We are always well cared for by multiple staff members checking to make certain that we have what we need. I believe that our main server was Yarisey (sorry if misspelled) and she was exceptional in friendliness and service! The food was really delicious and I was happy to discover what was a new item to me . . . the "Honey Cheese" which is lightly fried mozzarella with a little honey glaze. There's only one concern of late. At least the last few times that we've been there, there's been some discrepancy as to the meat temperature. My husband asked for his meats to be cooked to medium and it was served medium rare (a nice crust outside but raw and bloody inside). I asked for mine to be cooked to medium and it was served very near well done (almost no pink in the center). On one occasion when we mentioned it to the manager, he of course apologized and one of the meat servers happened to approach the table and the manager addressed this. The concept is pretty simple walk up to the cold bar and get what you want flip the card from green to red if you want more meat or if you don't. The cheese balls were terrible I didn't like it at all. I did appreciate the variety of the side dishes at the cold bar it was good to cut through the fat of the proteins. The picanha was great, the filet was the best. The chicken was not good and the shrimp was ok. I was pleasantly surprised by the lamb. I found the other cuts of beef to be very chewy I felt like my jaw was going to fall off. The dessert options were good, I ended up getting the chocolate cake which was VERY dense and decadent I couldn't eat even half of it. The drink took a while to get to the table but it was good once I got it. One waiter in particular asked if there was anything specific we wanted as he would bring it for us and he did.
