How awesome! We came for Valentines Day, I was a bit worried about attention with so many people being there but we were sat very quickly and had tons of food! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is beautiful, this is a must come see!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You start off at the salad bar, beans and pastas, lettuce and kale, TONS of options lots of pickled foods too. Then they walk around with flank steak, sirloin, ribeye, garlic chicken, pork, filet, tons of meat options. I saw a lot of reviews that said they don't check those green and red cards to see if you want more food or not which is true, but it is really not a big deal. Great time! We will be back.

I love the food at Texas de Brazil. I first went to the location in Norfolk, VA and was hooked. The thing that doesn't sit right with me is you are not allowed to take the left over side dishes they bring out. For as much as I paid today for 1 person to dine, taking left over sides (that were my first serving) that are just going in the trash should be a moot point. I feel it is a huge waste of food! I get not taking meat leftover because then people would just fill their plates and leave. But I ate by myself, and had a large portion of mashed potatoes, French fries, and some banana left which all went in the trash! When I could've taken them home and ate them later. I feel this is a huge waste of agricultural resources. But I also understand the slippery slope. It's just frustrating to see such waste.

The food was as expected on what you get from a Brazilians style buffet, severs walking around with skewers of different kinds of meat, accompanied by salad bar that is self serve, the quality was overall fair. The service was really good, our first time going there was a bit of a wait, but it has improved very much since then, we've now gone 4 times and the service has be exemplary, as expected the wait could be around 20 minutes to 30 Max [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is very laid-back and relaxed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the seating is a little awkward, along with table plate placement, otherwise it was enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

THE MOST DELIGHTFUL FOOD ! If you like meat. You will love it here. For the amount of things you get to try the price was reasonable. Clean cold and hot bar. Delicious options at both. Never ending meat options cooked to perfection. Informative and helpful staff. It was our first time there. They got us straight in and sat. Absolutely delicious food.

I'd say this restaurant is an experience, a privilege even. It's more than worth the money, if you're looking for something new, check out Texas de Brazil! I went here with my family for a late Christmas gift, and I can whole heartedly say, I'm more than satisfied with the whole experience! Their steak cuts are fantastic, their pork has great crispy edges, their lamb has a unique flavor, and their chicken is extremely flavorful! Their desserts are beautifully crafted and decorated too! Their salad bar is more than amazing, it comes with so many options to craft the perfect appetizer dish! Their waiters are extremely friendly as well. Lourdes, our server for this afternoon, was always looking out for us and helped us enjoy this meal! The workers bringing out the food were quite fast and ensured everyone at our table and surrounding tables had full plates! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor of the restaurant was fantastic as well! A bar stocked with a variety of bourbon, whiskey, vodka, gin, tequila, and grand marnier bottles. There's a grand wall of exquisite wines and campaigns at the back of the restaurant, just behind the salad bar. Lastly, a flower display bigger than a whole person stands tall over everyone right on top of the salad bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My review can't begin to describe how fantastic this place looks and feels! TLDR; This place is a 10/10, the food tasted delicious, the service was great, and the decor makes you feel like you're in a paradise!

Our experience here was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning! The salad bar was exceptionally fresh and impeccably clean. One suggestion I have is to clearly label the gluten-free and dairy-free options, as some items were a bit unclear. However, everything I tried was delicious. The selection of meats, from filet mignon to flank steak, Parmesan-crusted pork loin, and sausage, was outstanding--we truly felt like royalty. With the constant flow of skewers being served at our table, it was an experience fit for a king and queen. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The entire establishment was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Considering the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience!

Look how rare that meat is.

Decided to take my sister here for her birthday dinner. It was our first time. I've been to many Brazilian churrasceria and I can say this place is mediocre. They have all the basic stuff, but the meat service was lacking. What made our whole experience though was how attentive our server was. They sat us in the corner behind all the other tables, making it hard to serve us the meats. However our server made sure to direct them towards us. Most of the meats served were cooked rare. Even though they asked how we liked our meat cooked, most of the meat that came out where very much rare. The mashed potatoes and plantains were delicious though! Would I come back? Maybe. Was it worth the price? Probably not, but hey they're premium cut meats. They just need to tweak a few things. Also I appreciate the hero discount!

Rodizio is a "churrascaria," which is a Brazilian restaurant specializing in barbecue. Located in the heart of the arena, District, Rodizio is a singular dining destination. Nothing quite like it anywhere nearby. There is a full salad bar, which is more like a food bar in actuality. Selections include traditional salad items of course, but also selections of pastas, vegetables, and other hot and cold food selections, as what can be best described "side dishes." This portion of the restaurant is self serve. There are of course menu items that can be ordered, but what most people come here for is the roving meat experience. A wide variety of beef, poultry, and other meat are regularly rotated throughout the dining area, by staff who act as carvers at your table. The word rodizio in Brazil actually means "rotation." Here's how it works: a meat server staff member, known as a "gaucho," will walk up to your table with a particular type of meat, and ask you if you would like a piece of that meat. If you reply, yes they will carve a piece from the larger cut of meat for you. These meats are hot, fresh from the kitchen, and ready to serve. This is how traditional Brazilian barbecues historically often work, in country. A carnivore's delight. The whole process is managed at table with a wooden peg/coaster, which is red on one end and green on the other. If the green side is up, that means the table wants to be served meats. On the other hand, if the red side is up, that means the table does not want to be served at that time. This is an immersive dining experience and very participatory. I find that it fosters conversation at the table with people you are attending with, and the entire restaurant is lively and vibrant. It is an experience that I highly recommend and always look forward to visiting.

