First of all, the teriyaki chicken was fine - not overdone, savory sauce, and nicely presented. But there were several issues that are worthy of star reductions. We placed our order at the counter with a mask-less employee (in fact, all employees were without masks despite the Delta surge). It took more than 20 minutes before our food was ready. And the white rice was absolutely atrocious! Any establishment specializing in teriyaki must take rice preparation seriously. The rice that came with my order was not fresh; it had been sitting in the pot for so long, it had dried and had an off-taste. Sadly, unlike tepid french fries, you cannot send bad rice back and get a fresh batch in under an hour. Makes me wonder whether the controlling corporation requires franchisees to re-use rice from the previous day. If so, please stop! read more

The tofu teriyaki with noodles is tasty. The tofu is crispy. Portions are large. Good fast food type Asian. My only complaint is they are skimpy with the veggies. read more

Everytime i order from greeley or johnstown location. I specifically order MAD spicy chicken. Every single time I am given the regular. Except for today they poured the mad sauce on it instead of cooking it in the sauce. Not happy. read more

Waited for 15 minutes while the owner chatted with a friend about house upgrades and Tenants they rent to. All while several customers waited for their to go orders. One poor employee answered the phone, took orders and ran all around. Our food just sitting there. And this "owner" just sitting and chatting. Really wanted to like it. Blah! Katsu chicken was super bland and hard as a rock, overcooked ends to the point of inedible. Veggies consisted of nothing but cabbage in both bowls. I asked about it and the cashier shrugged. Looks nothing like the vegetable varieties in the pics. Then I asked the cashier for salt and pepper and napkins. She continued waiting on the people trying to find their credit card and ignored me. I asked again, she Finally handed me napkins but no salt or pepper. Small containers of teriyaki sauce with the chicken bowl was literally thumb nail size. People next to us said the same thing and were told that all it comes with. Decided to give this place a second try since they first opened. Was not impressed the first time either. They still managed to mess up my order. Didn't get the extra chicken I ordered, and I was very specific that I didn't want any veggies, and yet half my bowl when I opened the bag was veggies. It was our first time there as well as our last. The service when we first walked was not a great start. We got looked at and that was it. There was no friendly smile or welcome in. After we looked at the menu we walked up and just kind of waited until someone walked over to take our order. The person who took our order wasn't the kindest and when they asked what kind of vegetables I wanted, I asked what the options were and she just pointed to the sign. No explaining what they were or saying there is a sign over here - just pointed. Once we got our food the chicken was just not good. I don't know if it was preference or just not cooked well. Unfortunately I got very sick afterwards. On the plus side the egg rolls and crab ragoons were very good and recommended those. As we were eating all the staff went out to the front and kind of walked away from the store a bit and started smoking some cigarettes. There was no one in the building with us and I could not ask for a new lid because the one I had broke. It was unprofessional watching the staff in the front when the back would have been a more respectful and appropriate area. Wanted this place to be great. read more

Extremely slow service. Came in during a fairly slow time with only a couple others in the restaurant that were present when we arrived then waited over 45 minutes for them to complete our order. During that time, at least 1 couple came in, ordered, and were served 20 minutes before us. Pretty ridiculous. Food was not worth the wait. read more

Delicious! Egg rolls and pot stickers are awesome! I had the salmon teriyaki bowl and it was very good. Only complaint would be that the salmon dish only comes in one size and I wish there was a little more of the actual salmon in the dish. I would most definitely eat there again. read more
