I'm just making it under the deadline of saying I went today. First of all Shauna (I do hope I have her name spelled correctly), was very nice and accommodating. She has the customer service skills I would look for on my team (if I were hiring anyone currently). She was on shift around 3pm today as I went. This was my first trip, and hopefully not my last. I tried the huge screen Pac-Man and enjoyed it. The bowling alley (both regular and vip sections) looks amazing. I will definitely return and want to give kudos for a great first visit. read more

Ten Pin is the perfect family outing! The food is amazing (I had the Tuna Poke Bowl - it was delicious - and definitely not your typical bowling alley food item), the service is awesome, the atmosphere is super fun! We've been a few times and it's a great place to escape from a rainy day or just come hang out in the A/C during a hot summer day or night, this place has it all! Fun for the whole family - bowling, arcade, virtual reality games, a few escape rooms (which our kids did and loved the challenge!), and of course a great bar for the adults. read more

First time at Ten Pin Eatery. We got a Teriyaki Steak Tip sandwich and a burger. Both were great. The fries were delicious and the service from Tobias was good. Watching the Sox on at least a dozen TV's was a bonus. We will be back! read more

Overwhelming atmosphere. Chicken tenders made me have immediate diarrhea. Service was okay.

Held a Company team building event for 75 people. We occupied the VIP room with overflow into the adjacent main area with 2 additional lanes for bowling and gathering/eating area. The event was a huge success from our Event Planner, Connie who provided one on one consultations and by phone/email. Well organized. Food really delicious given the number of people. Not your standard buffet of salad. Pasta. Pizza. Passed appetizers of buffalo chicken. Shrimp. Beef egg rolls. Crudités. Attentive servers and bartender. Very accommodating and seemed to be having fun working our party. The laser tag and bowling; arcade accomplished the team building goal and having fun with Colleagues. Waited to write a review until I could make a second visit. It wasn't a fluke, this place is amazing! Great pub food, (we're not a seafood family) and drink. The major renovation came out beautiful and there's so much to do for parents and kids alike. Plenty of tv's at the bar and lots of tables and booths to choose from. The service was great with a polite and attentive staff even when it was really busy. I loved that the games actually awarded prizes and the lazer tag was a huge hit. We plan on bowling for our next visit and noticed that there are private lanes in the back that would make for a great birthday party. Can't wait to go back! read more

I brought a camp group to Ten Pin and our experience couldn't be better! The staff is amazing and beyond attentive! We loved bowling with the interactive videos, and the ability to put the bumpers up and down. Lazertag was awesome and lots of prizes were won in the arcade. We had pizza and soda served to us in the private room. The pizza was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and it's super clean. We will absolutely be back! read more

We had a table of 3 on Tuesday, 6/25/19. after about 15 minutes after being seated our server finally came over and took our drink order. one drink came out about 10 minutes later followed by the other 2 about 5 minutes late, keep in mind one of the drinks that came out late was a sprite. then one persons food came out all at once, appetizer and entrée, while the other 2 people were still waiting on their food. the server never checked on us, someone else ran her food. we flagged her down to order another drink from the bar and literally had to walk to the bar and get it because she was on her phone in the server station. never cleared off dirty dishes, and when we asked her to remove the debris, she picked up one plate, went to the trash can and dumped the napkin off, and then BROUGHT THE PLATE BACK TO THE TABLE AND SET IT BACK DOWN!! Top notch service and delicious food in a venue with a variety of dining environments. You can watch bowling, mall shoppers, your favorite sport (on numerous appropriately located big screens), or enjoy the intimacy of a both far from the maddening crowd. My dining companion enjoyed cod served with a tomato basil sauce. I had their lobster mac and cheese with bacon and tomato thrown in for good measure. We shared strawberry shortcake for dessert along with coffee (her's was Spanish.) Overall, a delectible dining experience with the guarantee of many return visits. The Ten Pen is an excellent addition to the Chapin brand and deserves a spot high on your list of must-visit restaurants. read more

Nothing but good things to say about this place. We had a large group party a few weeks ago and were given the royal treatment. This place has everything you could want. Bowling, Escape Rooms, Arcade, Karaoke! The manager was more than willing to go out of this way to make us feel a home. The food was good and service was great. For what it is and where it is, I think this place is a really great idea! I like the food better at the Orleans bowling alley but this is great to have in Hyannis especially since Ryan Family downtown closed. Food was a 7 out of 10, IMO here. Atmosphere is a 10/10 if you're up for loud noises, bright lights and an active atmosphere. Great for kids, parties and large groups! I have always had great experiences here until today. Jerry the bartender/manager was very argumentative and unprofessional. Any issues between staff members should not be relayed to the customer. He made the worst drink I've ever had there. I made reference to the excellence in service I usually have and he didn't like that comment being compared to other bar tenders there. The ladies behind the bar are amazing, I like Jamie as well. The food is great and I love the atmosphere. read more

