    Peking duck, beef, fish, rice

Great classic Chinese hot pot. Almost everything was included in AYCE, including the skewers and Peking duck which were great. All the hot pot ingredients were pretty good, and only thing I noticed was the sesame paste was quite thick, sometimes being hard to dip food in. Towards the end though the soup base got really salty even though we added more water to it, so I'm not sure why that is. Server was very friendly and chill, without strict rules about the AYCE. The restaurant is nice, clean, with fun decor.

Have not been here in a while. Lamb skewers and duck wraps were still very good. Lots of selection of sauces, appetizers and desserts. Loved the shrimps and noodles. Lots of selection of meat: garlic beef tasted good. Service was quick and accurate. Ambiance was casual yet comfortable. Great seating space, Will come again. Parking was spacious.

Met a friend here for dinner. Lots of parking in the plaza. We just made it before it started to get busy. We were seated right away. The orders came out quickly. They have a good choice of proteins and veggies. Their broth was pretty tasty. The service was okay. Probably cause it started to get busy. It's probably not my top three but it was somewhere different to enjoy some AYCE hot pot.

ACYE hotpot located within minutes from the SF Premium Outlets. They'll give you a menu and you can mark off all the food you want. Food came out fairly quickly and the staff checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. I got the tomato soup base and found it a bit on the lighter side. The meat and veggies were all fresh. They also have a sauce and appetizer bar. In addition to the hotpot, their menu also included peking duck rolls and beef/lamb kebabs. Which I thought was pretty good. One thing to note: Tip is included in the bill already. They told us when they gave us the bill.

Why is the price tag even three $ on Yelp? It's super affordable and GREAT value. You not only getting the hotpot with premium meat, but also peiking duck, lamb skewers (best in and around the Bay), and those walnut shrimp are the bomb too, all you can eat! Service is also great, zero complaints. I will go again for sure

Top Pot offers an all-you-can-eat hot pot experience for $35.99 during dinner and on weekends, which includes access to a sauce bar and a variety of cooked dishes like Peking duck and skewers. The ingredient selection for hot pot is impressively extensive, and service was efficient. The only reason for docking one star is that the broth lacked depth compared to other hot pot spots, and the meat could've been more tender. The ambiance was decent but not particularly standout.

Came on Friday afternoon, wasn't too busy. I remember coming here years ago and it was meh. Glad I came to give it another try! The hotpot meat quality and selection was okay and standard. Not quite the highest quality or event felt like the freshest meat. Really frozen for sure. BUT what I'm amazed by is the other things that they had to offer. The beef and lamb skewers were surprisngly really good! They're on par with other skewer places in the bay. Definitely loved that it was unlimited. There's also some cold dishes and some hot dishes near the sauce station. Grab your own chow mein, fried rice, and even walnut shrimp. What??? Quality was whatevers for those, but still the fact they offered that! Another great thing that's included with the price is the duck rolls. You get a peking duck wrapped which I for sure have not seen at any other AYCE hot pot spots. Staff was friendly. Our server was like, "I was worried you only ordered so little. Order more!!" LOL And what's a great plus that I noticed was that when they refilled out broth, they actually added more broth. Some other hotpot place just add hot water to fill it up. But not at Top Pot! I would 100% come back here again for the skewers and wontons! And great service!

I came here on a Saturday for their $35 per person all-you-can-eat hot pot and was enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and welcoming, with a great selection of broths and an even better variety of meats, veggies, and add-ins to customize your pot. They also offer a side bar with additional appetizers included in the price, which was a nice bonus and had plenty of options to graze on while waiting for the pot to heat up. The service was attentive throughout our meal, with staff checking in often and keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, a delicious and satisfying hot pot spot that feels like a great value--I'd definitely come back!

Do not recommend! The worst broth and meat/seafood that I have ever try. Any other hot pot restaurants in Bar Area are better than one.

Soup base and fresh ingredients always made our visits pleasant. We came back for their 20th anniversary deal. The line was super long but that's not surprising since many others probably came for the deal too. We wish the waiting line queue was a bit more accurate though, as we kept getting updates for longer waiting times. But after four recalculations, we finally made it in. Food quality overall was decent. There was a bar to grab as many veggies, noodles, and a few choices of seafood and fishball items and you can grab as much as you want. Meats and fish roe fishballs were requested with the waiter. There is also a hot foods and with chicken wings, fries, chow-mein, and sesame balls. There is a sauce bar, but the broth was so well flavored that we didn't really need the sauces. Drinks can be added for $1.00 more for each person. Seating was spacious and waiters were friendly and efficient. Would we come by very often? Probably not since it can be pricey. But would we come by once in a while, or for special occasions? Yes! Great place with fresh ingredients and choices, and a fun place to hangout with others!

