We ordered a Jr and a regular chicken teriyaki bowls. The food came out quickly and was hot. The chicken had a nice grilled flavor. The teriyaki sauce had a good taste. After evaluating various restaurants I realized that Teriyaki Madness had the best catering options for the most reasonable cost. We ordered 2 trays of chicken teriyaki, 2 beef, white and brown rice, and mixed veggies. I can say that the delivery was on time, the food was hot and fresh, and they supplied all condiments and utensils that were needed. The man who delivered to us (forgot his name) was an absolute sweetheart and he said it is a family owned franchise location. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking and the interior has several tables including half a dozen booths. I came in on a weekday afternoon and ordered the chicken teriyaki combo which came with an egg roll and drink. The chicken was good quality, nothing chewy or unidentified. The rice was cooked perfectly. I like their teriyaki sauce but wish they'd give more than the microscopic container they provide. Since I ate there I could have asked for more but really, should I have to? Just provide a normal sized container. The egg roll was surprisingly delicious and my fountain drink was just fine. I have ordered Teriyaki Madness via DoorDash about a half a dozen times, and my wife and I went to their restaurant today for the first time. Teriyaki Madness is a welcome change, in my opinion, to its bigger competitors, Waba Grill and Flame Broiler. I believe Teriyaki Madness excels by proving bigger portions that are cooked with more care. I typically always order the spicy tofu bowl. Further, I have ordered the regular tofu bowl and the tofu bowl with mad sauce. All three are delicious and I have come to like the amount of spice and heat that is in the sauces (other than the mad sauce, which is a bit much--more in this later). Also, to me, Teriyaki Madness's rice is fluffier than some of the competitors, which may be due in part to them using sushi rice, or some other stickier rice. One of my biggest compliments about Teriyaki Madness, however, isn't about the food itself but about its maintenance of quality and consistency. Each time I've ordered from Teriyaki Madness I have had the same great experience that I've come to expect. The one critique I have is that their menu can be confusing. The menu encourages patrons to order in two steps, but the steps have overlapping instructions. The conundrum I often get caught in is: if I order the "spicy tofu bowl" does that include mad sauce? Or is the mad sauce separate and "spicy" is some intermediate category? You never really choose a cause in their two step menu but you can ADD a sauce... even though each bowl comes with sauce already, though it isn't clear on the type. All said, I have ended up in situations where I feel I have ordered correctly but either ended up with all mad sauce or no mad sauce, and I believe it is because I am selecting the wrong option--not a matter of quality or consistency. To prove my point, scroll through the picture some have already uploaded... one has "spicy tofu teriyaki" on the menu but the other doesn't... which is it?! All in I love Teriyaki Madness, and I believe by simplifying its menu and making clear what the sauces and options are it could be a five-star fast food restaurant! read more

It is, hands down, the juiciest teri chicken I can remember eating. Plus it's been maybe 2 hours since it was cooked - how can it retain this amazing level of moist even after being sliced!?!? Teriyaki Madness is one of the available choices for my company's lunch delivery services. When placed against another option for that day, I usually selected this because of it's consistency and protein amount. Spicy Chicken with all veggies is what I ordered most often. This is a great option that isn't carb heavy (from rice or noodles). The chicken was grilled nicely and had a nice bit of heat to it. Veggies are stir-fried and included a broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and zucchini. The sauce that is included is on the heavier side, so if you don't want that much, that should be mentioned or noted when ordering from the site. Chicken Katsu bowl is a decent fried option that I sometimes ordered. Chicken was sometimes dry. Since it's deep fried, it's better to order it over rice instead of all veggies. But since it's with delivery, it may not maintain it's expected crispy texture by the time it arrives anyways. Only about twice did they get my order mixed up and put the wrong item (ex. rice instead of all veggies). But overall, Teriyaki Madness is a pretty good value considering the portions and quality. read more

Tables were well kept and had extra sauces, including hot sauce for customers. Great! The service was knowledgeable and efficient. The register tip recommendations for credit cards were 15-20% for a self service restaurant. That's kind of high. It should start at 10%. The teriyaki options are amazing here because you can customize you bowl to your liking. Pick your protein from chicken to beef to salmon to tofu. Then pick your base from white rice to brown rice, all veggies or fried rice n noodles. Great stuff!! Finally you can pick your sautéed veggies. I hate carrots do they excluded it.
