the store won't honor a 24 test drive even though my neighbors and even those who work in my building have been given multiple test drives. the sales person Stephanie said she would try to get management approval and said she would call me back same day and never did. I had to go into the store to follow up later in the day to find out my request was denied even though I live on property. This person even told me to go all the way out to West Covina for a test drive even though I live on the came mall as the Tesla store. these guys give terrible service and don't seem to want to sell any cars! read more

Bought a brand new model y October 2025. Paid cash full price. The sales person John messed up the paperwork. As a result I never received proper title, registration, or plates. I've received a number of tickets for an unregistered vehicle and paid hundreds of dollars in fines. The manager, Helen, is aware of this. She refuses to correct their mistake. I asked her for the name of her supervisor and she refused. Instead, she hung up on me. These people are the worst of the worst. read more

I enjoyed learning about the 2024 Model 3 a few months after purchasing my Tesla just this past December. Some of the items that are new to the Model 3 includes double paned glass throughout and premium speakers standard. the steering wheel is now a little more complicated with no turn signal handle, but rather a button. There is no more column shifter either, leaving a space on the right side of the wheel. Some esthetic changes include a disco-like color pallet to choose lighting options inside the car, with rear passenger display and new cooler for your hindside. I purchased my second Tesla and upgraded to the Model X; My husband and I scheduled a test drive at the Glendale location on 6/10 and we were lucky to be helped by CHRIS- this guys is the man!! He had good energy, is very knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles along with current incentives like the referral program, and overall just a pleasure to work with. After our test drive, CHRIS took the time to answer ALL of my 101 questions and was patient enough to hear my story about needing my Model X ASAP because I was currently driving a rental. He informed me about the referral program and showed me inventory stock that only Tesla employees have access to (I didn't know this!). Although I was serious about buying, I couldn't pull the trigger right then and there because buying inventory would mean immediate delivery/pick-up of the vehicle and I couldn't take off of work the following day to do so. CHRIS exchanged contacts with me and was very responsive anytime I reached out. Not only did CHRIS find me my Model X with the exact specs I wanted from the inventory (WHICH WAS BRAND SPANKING NEW WITH A MIND-BLOWING DISCOUNT!!!! ), he also had his lead, WILL, help me out by extending my deliver/pick up day that was most convenient for me! I locked in the vehicle that night which was done through texting and eventually having CHRIS and WILL on the phone with me around 5pm!! But wait, there's more ... the next day, on 6/11, I had a change of heart and decided I wanted the 6 seater vs. the 7 seater which I had already locked in the night before; so, I reached out to CHRIS and WILL and they switched my existing reservation over to a new vehicle which ended up having more discounts (mind you, they both made this happen all though text) !!!! After doing extensive research on Tesla, I scheduled my appointment for a test drive here. It started off great. I got a text from a Tesla employee (I'll leave his name out) when I was on my way- he asked if I had any questions before I arrived. Welp. I asked 3 questions, one of them asking where I should park when I got there. Never got a response. I guess they don't really care. I like to dress down when I go to dealerships because I think it's important to see if the salesman will judge me based on my appearance. Just a gal in regular mom jeans, t-shirt, and running shoes. When I arrived, I didn't get the best impression from anyone in the store. My guy (the one who never texted back) walked me to the fleet without ever even introducing himself. I had to ask, "Are you *****?" "Yes I am..." Cool. Once we got to the fleet, I put on a front that I didn't know much about Tesla. I wanted ***** to teach me about the car. I asked a lot of questions about how things worked. He eventually says, "Wow you really don't know anything." Yikes. My man, you have no idea who I am. And why would you say that to ANYONE? As a female, I hate being written off by shallow salesmen. Once we got to the inside of the car, he was so quick with the touchscreen I couldn't follow at all. It was clear he wanted to be done with me, thinking I wasn't going to buy a car. Then he left me with the car to test drive and said to be back in 15 mins. I drove the car, and of course when I got back to the parking garage he was gone. I had to walk back to the store and find him to give him the key back. This would have been fine if he would have told me to come find him back in the store when I was done. But I never got any instructions. Once I handed him the key card, he didn't even offer me a business card or anything. I thanked him for his time and that was it. He had already written me off long ago. This is all very unfortunate since I was already sold on a Tesla before arriving to this store. I was ready to order my car. Unfortunately, this man left such a bitter taste in my mouth. Top floor of the parking structure at the Americana. Enter off of Americana Way and 20 stalls await you. Fast charging at roughly 58 kW and 203 mi/hr. There are a bunch of restaurants, theaters, and shopping options on the first floor in the Americana. There is also a pretty fountain display set to music to entertain you while you charge. Make sure you stay less than an hour though because that is the free parking time limit in the structure. read more

