The experience of ordering was easy and the guy behind the counter was excellent, attentive, checked on us while we waited for our to go order, was friendly, not sure what his name was... argh. My Tofu was excellent with brown rice. Wish they offered you a drink or something on a hot day while you wait for the order but whatever... My brother ordered chicken w/rice and broccoli and said the broccoli was not cooked well and then the chicken was ok with some pieces being overcooked and hard, he hurt his tooth on a piece, not cracked he doesnt think, just hurts now. Think we will try a different location from here on out. read more

Slay i love teriyaki madness. It's a little small in here but everyone is so nice :) Good vibes everywhere.

Never really had an issue with TMad but i ordered delivery and my drink was dropped and had a whole hair in the food. I politely tried to resolve the issue with the restaurant to get a refund, Naiomi G stated she can't do that since she didn't drop the drink and can only give a cash refund for the food. I reached out to DoorDash (the delivery driver) they said they refunded the meal back to TMad because TMad is the only one with my payment method. I then again politely called back to TMad about the refund DoorDash gave, Naiomi G immediately got frustrated and said I don't know how to do that and no one here does. She then told me to call back the next morning for manager Byron to help. Overall mad disrespectful experience all I wanted was my money back for the drink and food. read more

Went to use a Valpak coupon. The employee didn't know how to use it and offered no suggestions. When I suggested they call the manager who was not on site; they did. The manager said it was an online coupon only. Nowhere does it have that restriction. With the gym right there makes it a little hard finding a spot. But that's not a big deal. Oh yeah. They have a rewards program. And that's how I paid for the egg roll. When I returned to the store due to a missing item in my original order, there was no note left by Brandon regarding the tofu issue. Daniel, trying to help, had to call another manager, Byron, to verify the situation. Byron said he would contact Brandon and then called Daniel back to confirm my order and approve the replacement. This entire process was frustrating and, frankly, humiliating. I paid for my food, didn't receive part of it, and then had to go through an uncomfortable and drawn-out process just to get what I originally ordered. TODAY I was WOWED by the level of customers service received by Michael. He greeted me the moment I walked in the door, asked how my day was going all with a SMILE at the same time. In the middle of taking my order phone rang, rather than ignore the phone he politely asked to be excused for a moment while he picked up on the call. Apologize for the interruption and took my order asked me if there was anything I didn't like from the vegetables he would gladly ask to leave out. I was like WHAT no one ever greeted me much less ask me my preferences, it was so refreshing I felt appreciated and my order was on point.
