I went to CUT 132 for brunch and had a really great experience overall! The menu had a ton of options, so there's definitely something for everyone. They also offer a buffet, which included salad, wings, bacon, mac and cheese, biscuits, and fruit--such a nice variety. My friends ordered the steak and eggs and the crab legs, and both looked amazing. I decided to try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast--it was okay, but I think it would've been much better with a little more syrup. The service was one of the best parts of the experience. Our server (and even other staff) were super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, answering all of our questions without hesitation. The vibe of the restaurant is beautiful--definitely a great spot if you're looking for a cute brunch with a nice atmosphere. I'd absolutely come back to try more items! read more

Had two old fashioned's (one smoked) and wife had two glasses of their 2nd cheapest wine: $110. The drinks were good but definitely not worth the money. We also each had their wedges salad ($18 each) and it was a 1/4, not 1/2 wedge of lettuce with very runny and bland blue cheese. Our son had mashed potatoes as a side and the portion size while advertised as "shareable" was so small he had to order a 2nd one. Wife and I shared the wedge cut potatoes (a bit undercooked), the creamed corn (good, but almost no cream), the broccolini (very good) and the Brussels sprouts (also very good) Wife and son had the filets (reported as good) and I had the 18 ounce bone in NY Strip (very tough, lots of fat & grizzle). I also ordered the crushed peppercorn and if it was on it, I couldn't taste it. Not a good cutoff meat at all. Service was quite good, very friendly and attentive servers. We made reservations on a Saturday at 12:15pm to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. We ate here once before when they first opened and the menu seems to have changed to more of a buffet style. It also seems like the quality of food has changed since our first experience. Our wait time for our Main Event Avocado Toast was longer than expected and it was cold when it did arrive. I did like the items for the Endless Encore. My fiancé ordered the Captains Cut that came with crab legs, oysters and shrimp cocktail. She seemed to enjoy it. I came for the first time for their $35 Endless Encore Brunch on Saturday morning. It is served on weekends, 10:30 am-3 pm. It is actually table buffet. You can choose as much food from the menu as you think you can eat. Our server was really nice and explained how it works. There is an additional seafood option for $15, and the Mimosa (I had the peach) is $21. This seemed pricy, but I looked at the price of cocktails which were all around $20. It did say with one refill. Our server told us refills are $1. I had one refill. Not sure about the disconnect from what the menu has, but I wasn't going to haggle over a dollar. My friend had coffee for $5. The Preludes are actually small plates, which we appreciated as to not fill up right away. We tried the Buttermilk Biscuits, Bacon, Turkey Sausage, Deviled Eggs, Wings, Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit. The Main Event plates were regular entree size. I had the Scramble and Peach Cobbler Pancake. My friend had the Steak & Eggs. We finished with the Strawberry Shortcake. The food was pretty good. Some better than others. $35 is fair for the amount of food we had. I wouldn't get the $21 Mimosa again. A few of the small plates did not come out hot. My friend thought the steak was fine but lacked seasoning. We loved the potatoes that were cubed. The shortcake could have been lighter but the strawberry sauce and cream were good. I believe there is a 90 minute limit to brunch and you can order a mimosa for $21 for the first glass, then $1 for each glass after. Our waiter Mike was AMAZING! We were not offered bread service (didn't think it was available but the table next to us were offered ). Ambiance was pretty but it was FREEZING. Always a good experience. No planning, I usually get the same waitress which is always amazing. She surely is a huge part of the five star experience. The steaks are always cooked, and seasoned to perfection. I also appreciate they don't mind making minor adjustments to their set menu to accommodate. I had my Mothers 82nd birthday brunch here. The last time I went it was a full buffet 70 bucks and well worth it. The best thing about the experience was the waiter DAWSON!!! Bald, bearded, tattooed, braces and on point from beginning to end. When we arrived on the morning of 12/6 the front hostess were very off putting. My mother is legally blind, it's easier to seat handicap people than to have them standing by around a lobby, she didn't understand why we couldn't be seated. We had Sunday brunch today to celebrate my husband's birthday. We have eaten at cut 132 a few times in the past and had delicious meals each time, this time however was a truly terrible experience from start to finish. Sunday brunch consists of a small buffet and several made to order items from the menu for 35$ with an optional seafood addition for $15. The food on the buffet, Mac and cheese, breakfast items and chicken were over cooked and dry. It was clearly prepackaged frozen food. To be honest the Golden Corral buffet is better. The items ordered from the menu were extremely slow in coming. The entrees were at least 20-25 minutes for each order. We waited 