Sweet tea was just dirty water... Long wait for the food, the food came out cold. My husband had ordered the steak and shrimp, the shrimp were cold and the steak overcooked. My medallions were cooked right but they were cold, like they been waiting for a while. The waiter was good I know he felt bad, the "manager" came by the table without acknowledging any wrong doing, no apologies, brought the side of shrimp as a "snack" while waiting the steak... like really? Did you just heated them up in the microwave? No. Another 15 mins he came with just the steak on a dirty ass plate, we asked about the baked potato he said "oh I just wanted to bring the steak to see if it's cooked right".... We didn't get bread after asking several times and being told the wait was 20 minutes, meanwhile the table right next to us - seated well after us- got 3 baskets! We have come to this location for many years. We are well aware of the music and dancing but today it was excessively loud, 90db-125db per my app. The manager said that's just the way it is. He says he's been there for five years. That is a genuine disappointment. We almost were able to overlook the pantry moths flying around the place. This was the last straw. read more

Service was terrible & the food subpar! Went for my grandsons 18th birthday. There were 9 of us at the table. Server took our order and then 30+ minutes later (and they were NOT very busy) they brought food for 6 of the party. My grandson ordered a burger well done...it bled when he cut it. My other half ordered a steak and it was cold so he sent it back. The five that had food at this point were finished and the rest of the party was still waiting. When we asked they replied that the order was split into 2 orders due to the size of our party. Spoke to the manager and she shrugged her shoulders and said that is a problem with large parties. We cancelled the rest of the food and left the restaurant after 1 hr & 15 minutes with 4 of us still hungry. We will NEVER go there again! We had amazing service with Victoria. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with the kids and everyone enjoyed their meals. Kids were happy with hot dog, Mac n cheese, and chicken with fries. We enjoyed the fried pickles, chicken kritters with sirloin, country fried steak and sides. Of course the rolls were a hit. My sirloin was cooked to perfection btw! Terrible service. First time coming here from out of state. Came here for the rolls. No rolls were given to us, when we asked for rolls they said they were a limited item.... Finally brought out 30 minutes after we stopped in. I ordered a coconut mojito she said okay, I got brought a Mai tai because they don't have mint. I would've ordered something different so when it did, it took 20 minutes to get fixed. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich they forgot the sauce and the loaded fries, I told them they forgot the loaded fries, they brought regular fries. They forgot corn and rice for the sides to the other meals ordered. This place was not worth coming too. read more

Good food but I don't understand when you order the family meals for take out, why the sides are not family size! I mean for the price you should at least get 2 of the little cups they use for sides! Texas Roadhouse has been our favorite place to take family for anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions over the past nine years. But we will not return after today. Here's why. We had already accepted the fact that they crank the music for the staff to dance. However, today the music was exceptionally loud. This had happened only once before so we brought it to the managers attention. He was proudly unsympathetic and stated that "this is how we do it and how it s always been." Obviously not so. We had also learned to overlook all the moths flying around because the food was so good. But today they actually overcooked my steak. So peace out read more

I love Texas Roadhouse. My last visit I ordered the ribs. They were fall-off-the-bone, literally. The salad was nice and fresh, the fries were hot and the rolls were so good, especially with the cinnamon butter. We just left TRH and it was amazing. The food was wonderful but the service is what I want to highlight. The server we had is named Jill (Jillian) and she was absolutely the best!! She went out of her way for us...with all the modifications to our orders, extra this, leave this off, refills, etc...she was friendly and so accommodating and always willing to take care of our needs. Walked right in no wait. Food was good, service was great. Music not to load so you could sit and talk.

Steaks cooked to perfection ! Fresh salads and the roll...... oh my the rolls. Excellent fast service and great food.

The food is normally always great, except for the fact that my husband can never get the cut that he wants. He always gets a 32 ounce steak and the last four times we went that has not been an option for him. The last time that we went, the server should've been paying more attention to their tables, rather than practicing the line dancing that no one really seem to care for. I feel like we only saw our server three times and that was five minutes after sitting down to get our drink order she brought us our drinks took our food order and then we saw her when It was time for the bill. read more

My Mama, Mema and I had the wonderful pleasure of being waited by Maybell at this Texas Roadhouse location. She greeted us with a huge smile and gave the BEST rundown of all the specials, deals and offers that TR had to offer. She handled our requests with much care and concern. The Steak was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately thats not what I had. The Catfish breading has a strange taste to it, like mold. I ended up peeling it off to be able to eat it. The Baked potato was luke warm on the bottom with cold cheddar on top. Had to ask for butter and sour cream twice for each item. Then gave up waiting for each and walked to the kitchen to get it myself. Waited for server to come back for some time. Got up and got our own to go box and was talking to another server who did know how to wait tables. Very professional. Our waiter appears out of no where and comes over, stands way to close and asks what he can do? I told him "apparently nothing". I then walked to the front and asked to speak with the manager. The Women manager was very nice and professional. She apologized and worked with us to cash out. I was satisfied with the way she handled it. On the previous trip about 2 years ago, i had come in a little later and seated waited for 30 minutes without getting waited on. Walked to the front desk and asked for the manager and was told there is none. As I walked out the door the manager ran after me and asked me not to leave. I explained the situation. I told him I don't eat at places where I've had to complain because of possible retaliation and or tampering with my meal. I've been to this location 3 times in four years and each time I said I would not go back. I think I may remember the next time I'm invited to go there. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time or hard earned cash here. I do realize that this is not the restaurants fault but in a way it is.
