    I enjoyed learning about the 2024 Model 3 a few months after purchasing my Tesla just this past December. Some of the items that are new to the Model 3 includes double paned glass throughout and premium speakers standard. the steering wheel is now a little more complicated with no turn signal handle, but rather a button. There is no more column shifter either, leaving a space on the right side of the wheel. Some esthetic changes include a disco-like color pallet to choose lighting options inside the car, with rear passenger display and new cooler for your hindside. I never thought a person would need this, but who would have thought!

    Yuwan of Tesla did a very good job on helping me get my dream car, Tesla Model Y (Juniper). He assisted me w/ trade-in, even went out of his way getting paper works done and he made everything possible and smooth. Would highly recommend getting Tesla from Glendale Americana. Best experience!

    Frank, I just want to say thank you for your wonderful customer service. In a world where it seems like great customer service is hard to find you have that gift. You took your time being patient with my grandma, you were showing her as well as my family how all the bells and whistles work for the vehicle. You made her first Tesla experience rememberable and thats something I value for someone I love so much. Frank, keep up the great work, you have a bright spirit dont ever change!

    I called four times about my lease return and never got a call back -- so I already walked in a…read morelittle annoyed. When I arrived and explained why I was there, I was told the used car sales manager (because that's essentially what my Jeep is at this point ) was busy. Fine. But not one person offered me a drink or said "please have a seat." It's the little things, and those little things add up fast. When the used car sales manager did appear, things went sideways quickly. Instead of greeting me professionally and inviting me into his office, he kept going back and forth between the sales floor and his office -- which was odd and frankly dismissive. It rubbed me the wrong way and a verbal exchange followed. Not my finest moment, but I shouldn't have been made to feel like an inconvenience in the first place. That's when Ruben stepped in. He saw the escalation, came over, and completely changed the tone. He was patient, kind, and professional even when I wasn't at my best. He never escalated, never made me feel dismissed, and handled everything with a level of calm I genuinely wasn't expecting. He's brand new (no business cards yet!) but already showing what great customer service looks like. The stars on this review go to Ruben and Ruben alone. He's the reason this review has any stars at all.

Everything good until they're called me about to replace the battery because it was in " bad condition". The fact that they didn't know I was just replaced it 2 months ago with AAA with 3 years of guarranty but they're called to say my car was ready but I needed it to buy new battery which it was impossible just because the saw that I have a sound system in my Gladiator and battery was brand new. I don't know if they got mad because I didn't buy a battery with them but when the AAA guy came to check the battery, battery it was dead but how? They're fucked up the battery and left light on inside the car moving the dimmer on ( I took a picture of the dimmer )when I never left it on. Anyways that was a bad move and they're just want me to spend money buying a new battery. NO SEAN TRANZAS MECANICOS, GENTE DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE FROM JEEP GLENDALE. So be careful whith the people who work there, I hope not everybody it is like that

My phone, bag, and literally anything and everything I would need to call for help were all inside. Of course, of course. I ended up running into this business and asked the two people working the front that day if they could help. They took time out of their day to try to figure things out for me. Eventually, when it turned out I would just have to call my roadside assistance, they looked up the numbers for me to call and let me use their office phone. That said, I wish I had gotten their names, but my flabbers were too gasted to ask. I didn't even think to step in and thank them once my door was popped open, which I realized once I got home and crashed out on my bed for a bit. So I hope this review can convey my gratitude to them instead. Thanks for rescuing a silly little Honda owner from a full-on mental breakdown. It would have been best if my car hadn't locked me out in the 90-degree heat on a random Wednesday afternoon. But I guess I got just lucky enough that it happened outside Acura of Glendale. I have nothing but faith in this business, based on the good, solid people working there. They'll take care of you. They took care of me.

Very happy I came to New Century. Excellent customer service, service department made it easy to get an appointment, didn't have to wait around looking for help, prompt/easy shuttle service, timely delivery of car. This is how it should be everywhere!! Had some trouble with the tech connection for my phones - they resolved it for me. They were very kind, helpful and explained it to me with amazing patience. (Not the experience I had at Pasadena.) The only negative at New Century is their permanent building/location is under construction and the temp location is a bit dingy. Not a space you want to hang around and wait for your car. Despite this I would still highly recommend New Century Honda in Glendale and it where I'm going for my next service.

Day comes and I drive to the dealership and there's no order, no part... just a saved quote. I understand accidents but this is 4th time they're doing this. Management needs to step up!

Recently, my wife's car battery died inside our garage. AAA came out but was completely unable to jump-start the car or even tow it, as they couldn't get the vehicle into neutral. They offered no solutions and simply told me to contact the dealer. I reached out to both the Service Manager, Edgar Oganesyan, and Service Advisor, Ben Aguirre. They replied promptly and immediately sent out their mobile service technician to my house--I had no idea they even offered this convenient service! The technician, Hugo, was incredibly courteous and professional. He brought the correct battery right to us and completed the installation directly inside our garage. To top it all off, the total cost was actually less than I anticipated.Thank you all for stepping up and making this happen! This team defines excellent customer service.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at BMW Glendale…read more I brought in my 2022 BMW 430i with only 22,000 miles for oil change and was presented with a long list of recommended maintenance items, including a coolant flush, cabin air filter replacement and other services that appear to be significantly earlier than BMW's standard maintenance intervals. I trusted the service advisor's expertise, Amie, only to later learn that some of these recommendations may not have been necessary at my vehicle's mileage. Her manager, Edgar rather than address my concerns with facts and documentation, just kind of brushed my concerns aside. He said the cabin air filter is replaced with an oil change. As a customer, I expect transparent explanations and recommendations that are based on BMW's actual maintenance schedule and the condition of the vehicle--not on selling additional services. When I questioned the recommendations, I was left feeling that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I would strongly encourage other customers to ask for documentation showing exactly why a service is needed, whether it is required by BMW's maintenance schedule, and what inspection findings support the recommendation. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in BMW Glendale's service department.