45 minutes for for dessert, that was dry and unappealing. The pancakes and French toast were served without butter, or whipped cream. Every one at the table ordered steak and eggs and they brought 5 steaks and 5 eggs on one plate! The best part of the dinner was the crab legs, but good luck getting butter to dip it in. We saw very little of our server. The table next to us had a fabulous server with food coming out frequently, they even had butter! Considering the price was $50 per person, we will not be back for brunch. It was a warmer day so we got to sit right next to the large windows that were open. We were greeted by our host who offered us the drink menu. We are both sober so we asked about mocktails. There were 2 options. Wish there were more but we had options. We then went on to order our appetizer, the crispy calamari. It came out in a timely manner. The name fit the dish well. It was crispy & delicious! The peppers and onion were a nice touch, and the lemony tarter type sauce was a hit! Our dishes came out- I ordered the Colorado lamb and my wife the short ribs. My lamb chops came out perfectly cooked- medium. Served on puréed sweet potato and sautéed spinach. Everything married well! My wife's short ribs were so tender & flavorful with the mushroom gravy & roasted broccolini. We ordered a side of seeet potato mash. It came out with a charred marshmallow and a crumble on top. The food was out of this world. The steak melted in my mouth and the sea bass was some of the best I've ever had. Cut 132 is the first place that made a ponzo sauce that I actually enjoyed. I knew I was taking a shot in the dark ordering something that I don't normally enjoy. But I'm glad I risked it. And the rainbow carrots served with the sea bass was cooked to perfection. With the bread pudding, I almost lost my head over it. I truly have nothing to compare it to, as I've never had bread pudding before. But I can't imagine anyone improving on it. 100% would go back. I also had the Bumps and Bubbles which was a bump of caviar served with icy champagne (for $35). I learned that I am not a fan of caviar; however, enjoyed the experience of finally getting the chance to try caviar! Food - Complimentary Bread: The complimentary bread was served with butter topped with black Hawaiian salt. It was good! We also used some of the leftover pieces of the complimentary bread with pieces from our charcuterie board. Charcuterie Board: We loves all of the pieces on our charcuterie board. Some of my faves were the blueberry vanilla goat cheese, the spicy peach jam, and the pickled yellow peppers! My husband described the charcuterie board the best - it was full of savory, sweet, and sour flavors! Ribeye: My husband ordered the ribeye. He ordered it medium and it was cooked to perfection! Mashed Potatoes: My husband also ordered the mashed potatoes. These were nice and creamy. Short Rib: This was my dish. The description states "Korean spices, creamy mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms, and roasted broccoli". This is the perfect description of the dish - everything complimented each other well in the dish; however, I did not "taste" any Korean spices (and I'm Korean). It was still delicious though! Flourless Chocolate Cake: This was super chocolatey and good! The cake was served with a candle to blow out for our 6-year wedding anniversary (even though we ordered it to go! It was your typical side salad, but very good. The ranch tasted fresh and homemade. The bread came out fresh and paired nicely with the butter topped with fresh cracked pepper. I ordered my filet medium rare, it came out medium. It was flavored nicely and was delicious. Had a chargrilled flavor. Went for Sunday brunch for the first time today. I have to say I was disappointed. We had been wanting to go for a while and finally made it. They had just changed their format from buffet style to a more family style. Cocktails were good. Server was great and the staff mentioned there was a wait for food due to the new format. We were fine with that. Steak and eggs were good, shrimp were good, wings were great and the egg scramble was very good. Deviled eggs were fair and basic. Crab legs were puny with very little meat. French toast needed more topping, biscuits were dry and could have used butter served with them. Donut holes were very dense and needed dipping sauce as well. They actually were not good at all. I travel from Cleveland, Ohio just to come here, so when we traveled here on the 30th of November for their brunch we were so excited and this time I brought extra family members. I was excited to try something local and had the opportunity to check out a few stores in the area. Dawson was our server and he made great recommendations for everyone in our party based on their interests and dietary needs. I wasn't in the mood for meat so I opted for a kale salad and mac and cheese. The salad was paired with a carrot-ginger dressing, which I enjoyed. I wish the salad would have been chopped but it was fine. The mac and cheese was disappointing. The cheese sauce was watery and lacked flavor. I never send food back but the mac and cheese came close. I finished my meal the the blueberry cheesecake and it was delicious. The cheesecake was rich and the compote wasn't to sweet- it was perfect. I would go back to Cut 123 just for the blueberry cheesecake. read more

The food was delicious, being a promotion, I got to try a variety of food including dessert.
