The word salad bar doesn't do justice to the beginning course, but I have forgotten the Brazilian word for it. It was my main course, as I'm not a huge meat person. Literally my favorite steakhouse hands down! From the service to the food to the ambiance of the entire establishment. Not to mention despite covid their service still was exceptional. My mother and I came for lunch and left fully satisfied. Our server Carlos has to have been the best server I've ever had. He treated my mother and I as if we were queens. The salad bar was perfect! Everything was fresh and delicious. Try not to stuff yourself with the goodies there because then you won't have room for all the variety of meats. I even loved the fact that they asked if there were any particular cuts that we wanted to try as well. So my mother and I definitely tried as much as we could. The lamb chop and cinnamon grilled pineapple had to have been my favorite. We didn't get to indulge in any seafood yet that'll be the first thing I request upon my return. This was my second time at Terra Gaucha. This is a Brazilian steakhouse that offers a delicious buffet and unlimited meat for $57.95. They have 3 different options to choose from: Full rodizio experience, the gourmet hot and cold table for $31.95 or the chicken and seafood for $38.95. They also offer the same options for lunch at a less expensive price. I also appreciate that kids from the ages of 0 to 5 are complimentary and half price for kids ages 6 through 12. I highly recommend the first option, it's definitely worth the price with all the different meat options Their hot and cold table includes so many great options from rice, fruit salad, regular salad beans sushi etc. They have great meat options, and the salmon and shrimp as well. The picana is my favorite and they also give you the option to choose which temperature you would like but some of the servers walking around don't automatically ask you so I recommend you letting them know ahead of time. They also have a separate dessert menu including dessert cocktails available. This however, is extra. They give you a small card where it's red or green which determines if you want them to offer you the meat that is going around. However, I did notice this last time even when I had it on red, they still continued to come to the table and offer, which was a little bit overwhelming. Service was great. They made sure to come by and give us clean plates although the hot and cold table also has them available. I do recommend making reservations as this is a pretty popular place. Perfectly cooked cuts of meat from chicken to steaks and shrimp. The salad bar was far more than just salad. I didn't catch the name of the rice I had but it was freaking amazing. I notices some charcuterie choices, and oddly beef stroganoff? But forget that, the cheese bread, polenta fries are served tableside to fill you, you must ask for the Chimichurri and house made not-so-hot hot sauce. While Texas De Brazile is very good, Terra Gaucha's service exceeds and leaves guests never looking for service or refills, as it runs like an exceptionally choreographed performance of wait staff, management all on the floor and committed to serving every patron with operational excellence. The salad bar has an incredible variety of items from soups, fruit, salads, grilled vegetables, sliced meats and cheeses, and it's impeccably maintained with dedicated staff consistently keeping it spotless and all items filled. The meats are all top quality and honestly there has never been one thing over cooked or that we were able to easily cut with our fork! The lamb, various kinds of steak, including Filet Mignon is all exceptional. We've been there twice with large parties and both times were equally as fantastic! This is place for meat. Love it. Buffet style. People may be afraid of close contact because of buffet. Thank you to make it safer for people come to the table. Before each individual come to the buffet booth, each one need to put on the hand gloves. So the share spatula is not touch. The buffet table already have partial cover on top. I really enjoy going to this place, the food is amazing, definitely something for everyone! It's a steak house, but the hot food and salad bar are one of a kind. Lost of options for any taste. Service is great and very friendly, they take care of you. Great location for lunch, corporate events, lunch meetings, and it's also cheaper for lunch. First I want to apologize I was so hungry, made rookie mistake and did not take pictures! This was our second time here, this experience however was more memorable and I believe that was due to the staff. The manager Zach was kind and very sweet. He did go around every table and was also helping clean tables, he was helping his team out. We got Mike and Ricardo as waiters and they were great. We interacted more with Mike and he was sweet and very attentive. The food was great, you can ask for a cheat sheet to see which meats you tried. Our favorite was their special piracha, I believe that is the name and the fillet. There is also a salad bar that has a lot of variety including smoked salmon, smoked sushi, shrimp. Do yourself a favor if you like pineapple, try it! Its delicious and ask Zach for his secret ingredient! If you go during lunch you can save as the lunch is cheaper than dinner. We started off at another Brazilian Steakhouse not too far away, and due to some weird smells, we decided to give Terra Gaucha a try. We came in Fourth of July, about an hour before closing. They do take reservations, which probably wasn't needed at the time we went, but they are pretty large inside, so I could see it being helpful. They have a large salad bar variety with soups, five different kinds of salad and pasta salad, breads, fruit, rice, sushi and other seafood items. Lots to choose from to say the least! As for the meats...*drooling*... everything I tasted was absolutely delicious! The sirloin was well seasoned, the chicken wrapped in bacon was flavorful and the house specialty meat was excellent! Providing clean plates and paying attention to detail was super cool for us. The Bartenders are very creative, well crafted drinks, all out of the normal mixing and popular flavors in unique ways. The craftsman ship in and on the drinks, was a work of art. The MEAT! Oh my goodness, the Beef ribs, you don't evneed TEETH! I have never had beef ribs so tender, now that was insane! Terra Gaucha also overs shrimp and salmon on the skewer and plate. The buttery garlic sauce is the perfect compliment. You have to ask for it with the shrimp. The restaurant works hard. The staff works very well together. The support staff help the waiters so well. It's a seamless effort and I truly give a round of applause the work ethic of them all! Management at this location also work very well with their team. Not that I needed one, they were visible and engaging with their staff and guest. They were not missing a detail. A Brazilian steakhouse is like an upscale AYCE buffet if some of the finest meats between two continents were on the menu. Not to mention the myriad of tasty pastas, seafood, cheeses, and vegetable accoutrements on the "salad bar" also of course all gratis with the meal. The service here is rapid. If you flip your disk signaling to bring on the beef then like bargain shoppers at a Black Friday sale the servers will sprint to your table ready to carve up various cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, duck, and sausage. The lamb chops are a personal favorite of mine. The only way this place could feel more Brazilian is if they were a large cross in the middle of the restaurant, but believe me you will roll out of here wishing to be saved or at least feeling as if you had in fact died and gone to heaven. Maybe not a vegetarian heaven, but even the meat averse folks could get full here. TG is one of a few Brazilian steakhouses in town and just might take first prize in my USDA grade book. read more

Amazing service and amazing food! My family and I really enjoy ourselves for Saturday lunch. The salad bar does have limited options and is smaller than other Brazilian steakhouses we have been to but it suffices for us since we were there for the meat. Our waiter was attentive and constantly checking on us and filling our glasses. He also asked us for any special requests and made sure they came out cooked to perfection. We have been coming to this location for a few years now but last night was indeed not up to par. I disliked the sitting area we were assigned to - like to an extended room we've never been to. It seemed like you get forgotten for a minute before you get noticed again. Server was not as usual checking on us.
