Though it's a small restaurant, it's a pretty solid noodle spot with quick service. The noodle dishes here have some pretty tender meats and flavorful broths - but beware, some of the broths can get pretty spicy! (And speaking of hot foods, also be careful as the pot of broth you dump your noodles in is VERY HOT, with the broth still boiling as it arrives to your table.) As for the skewers, I got chicken gizzards (my personal favorite), fish balls, sausage, and beef/enoki... though the beef/enoki skewers felt a little lacking in flavor to me, at least when compared to the other skewers I ordered. We got lunch on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to wait at all to get seated. 4/5 Food: the fried pumpkin cakes and popcorn chicken were hot when they came out which was absolutely delicious. The fried pumpkin cakes had red bean filling and made for a great appetizer or even dessert. The noodles came out shortly after and the portions were quite large. My friends and I all got different broths, and they were all really good. 4/5 Service: Our server made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful even when some of our party arrived late. I ordered the black stinky tofu, boneless fried chicken, and the tomato beef rice noodle. The stinky tofu was not as stinky as I thought it would be. It honestly tasted like it was packed with hot pot broth seasoning. While it tasted fine, I think I was expecting a bit more from this dish. The boneless fried chicken was crispy and juicy, so I greatly enjoyed this dish. The tomato beef rice noodle arrived piping hot and had a sour acid taste to the broth. It was more flavorful than I expected it to be. There was a great assortment of toppings included with this dish such as napa, bean sprouts, ham, etc. My only complaint is that the fatty beef is added to the dish already and cooked pretty quickly. The rice noodle was served on the side so you can control how much you add into the dish at once. Overall, the meal was pretty filling. I would enjoy this more in the winter when it is cold as this dish warms me up really quickly. The restaurant only had one server and she did an amazing job handling all the customers present. She was very attentive and made sure to refill our water and adhere to any of our requests. I wish there were a bit more variety in the broth flavor, but I did appreciate the customization options. The shop is a bit small but most of their orders seemed to be through takeout, so it wasn't too crowded. Their in-store menu seems to be a bit more extensive than what the pictures show on Yelp. We ordered a picked pepper rice noodle and a pickled fish rice noodle. The food arrived BOILING hot, literally with a rolling boiling. The instructions are to soak the noodles for 10 seconds before enjoying. We put in half of our noodles first to avoid sogginess of the noodles. The flavors were so good. The only thing we could knock them on was the toppings. There could have been more toppings but it was mostly bean sprouts, two tofu puffs, some wood ear mushroom, and very few kernels of corn at the bottom. The menu also seems to imply that you can add the toppings to the bowl yourself, but it comes mixed together already. The only thing you add are the noodles. Come prepared to sweat if you're ordering a spicy dish. The flavors had a lot of depth and paired with the ice cold water they serve, it was perfect for a cold day! read more

Stopped by for dine in on Sunday night. It was relatively quiet with only a couple tables occupied by customers. I ordered the kimchi broth noodle and my boyfriend ordered the spicy beef noodle. The soups came out piping hot with all of the ingredients except the noodles inside. The waiter told us to put all of the noodles in at once before the soup cooled down. The broth was very flavorful and the rice noodles were unique. On the menu it looked like the ingredients were supposed to come separately and you put them in yourself. You can find their menu on their page on the Fantuan app, which is a Chinese language delivery app. It's hard to find the menu elsewhere - their website doesn't seem to work. We went in person and ordered two of the rice noodles - we got the original (in a non-spicy white broth) and the pickled fish rice noodle (spicy, although you can ask them to customize the spice level). The pickled fish broth was peppery and sour and flavorful, and they are generous with the fish. The non-spicy broth was pretty good, but the picked/peppery broths have a bigger flavor impact. Noodles had a great bite to them and, unlike many takeout noodles, they didn't congeal in the takeout container at all. We waited about 10 minutes for the order to come out. The restaurant was busy with takeout orders. Friendly service. There was one person sitting inside for indoor dining, but majority of volume was takeout. No outdoor seating. read more