Went there to celebrate my sons 11th birthday, no reservation. When they found out it was his birthday he was treated like a king. Exceptional staff! Best service we've had on CC in a long time. My daughter lost her arcade pass and they issued her a new one immediately. So much fun will definitely go back! Everyone had a blast playing laser tag, even gramps! Came here late one night, not knowing what to expect but heard about this cool new spot. Was seated by a very nice hostess, but the fun had just begun. Ten Pin Eatery(TPE) offers a tantalizing menu with plus libations - while entertainment options hover around like sugar plums. In short, TPE is a keeper. Take their Large Garden Salad brimming with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and cukes, it'd satisfy a handful! Perhaps add a side of Wings, some of the freshest, meatiest fellas in mid-Cape. And their Clam Chowder might be simply called, "Marvelous," creamy and stuffed with tender clams and spuds. Or anyone for a Coney Island Hot Dog? The full version is so smothered in rich sauce and onion topping, it should come in a Yankees plate. (Hey, just sayin'!) OK, I got a ferry to catch so may I add rockin' Lava Cake, hefty cocktails, fresh brews & doting bar service make Ten Pin a real home run. And super for takeout. (Eating in? Expect leftovers!) We will NOT be coming back. I wish I knew about this earlier, but tonight when I asked my ten year old daughter if she'd like to have her birthday party at ten pin, she told me she didn't want to. I asked her why. She said that last weekend when she did an escape room with her friends, they got yelled at by an employee who wasnt even running the room. She said he barged into the room at the end and yelled at her and her friends that they don't get to know how the rest of the room works and that they need to leave right now. She told me that his name tag said Justin and that she felt unsafe and ashamed to go back. I asked her if any other employees were mean to her or made her feel uncomfortable. She said that the boy who was running the room was apparently wonderful. So kudos on having ONE decent employee. read more

Service was a joke sat at a table directly next to an empty bar and waited 15 minutes for 3 beers and was told " sorry the bar is really backed up", would hate to see how long it would take if anyone was sitting there. We've been a fan of Chapins and Fish and Chips for years, so when we heard Jimmy opened another restaurant in Hyannis, we knew we had to go. We stopped here for a few drinks after doing some shopping and before going out to dinner elsewhere. We came to listen to the scheduled singer. The whole place is a welcomed addition to the Cape Cod Mall. The bar is huge as is the restaurant area. You can eat right next to the bowling lanes, or farther away in another table area. Our bartender was Jamie and he had such an awesome attitude you couldn't help but be happy around him. The beer selection both draft and bottle/can is very good. Their specialty drinks are delicious. The food coming out looked good, with their pizza looking AMAZING! We did look at the menu and loved that it included some of the Chapins favorites: boneless wings and their mixed grill to a bunch of new appetizers, sandwiches and meals. Everyone at the bar were in their 50's-70's, so do not think this is just a place for kids. We will definitely be back to eat soon and are happy to have a Chapins that is open all year round! read more

I work at the mall so I've gotten food from Ten Pin quite a few times (each time hoping it will be better than the last) but it never is. The food is over priced and BLAND. No flavor, never warm. The drinks are an absolute rip off. Service is slow even when the restaurant is pretty much empty. It's a shame really but whenever customers ask me where to grab a bite to eat I tell them to just leave the mall and look elsewhere. read more

We ordered the Margarita Pizza and it was the worst one I have eaten. It tasted like a frozen pizza that was purchased at the grocery store. The acoustic are terrible. The atmosphere is carnival like. The seats are comfortable. The Hibiscus Margarita was good. I have never heard of their wines. Its a great "big screen" TV bar. The Grab Brothers Band was the attraction and they are always the best. read more

This place is amazing great food and service. We came in I guess on an extremely busy night and our server was struggling (she wasn't bad but clearly she was new). Well we weren't that from the bar so I went up and ordered a drink from a cute girl named Marielle. She asked how everything was and I told her honestly. She apologized and said they were very busy and our server was indeed fairly new, but that if we needed any drinks to order them from her!?! I was blown away by her genuine service. She made the night enjoyable we all had a blast ended up tipping the server and the bartender. I'll certainly come back and next time sit me at the bar!!!! read more

Disappointing. Food was good but small servings. Expensive - adds up especially with kids. Wait staff is excellent. Empty at 7 on a weeknight. Arcade is a complete ripoff. Our 8 year old spent $25 in ten minutes. Groups of young teenagers roaming arcade slamming machines throwing trash on floor. No one stopped them. Same thing in mall. Only people in the empty mall were groups of kids talking loudly. No security in sight. That is the reason we stopped going to the Cape Cod Mall years ago. There are no pins standing at Ten Pin. Service was incredibly overwhelmed although they were hustling. Drink wait times were far too long. When asked if a certain ingredient could me removed from a cocktail that was not premade, the answer was that it could not be done. Unfortunately will not be returning. read more

My husband and I had a delicious dinner. Our waiter Tobias was excellent and was very well trained. The service from being seated by the hostess to our server was excellent. The service was terrible. They brought out food with no plates. They brought our hamburgers and fries with no condiments and when we asked for ketchup the waiter went to watch the TV for 10 minutes. We had to ask another server for ketchup. We ordered a margarita and got a small glass full of ice for $13. The food was mediocre at premium prices. $84 for a meal experience that wasn't worth $8. While the experience was fun for the first half, the second half was absolutely terrible due to both game master negligence and technical issues. Any time we asked for a clue we waited for 3-4 minutes, oftentimes to radio silence. After asking several more times we would occasionally hear a "1 more minute" over the speaker. Obviously in a time sensitive game, this is detrimental. As far as technical issues, there was one part where we successfully solved a clue, and then waited as nothing special happened. After searching around for almost 10 minutes, the game master decided to tell us that we had to pry open a vent door (after hearing in the briefing to never force any object). After several attempts the game master said "pry harder". Lastly, on one of the final clues, my group was confident we had it right and tried over and over. Our game master chimed in over the speaker and informed us we were doing it correctly and we needed to "press the buttons harder". When this didn't work she told us to just move on. When we inevitably failed the whole mission, she simply said "well, there was more you had to do after anyways". Do not give them your business. read more