It's a pretty neat place to visit if you want to check out the different Tesla cars. They have the Models 3, S, and X cars on display. Along the walls, they have interactive TV displays that presents information about their products and features. From home charging and Autopilot to their Power Wall exhibits, you'll definitely be able to learn a little something here. During the last few times we visited, the staff that helped us out were pretty nice. They listened to our questions and concerns while providing answers that satisfied our curiosity. However, there were also times when we tried to call in and were directed to voice mailboxes that were full; couldn't leave a message even if we wanted to! Overall, it's a neat place to learn more about Tesla products. And if you want to buy a car, the reps would gladly help you walk through the process on their computers. The latest addition is located in the City of Glendale, right in the heart of Americana at the Brand, near the Pacific Theaters. Right now, they have the Model S and Model X on display at the Green. You can drop by anytime to admire the sleek designs of these cars or test drive any or both of these models. However this location is only a store, unlike the Burbank branch which has a service center and a supercharging station. After purchasing 3 - 2021 model Y's and having an issue with one he pretty much told us off and claims the only person who can help is Elon. My model Y was delivered with 4 super scratched wheels, and 500+ miles. How is this considered a new sale? The most unwelcoming TESLA store that I ever stepped foot in. I am a Tesla owner and did purchase them when they were expensive not right now that they lowered the value and cheap sell them. Anyway that is not the point. I have seen those cyber trucks on the road and was talking to my wife about trading our Tesla for that truck. I have never seen how they look like inside tenise trucks. First of all I walked in and no one cared to say Hi and to see if we have any questions. They are just on their computers and ignorant. I asked one of the sales reps about charging time that some owners are talking about but sales rep had no idea about only 4 products they have. I asked if I could look inside and to compare with mine but he said it is sold and we can not open it. There was no sold sign on the car and they were interested to talk to you as well. I know TESLA is cheap selling their products now but at least hire some employee who are willing to talk and engage with the customers. I rather spend my money at other brands like BMW and Mercedes EV which is more luxury and better customer service. read more

I am leasing the Model-Y, the response and services has been great for me up to now. Also just recently had an amazing experience, visiting Tesla at Glendale, at the American location to test drive Model-S. I was caught in traffic got there late and the Sales Adviser, Mohamed, waited patiently for my arrival. Mohamed was very courteous and knowledgeable person. I will definitely visit Tesla at the American to purchase the Model-S, before my lease termination in November of 2023. Took delivery of my model 3 performance from this center. Overall I'm in love with the car but I'm really annoyed with the delivery process and how dirty the inside came. First off, seems like it took the driver 1.5 hours to drive 2 miles to me (noted on the car's trip log) with an average Wh/mile of 375 (which means driver was a little heavy in the foot). The driver also had in her hand a drink and Vons bag making me think she made a pit stop to the store? What's worst is that when I opened the door, both seats had huge white stains on them. The same stains were on the arm rest and steering wheel. This is unacceptable for a $62k car to be delivered this way. read more

Staff are friendly, was really easy to set up a test drive and get going with your Tesla order! The one downside that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth is the fact that I was given confirmation by my advisor and her manager that a special discount would be applied for my case (my company's employee benefits), however found out a week later that they can no longer apply the discount. When I tried to request for a refund of the $100 order fee, they refused to even submit a case for it because they assumed it would be rejected. To me, this lack of keeping up-to-date with current offers is frustrating since I visited the advisors in-person to place my order and ensure that the discount would be applied. After waiting 6 months for my basic model 3 Tesla to arrive, my delivery date was changed yet again to a year. My Honda broke down and I really needed a new car. I called them several times but no one was helpful. I'm struggling financially now and what stung the most is they refused to refund my $250. At least if you won't give me my car, give me my money back. People are struggling right now and corporate greed is not a way to build rapport. So disappointed. read more
