I saw people coming in one by one placing orders. They somehow managed to make the drinks so quick. Mine took a little bit longer since it gotta be brew fresh. I got the 913 King's tea. This was supposed to be a hot drink. However, they agreed to make it on ice for me. It was a bit weak. I returned to ask for more sugar and ice. You can either buy tea or go to the other side of the shop that sells boba. This is our second time coming here and they are never busy which I'm surprised but also pleasantly happy about. I love the diverse menu. One of my favorites is the kumquat iced drink which is a good size and plenty of kumquat to see after you are done with your drink. Service has been good both times. Not much ambiance which is fine cause we always take it to go. There's street parking or you can find a parking lot close by. We walked it from the Cathedral, so it was a good walk especially since we had free parking after attending church. We will definitely be back. read more

Definitely not the same quality as other Ten Ren locations, but staff are super kind, quantity is plentiful for a cheap price, and easily visible from the main road. Parking is easy on the street. 25 cents can give you 30 minutes worth of parking. Enough time to get the drink and bounce. read more

This is one of my favorite places to go in Eastvale. Both the drinks and food are quite good, especially for the price. I love their basic milk teas, but they are on the sweet side. Their bowls are quite filling, with my favorite being the braised pork bowl, however I was a little disappointed with their joy pot. I highly recommend the spicy wontons! Friendly staff and their Green Mango Green Tea was really refreshing, with lots of mango bits.

We came on a Sunday at 10a. They are one of the few boba shops open before noon! However they cook their boba fresh and didn't have boba ready until 11a. We got other milk teas. Parking is free on the street on Sundays. We came for Howling Rays last week and finding cheap parking is hard! But luckily coming early you can beat the rush. read more

Yummy place in Chinatown DTLA to get tea and boba! I ordered a 75% sweetness taro milk tea with boba and my cousin ordered a 50% black milk tea with boba. I usually order 100% sweetness because most boba shops make the drinks too sweet, but my drink tasted like 25% sweetness and my cousin felt as if her drink was not sweet at all. Which was totally okay! Healthier of course. Just fyi if you like your drinks sweet- 100% sweetness is probably what you're aiming for. The tea was light and refreshing. It didn't taste artificial but rather relatively high-ish in quality. Not as "high" in quality as boba guys or bopomofo to me, but I enjoyed it more than Quickly's next door and Bubble U further down the street! We enjoyed our tea here and I think the place can be a bit more efficient since there were only two workers here with a pretty long line on a weekend day. They especially get a lot of people lining up on the weekends it seems being near the outdoor bakery and the popular chicken place where the lines are over 50 people (even the clothes shop was getting a lot of foot traffic!). I appreciated how they filled the cup to the brim. However I don't like that they use plastic lids since those seem unnecessarily (why not just the plastic lined ones that use less plastic?). I would ask to lower the sweetness because regular is quite sweet. Basically a coconut smoothie with strawberry drizzle. The fruit tea here is not bad either, I personally like their mango green tea. I would give it a 3.7 stars if I could. I just want to note three is not meant to be bad just average. I think Ten Ren is good I just don't see anything special about it. I wanted a mango cooler with boba but they didn't have any boba ready which isn't a problem but I did overhear a family say "they never have the boba", which I think is something to note. I came here because all of the Tea Stations closed and I remember Ten Ren's tea being sold there so I came here. Big mistake! I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba. I asked if they were related to Tea Station and the lady told me different owner, same tea. She was friendly enough. I saw they had a huge tea store so while I was waiting I went to look around. A guy comes out and tells me hi and stands right in front of me. He is a few feet away, just standing and staring. He didn't ask me if I needed help, he just stood there. I was uncomfortable so I told him that I was just looking. He said okay and continued to just watch me. I had never had someone watch me so closely before so I didn't feel comfortable touching anything. I wanted to look at the different teas but his staring made me so uncomfortable that I was just walking around. I thought this can't be happening so I went around the little stand in the store to see if he would come over there. As soon as I went around he came around and said hi again. I frowned and started to walk over to the counter where she announced right on time that my drink was ready. I was so disgusted by this experience. I get it, not a lot of black people probably come into that shop, but to follow me around like that was really unacceptable. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I have no doubt that that was racially motivated. He was literally only a few steps away from me, watching me like a hawk. The drink itself was nowhere near Tea Station quality. It tasted watered down and the boba was bland. I didn't even feel comfortable going back to have them remake it so I just took the loss and threw it away. Bad drinks and racist service....what a combo. Never coming back to this place! read more

I love placing phone orders because they have my drink rdy super quick and all that's left is to just pay and pick up. Super quick and easy! Definitely recommend doing that to avoid the lines! I ordered 2 mango green tea and while the gentleman was pouring the already prepared green tea into both cups, he noticed there wasn't enough to fill both cups to the top so he decided to just top it off with more ice.
