Shout out to Braden who was working front of house tonight. He took extra effort to explain the menu to a couple who had obviously never been there before, and when I mentioned the dirty tables in the outdoor seating, apologized and came out to clean even though he said the mall management is supposed to be in charge of outdoor tables. Friendly staff and restaurant is clean. Food. Grilled Teriyaki Chicken was flavorful, a bit on the sweet side but we enjoyed it as well as the spicy version. Beef Teriyaki was like candied beef. It was too sweet for my liking that even adding soy sauce can't take the sweetness off. It also had a weird grainy texture when you eat it. I don't think we will order it again. When I go to a restaurant I don't like the feeling that I might get sick from it. I didn't finish the meal and will recook it when I get home tonight. So what you see from my picture is a picture of the chicken teriyaki bowl, with extra beef. But they forgot to add the beef so later came back out with some gravy-beef. It didn't look cooked or slightly charred like the chicken did. It looked and felt like it was microwaved. It was mushy. Totally not acceptable to take a short-cut like that (assuming it's not supposed to look like that). I expected the beef to be grilled. Also, when we arrived, we placed our order and was asked if we want veggies with it. We weren't sure what that meant. So we asked, ummm is this something we pay for? She said no, it comes as a side for free. We explained that we had never been there before so we didn't know how to order. We received blank stares. It would have been helpful for the staff to introduce us to the ordering process if they recognize that we were new to the establishment. Also, I saw a poster displaying their 7 types of teriyaki sauces. Are these things we could have requested with our meal? Seems like a cool idea, I guess. If we had known about it? I don't know what to say. I don't really have any positive to say about this place. Had potential but failed on service, food, signage. Also, the prices on the website is more expensive than actual prices at the Longmont location. I guess that's one plus. But let's hope I don't have stomach issues tonight. My daughters and I went in a few days ago for the first time. The restaurant is located in Village at the Peaks cadi corner from Culvers. It's attahced to the Pho restaurant. We went around lunch time and it wasn't very busy, but I was glad because we were starving! Dylan (Dillon) greeted us and he was great! He was very knowledgeable of the menu/food items. I've become gluten intolerant and he was able to break down the entrees and inform me what was cooked with what, so I felt comfortable with my food choices. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with veggies on white rice. All gluten free! My oldest daughter had the "most popular" meal on the menu, the spicy chicken with veggies on top of noodles (the specific noodle name is slipping my mind-their not gluten free). My you gest daughter had the teriyaki chicken no veggies on to0 of noodles. We ordered of 6 potstickers that came with this very sweet sauce. All in all, the food was tasty! Walked in to this location and the music is playing so damn loud to start off and then it took this young kid at least 5 minutes to recognize I was standing at the counter while they seem to be preparing doordash orders so that was more of a priority then helping customers standing at the counter , then this young kid finally came to the counter and was kinda rude asking do you know what you want .... So I told him what I wanted and still he was rude , as I reached for my large cup he stated next time You need to wait till I hand you the cup and I told him I'm not going to wait for a cup that you could have handed to me when you grabbed it ..... so needless to say the customer service gets a D GRADE from me !!! read more

Since the last review, I went back twice for chicken katsu, and came back with teriyaki sauce. I do take out only, and I do not untie the plastic bag to chack if the proper sauce was in the bag as I have katsu sauce at home. Without the proper sauce, it gives a bad name to katsu, like a sushi with an orange sauce at a fake sushi restaurants. Service is good though. read more

I hate giving bad reviews but the food here is really really bad. I ordered chicken teriyaki and was perplexed by the texture of the chicken. It was almost grainy, as if it had been freeze dried and then rehydrated or something. The rice texture was also off. Several times a month I get their food delivered from the Village Peaks location and love it! Yesterday I placed an order and accidentally checked it for pickup instead. I quickly called and got the manager on the line, who said it would take 20 minutes to find a driver. He offered to drive it over himself - which he did! They delivered on basic Chinese style food with some yummy spicy sauce. It's just on the level of other food chains, so don't expect anything on a food level. But for easy delivery it's great, also they don't throw in random grren/veggies so it's easy if your ordering food for kids that are picky eaters. I'm ordering my third time now. read more

A little more pricey that I like for lunch but the portion size was great. The chicken was very flavorful and there was a lot of chicken in the bowl. The teriyaki sauce was good, the rice nice and sticky. And the veggies were flavorful and still crisp, not limp. All in all, I really enjoyed my chicken teriyaki bowl. read more

This was our family's first visit to a Teriyaki Madness. We tried the chicken teriyaki bowl, the steak teriyaki bowl, the orange chicken bowl, crab Rangoons, and chicken egg rolls. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the plastic bowls that the main dishes came in are marked as being microwave safe, so we'll be able to re-use them, which is a plus. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to have a little slip of paper indicating what the various sauces that came with the takeout order are. I really wanted to like this place. They use calrose rice, which is difficult to find in a restaurant here. Unfortunately, both times I have been here, the rice was undercooked There really is nothing worse than almost done, but still kinda crunchy rice. I don't usually write reviews. In fact, this is my first one ever. I feel the need to comment because I was so disappointed by Teriyaki Madness. First, I asked for noodles and received undercooked rice. The amount of undercooked rice, which was wrong in the first place, was insane. It was 75% of my bowl and what was on top of it was extremely overcooked chicken and rubbery vegetables. If I had to guess, they cut time by microwaving everything, and still didn't get my order right. Beyond disappointed! If I could give this ZERO STARS I would. I will definitely never recommend this place to anyone. I would take my chances at a random Panda Express over this place any time. read more
