Because the food is still good, but the price for what's no longer a bowl is a complete waste

Chicken was extremely dried out and overcooked. That dry disintegrating texture. Beef was shaved strips with pieces of hard gristle. Beef was way better than the chicken but not great. Teriyaki sauce was standard. Prob won't return.

We've been coming back for some years now. Always greeted with a warm welcome, on top of quick service and delicious food; is basically the entire package deal for go-to spots. The price is fair for the quality y'all, the meat is smoky/ charred like in flavor which adds that extra yum factor that's hard to create at home... it's a classic teriyaki sauce we most likely all know and love, a plate comes with fried dumplings and a lil coselaw like salad! I have put so many of my friends and family on to this spot! Quick , convenient and tasty! Must try, stop by and don't be put off by parking there is plenty of street parking on the north side or park at the gas station, the short walk is worth it, Thank you teriyaki table for a quick and delicious meal !

Just what my body needed. I was craving some teriyaki after a game and looked for a spot on yelp and drove quickly over. Parking is small but not at issue when I went on a Sunday afternoon. The food was quickly made which was a plus for me. I took quick bites because I was starving and it fulfilled what my soul and tummy needed. I'll definitely stop by when I'm in the area again. Wish the IE had good quick spots like this.

The food here is simple and delicious. It's quick, well priced, and customizable. I usually like getting avocado added to my meal. My favorite is a beef bowl with extra beef. The service is good. The inside is clean and there's room enough to sit down and eat. This is a place to go to if you need a quick bite and you're looking for a well packed meal of protein. If you're in the area, knock it off your list by trying it out.

We found this place purely by chance, we were stuck at a light and smelled something absolutely divine that my whole family was like "WHAT IS THAT" and then we saw the teriyaki place having smoke come out of the chimney and we stopped by to try it. The parking lot is a little awkward, but street parking is super easy. We all ordered the beef and chicken plates and it comes with a salad and 2 gyoza pieces. Two of us also opted to add avocado which I really recommend as it was a nice touch. Our family frequently loves to try teriyaki spots and this has become our favorite. Our only request is if you guys can sell some grilled chiles please :) Definitely recommend everyone come try this place, staff was super nice and food was bomb

I would not recommend teriyaki table. The chicken was dry. The beef was dry and it had no flavor at all.

Better to eat this one there than take out! Got take out here for the first time today and the tempura sauce lid wasn't on right, so all our tempura got soaked. :(

Old wood. No unnecessary theater. I walked in expecting the sort of modest Japanese restaurant that makes you wonder why anyone bothers opening anything new. Then you get inside. There is old in the charming sense, where every worn surface feels earned. And then there is old in the neglected sense, where the room feels dim, tired and coated in the residue of a thousand lunches. Ichimiann lands much closer to the second. The cafeteria style ordering, self serve tea and tray return could have been part of its appeal, but the space has no real rhythm to it. You order, drift toward the back and eventually find yourself eating in a room that feels more institutional than intimate. The staff was pleasant and efficient. No complaint there. The soba itself was also good, properly textured, clean tasting and clearly better than the lifeless supermarket versions most people know. The problem is that "good soba" is carrying nearly the entire restaurant on its back. The portions are remarkably small for the price and every addition begins to feel like another minor financial penalty. By the time the tray reaches the table, you are looking at a modest serving of noodles in a tired room and wondering how the bill became so ambitious. Handmade or not, there was nothing on the plate that felt difficult enough, generous enough or memorable enough to justify it. That is the disappointment. Ichimiann presents itself like a surviving piece of old Torrance, but tradition alone is not hospitality and age alone is not character. The noodles are respectable. Nearly everything surrounding them needs considerably more care. I wanted to discover a neighborhood institution. What I found was an expensive bowl of decent soba in a restaurant that seems to believe its history is doing more work than it actually is.

Taking a while for the six people to order so I nudged her and I asked her to move and she seemed upset that I did that but didn't say anything no apology so it was very uncomfortable and I was rushing through my food so I burnt my tongue on the hot soup again even though I knew it was hot because I just wanted to get out of there. And then when I was done, I had to wait a while for the check and then they couldn't process the Apple Pay at the table so then I had to go to the front and wait for somebody to attend to me there overall this experience was not fun and stressful and I had got there right when they opened. I sure wish I had selected a different seat!! I wouldn't get the Nabeyaki soup again. It was really big and had a lot of end pieces of tough napa cabbage. There were two pieced of shitake mushroom and the standard thin fish cake slice. There was and egg in the soup and a three small chicken pieces. On the side were three small pieces of green bean and two tempura shrimp.

Those were two things we were hoping to try. We came with a party and ordered several items, including the Akatsuki Special Hot Pot, which was recommended to us, along with other dishes. The tempura and karaage were definitely the highlights -- both were really good. The rest of the food was okay for our group, but unfortunately it didn't really satisfy our craving or stand out the way we were hoping.
