Ordered for the first time, today. Food was of poor quality. Ordered Orange chicken, pot stickers an orange chicken bowel, with vegetables and a "2 Protein" bowel with Orange and Katsu chicken. Vegetables were gooey and overcooked. The orange chicken pieces were WAY overcooked - burnt and hard as a rock in all the orange chicken dishes ordered. The katsu chicken was very dry. was not worth eating The potstickers were overcooked and tough - ended up throwing those in the trash - so long, $3.99! The noodles were "Fair". I love good food. Wanted to give this place a try. Definitely will be crossing them OFF my list of places to give my business to. read more

My girlfriend ordered online for a curbside pickup and they said to call when I got there to pick the food up and so I did, they didn't answer until I called for the 4th time. They finally brought out my food and the young man giving it to me was very rude and basically threw it into my car. Once I got home the food was partially cold because of how long they took to bring out my food and was missing one of the entrees so I called trying to get a refund and the manger wouldn't even talk to me. The food was mediocre at best but the service was HORRIBLE!! Do not recommend unless you're dying if starvation. read more

Sorry but the chicken was really good and it didn't take too long....but with that being said, the veggies were a slice of zucchini, piece of broccoli and a stack of hardly cooked cabbage chunks. I asked for half fried rice and noodles and got WHITE rice and noodles and also received less than half of the amount of chicken than my wife's same size bowl. The kid's jr plate also had more than my regular size. When I told the lady working there about it she said "you're right that is crazy" "you can just share some of her's right"? Yeahhhhh righhht. I rarely leave reviews but this was so bad, I just had to. The first time we ordered from this place it wasn't bad, we all enjoyed our noodles, Katsu & Orange chicken. Ordered again tonight and it was an entirely different experience. The noodles were dry and shriveled, the egg rolls and the crab wontons AND the "potstickers" were all hard and burnt. The edamame was pretty well seasoned but tasted like it's maybe been in a freezer too long. We ordered $60 worth of food (the sides and two large bowls) and felt like we might as well have gone to McDonalds. I was super excited to try Teriyaki Madness when they opened and I haven't been able to get around to it. Last night I ordered a chicken yakisoba bowl and a beef bowl through Ubereats and everything got to my house earlier than expected which was great and I was so excited to try it. But I was disappointed so fast. The noodles were so dry and I tried to put soy sauce on it and it just didn't help and for some reason there was like a whole lord of garlic powder or garlic salt. So much it was almost spicy? It burned my mouth it was one of the most disgusting things I have ever tasted. I took about 5 bites and couldn't finish it. It was so grainy and there was almost no meat in our bowls. To say the least I was very disappointed to spend 30$ and get gross food. I called to get a refund and because I had ordered through Uber eats Teriyaki madness could help. However I did receive two free yakisoba bowls. That will hopefully be better then the last read more

We've been coming here for awhile now and have mostly had good food and not too bad of a wait. We like the fact that we get veggies in the bowls, perfectly cooked...usually. Unfortunately the last couple of times have not been the best experience. The wait has definitely gotten longer. Yesterday, we watched 2 couples order after us and walk out with their food before us, and it wasn't even busy. Finally tried the Macaroni salad last week, it was inedible, I can't believe it's even on the menu it was so bad. I usually get the Chicken Katsu bowl but decided to try something different yesterday so got the Teriyaki Tofu bowl and Chicken Pot Stickers. I'll start with the Tofu. Menu says "lightly fried tofu". Not so much, it felt/tasted deep fried...in old oil. Like they fried all the goodness of tofu right out of it. Definitely would not order it again. The Chicken Potstickers also seemed to be deep fried, very crispy. Not what I expect from a potsticker. I don't want to give up on this place as it's a nice alternative to fast food, but they need to work out some issues or I'm afraid that I and others will give up on them and spend our dining dollars elsewhere. read more
