While they were good, they weren't as smoky or as deeply charbroiled as I was expecting. Having enjoyed traditional Louisiana-style charbroiled oysters, I was hoping for more of that bold, buttery, garlic-forward flavor with a pronounced char from the grill. These were fresh and flavorful but much milder than anticipated. The only other disappointment was the service. Our server wasn't as attentive as I would have expected especially for the price we paid. We found ourselves waiting longer than necessary to place our order and was never checked on to see how our meal was. This took away from the overall dining experience. Despite those shortcomings, the quality of the seafood was evident, and I would consider returning to try other menu items.