Not bad but nothing special. We also shared the shrimp ceviche. Good flavor but strange texture with the toasted nuts. The food seems like it's fusion as my friend and I both got chilaquiles but the chips were already broken apart and mixed with the meat. Still tasty but not what we expected. My other friend got the patacon, which basically looked like a salad. Far from the usual plantain fritters with toppings. Only one of my table mates ordered something that sounded like what was expected, the Ecuadorian churrasco: sirloin, eggs, fries, rice, and salad. For dessert, we got the flan and tres leches cake. There was a hair on the cake and they quickly gave us a new slice. Good but the flan could've been better. The cake was good though. Nothing was too sweet which was perfect. Overall the food was good but not as authentic as we had hoped. The service was also a bit slow. It was a slower evening but it took a while to get our drinks. Our server was really nice though. We ordered his recommendations. I'm not too familiar with parking around here but there were parallel spots in front. I parked in the garage at the back. Around $6 for two hours.

I've been wanting to try it for a while because I've heard so many good things, so I came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, the steak wasn't cooked the way I prefer, the brussel sprouts weren't enjoyable, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they may have been instant, which was disappointing for a place known for steak. The one standout for me was the meatballs, they were actually really good and had great flavor. My partner's aunt hosted a Saturday celebration dinner for my partner's sister, who just finished her PhD, and she covered the drinks and the churrasco. My usual policy when someone else is buying is to say nothing at all. I would rather say good things or keep quiet. So here we are. Let me start where the restaurant earned it. The service was the best thing about the night, full stop. We came in during Saturday turnover, before the dinner rush hit, and the staff was warm, quick on water and drink refills, and genuinely excellent with my kids, which is not a small thing. The meat servers were just as fast. There was one server my partner and I had trouble understanding, though I suspect that was the acoustics where we were seated, because nobody else at the table seemed to struggle. No complaints. None. The market table wasn't enough to carry this meal. The blue cheese wheel rescued more than one cut of beef and I would like to shake its hand. The smoked salmon was good. The Manchego was solid if unremarkable. And the ginger shots sitting next to the papaya were the single best thing I put in my mouth all night. No notes, unless you count wanting more ginger and a tiny speck of sea salt, which is my preference and not a flaw. The pão de queijo was plentiful and tasty but came out cold, and I would love to know if that is intentional, because warm would have been noticeably better. The meat itself was well seasoned and unevenly cooked. The sirloin was perfect. The rest ran tough and chewy. When the cheese from the salad bar is doing rescue work on your beef, something upstream has gone wrong. Dessert repeated the pattern. The banana cream was outstanding. The cake underneath it was dry enough to fall apart, and the cream is the only reason I got one bite down. My guess is it sat too long, and a simple syrup, or a honey syrup, would have held it together. Judging by the sweets on the market table, I suspect the simpler desserts are the best things on this menu, which would mean there is real talent here going to waste. And then there was the polenta. Fried polenta, served with some kind of banana. Brûléed with cinnamon, possibly. I honestly could not tell you, because I went straight for the polenta the second I learned what it was. I tried to stab it. It did not give. I stayed optimistic, figuring it was a thick skin from the fry and the middle would still be good. It was not. I abandoned the fork and picked it up with my fingers, and the first microsecond was fine, because I was braced for something like the socarrat you get in a good paella, so a crunch was expected. But the crunch kept crunching. And crunching. And then the center was cold, dry, and grainy. It is the saddest moment I have ever had with corn, and I will be scarred for life. I am aware I am reviewing one plate harshly, so let me explain why it matters. Grits, polenta, cornmeal mush, however you make it, is one of the most delicious simple things you can produce anywhere corn grows. It is the dish Joe Pesci gets served in that diner in My Cousin Vinny, the one the cook identifies for him in a voice like a country line cook by day and a Hell's Angel by night: hominy grits. That is a plainer preparation than what arrived at our table, and I would take it over what I was given without hesitating for a second. That this plate made it past expo is inexcusable. It had no business on the service floor, and I think our server knew it. She was energetic and glad to serve us all night, but her body language and a small shift in her tone when the polenta and banana came up told me she was uncomfortable. That is not on her. That is a hierarchy failing to meet the standard of a simple man who once dreamed of being a chef. Everything else that night, I could work with. That one plate ruined my palate until the papaya and the ginger repaired it, and it is the reason I am not planning a return for the time being. Maybe the seafood tower tells a different story. The staff, at least, deserve one.
