while, but they should really have some snacks or appetizers that don't require an hour's wait. We had to go next door to Which Wich to buy chips for our hungry kids. The location next to a park is great for families. We brought a ball and the kids spent the entire time playing there. Having been to the one in Signal Hill, I was eager to try this one. I had the Mosaic IPA and the Trail Marker WC IPA, both good. They have a good variety of beers including guest taps. Friendly service, good atmosphere and a bitchin stereo set-up with great tunes playing. Didn't get to try the pizza but it looked really good. Some friends and I went to 10 mile brewing tonight for dinner and this is a complete self service restaurant. We had to get our own drinks and bring them to the table. We had to get our own silverware and plates. We had to get our own water and they text you when your food is ready but I don't know if it's an Internet issue but our text came about 15 minutes later than the pizza was ready so by the time we got it, the pizza was cold and chewy. We even had to go up and get our own to go box when we we're finished. Then, when we went to the desk to pay, they turned the monitor to us to give them a tip, even though they provided absolutely no service at all. If 100% self service is what you're looking for this might be the place for you but make sure you pay attention to your text or keep checking back at the window or you're gonna be eating cold chewy pizza. I ate one piece and just took the rest home to heat up later. after you order at the counter. My husband and I ordered the pepperoni pizza and while we loved the pepperoni and the honey, we didn't feel like the pizza had enough sauce or cheese, and I had the sour watermelon beer, which I reallly liked. read more

It was crowded. It has clearly become a place for neighbors and friends to gather. Good size outdoor patio and seating inside for ~20 people. The employees were very friendly and the beer guys did a good job of explaining the flavors and providing tasters. - Vibe: they keep the large garage door open during the day. This resulted in a ton of flies being in the indoor eating area. They provide table top fans for the tables to keep the flies off the food, but it doesn't do the trick. Would be a better vibe if they either installed a strong air curtain or just kept the large door closed. - ICE: they need a larger ice machine. They currently have a table top ice maker, which is good for a household, not good for a restaurant. If you want ice for your water or soda, good luck. They save the ice for the cocktails on the menu. - Beer: I enjoyed the beers I had. A light 3.2 and a West Coast IPA. Genuinely enjoyable. - Pizza: the pizza was terrific. They cook in an enclosed prep area visible from the tables. We had pepperoni and BBQ pizzas. Tons of crust. Great flavor. read more

Food and drinks were great, however very limited seating and very slow food service despite not very many people ordering dinner. We all shared two pizzas, garlic knots and the corn salad between five people and there was nothing left on the plates. Food was great but servings were small and we probably would've ordered a bit more in the future. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and the dough was delish. Unfortunately they ran out of caesar salad after we had ordered so we had to have the Mexican corn one, which we liked and had a little kick to it. Garlic knots were quite small but had good flavor, however the marinara sauce did not stick to them at all so you had to scoop it with a fork. Overall we enjoyed all the food, just wished the brewery had more seating and heat lamps as well as quicker food service as they seemed to be very behind on their orders and there weren't a crazy amount of people eating. read more

This place is just what Ladera needed! Cheesy, flavorful, delicious wood fired pizza, garlic knots and fresh Caesar salads to eat. Super friendly service and they have knowledgeable team members to tell you about all 40 beers they have on tap! The boysenberry seltzer was delightful, not overly sweet and the fresh fruit flavors really came through. Also you have to try the Hooked on Onyx black ipa, seriously great taste! This place is beautiful, clean and has gorgeous natural light. The outdoor area has a fire pit and you can literally sit on the fountain to eat. Honestly every time I come here I'm left disappointed with the food and the service or lack there of. It always sounds like a good idea because the park is next door so our kids can play/run around while we wait for our food which ALWAYS takes so long to make. They ask for you phone number so they can text you when the food is ready and I've never received a message saying it's ready. I'm constantly getting up looking for my food and then by the time I get it, it's cold or someone else grabbed my food. It's not efficient having to grab your food that way. They should have staff grabbing the food and taking it to whomever it belongs to. Also since when do we pay for staff with our hard earned money to give there two cents about what our children are wearing or not wearing? ITS NOT YOUR JOB! I think if staff remembered to do their job then wait times wouldn't be as long for food and the place wouldn't look a mess 24/7. I wish I got the names of the female bartender and the cash register girl because I would blast them on here. I've never been treated so poorly before by staff that is supposed to be giving customer service. Ten Mile for me is a big fat fucking No! read more