I've been meaning to write this review since July 2021--at least, that's how old my first set of…read morephotos is from when I intended to post a review. But years later, Tasty Pot at Ulferts Center is still one of our reliable go-to spots in Dublin. My wife usually orders the Beef Hot Soup, while I go for the Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup - both with a side of rice and either black or green tea during lunchtime. Both pots are consistently delicious, satisfying, and served steaming hot - the kind of hot that clears your sinuses and makes your nose run. For reference, we order them at the "medium" spice level, so either we're weak sauce or they really are that hot and spicy. I especially like that Tasty Pot's meals are complete individual servings. You get the full hot-pot experience without having to fetch ingredients, wait for a communal pot to cook, or coordinate a family-style meal. It's easy, convenient, and perfect when everyone just wants to dig into their own bowl. Service has always been fast, and the food comes out piping hot and ready to enjoy. The wait staff also checks in to see whether you are running low on soup and need a top-off. They also have a rewards program that earns you points toward a free hot pot; it has changed over the last couple of years from a "buy seven, get one free" setup to a points-based system - either way, it's a nice bonus. If you're craving comforting Taiwanese-style hot pot in the Dublin, Pleasanton, or Livermore area, this is an easy five-star choice.

My sister recommended Tasty Pot because she said it was well known for its soup and good service,…read moreso we decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, our experience at the Dublin location was extremely disappointing. We visited on August 8, 2026, at around 8:45 PM. We are a family of 9 and were just passing through the area on our way to our hotel. Since the restaurant's website states that the closing time is 9:30 PM, we thought we had enough time to have dinner, especially since this was our first time visiting. As soon as we arrived, however, we were told by the server that 8:45 PM was the last call for orders. We immediately tried to order as quickly as possible using the online ordering system because we did not want to inconvenience the staff. After placing our order, we were then told that green tea and other teas were unavailable, so all of our drink orders were canceled except for water. We understood that items can sometimes run out, so we let that go. The biggest problem was the service and atmosphere after we received our food. It was very difficult to get the attention of the staff because everyone seemed to be rushing around cleaning. We genuinely felt like we were a burden simply because we were still eating. What was especially inappropriate was that while customers were still dining, the staff began putting chairs up on the tables. I even took a picture because I believe management should be aware of what was happening. If the restaurant is still open and customers are still eating, this is not the kind of atmosphere customers should be subjected to. Even worse, it appeared that the AC was turned off while we were still eating, even though it was not yet closing time. With hot pot already being a very warm meal, we were literally sweating while trying to eat. After a long day of traveling, the last thing we wanted was to feel rushed and uncomfortable during dinner. We tried not to make a big issue out of it because we were tired and simply wanted to finish our meal and get to our hotel. But honestly, this type of service is unacceptable. I don't know if this is how every Tasty Pot location operates, but if this is specific to this branch, management really needs to address it and properly train the staff on how to treat customers who are still dining during business hours. Unfortunately, this was our first experience with Tasty Pot, and it will most likely be our last. We were hoping to enjoy the food and understand why my sister recommended it, but the poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere completely ruined the experience. With hot pot, the food is already hot enough. There's no need for the customers to leave with a boiling-hot temper because of the service. Very disappointing, and definitely not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

This is the most disappointing hot pot I've been to, we're going to leave after looking at the menu, again 2 prices, $34 & $42. The broth comes with only 2 flavors just like Haidilao in Fremont which if you chose the wrong ones, then your meal is over, this is exactly what happened to us. The spicy broth is just garlic, star anis, salt water and lots of red pepper that burns your tongue so you can't taste anything. The original broth is also just tons of garlic cloves and tasteless. For $34 you get the least expensive beef there are, my son likes pot belly like Shabuya but only get pork slices, there is pot belly in the cold meat section and doesn't look very fresh. For $42 you get a plate of Wagyu beef each and a few more choices of meats like briskets. So we decided to go with the cheaper $34 menu. Hot pot is simple, good hot broth and "tender" meats to dip in to eat. If the broth is tasteless then the hot pot is bad. The sauce bar is small and people have to get in line to get the sauce, the ponzu is salty not as tasty and light as other places and it's in a bottle. The veggies bar I like, it had Tong Ho and lettuce wraps, but the Tong Ho was gone after the fist round and replaced with something else. The hot foods are actually good, the fried chicken was tasty and crispy, the braised pork feet was delicious. The seafood bar is ok. I think it's depend on everyone's taste, I definitely don't like the tier menus, I prefer individual broth instead of everyone is using the same 2 flavor broths, that's why we don't go to Haidilao any more although their broths are tasty. Until we tried all the hot pots places, we wouldn't know which types fit our tastes and look at the patrons, Chinese main land may have different tastes than Chinese Hong Kong or Taiwan. There are definitely not many Japanese in these places although it's shabu style. Shabuya is still our favorite.
