Zero wait time, our food came out super fast, and our server was really nice. Place and customer service was great. Bathroom however needs to be cleaned more often there was blood on the toilet and floor which is a heath hazard. Coffee and breakfast was good and area is nice otherwise. You pay with your phone so set up Apple Pay before you come to make it easier. read more

I have never had a bad meal at any first watch location. We came here at peak time...church let out on a Sunday (which we didn't realize because we weren't coming from church) and it was insanely busy. I think we waited 25-30 mins. The menus choices are extensive but not overwhelming. There are options for any type of dietary restrictions and the food is delicious. The BEST EGGS AROUND. I love the superfoods bowl. This is a nice breakfast spot that's located in a great part of town. I came here a bit ago with some friends and it was exactly what I hoped it would be: great food cooked fast. I typically try a simple breakfast when I'm trying out a new place (to make sure they can make the basics well) and First Watch lived up to my expectations. Update: We went for brunch with the entire family. Nice outdoor seating even with two kids and service was great. Coffee (hot and iced) and OJ are so good here. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. She accidentally brought the wrong order for my husband (veggie sandwich instead of a veggie burger) but when we pointed it out she was apologetic and immediately fixed the error and brought the correct food out quickly. Of course we were not charged for the incorrect order and took it home for later (and even it was so good!) We really love this place! read more

I love this spot for a good brunch. The wait on a weekend is long but so worth it! The servers are so accommodating and friendly and make the whole experience so nice. I ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy for the first time ever and was so pleasantly surprised. It was so so delicious! My husband loves the Floridian French toast which is also so good - not overly sweet and a great cinnamon flavor. My mom and I visited First Watch in Brentwood, Tennessee, as we were in town visiting Nashville for the weekend. This First Watch is about 20 miles from the city in a suburb just outside of Nashville. It is in a very well populated area, as there are several restaurants and stores nearby. We had actually made reservations at anither brunch spot across the street, but the restaurant was closed for renovations. Surprisingly, at 11 o'clock on a Sunday, we were able to get on the waiting list and did not have to wait too long to seat a party of five. One of my friends that had been to this restaurant in the past knew our server well. Our server took very good care of us and allowed us to sit and talk while making sure that we had all that we needed. We did end up staying until they closed, and I could tell that the brunch crowd disappeared as we got closer to the 2 o'clock closing time. The restaurant stayed pretty busy most of the time we were there, but the crowd did disperse a bit after 1230 or so. I tried something new, a bowl with potatoes and eggs. I ended up splitting this entrée with a friend and left very satisfied. I was not stuffed but I was not starving. It was a very happy medium. To be honest, I probably could have eaten an entire meal, but splitting meals is definitely an option, as the portions are pretty big. There was ample parking around the building and plenty of spots even though it was crowded. The bathrooms were a little messy, but I am sure it was only because it was super crowded. They had run out of paper towels in one of the two stalls, as well as soap and toilet paper, but they did put an extra soap container and laid paper towels on the sink to take care of their customers until items could be refilled. After going to the urgent care, we decided to have breakfast. I had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and my husband had the steak and eggs hash special. All in all it was only ok. The smoked salmon had obviously been refrigerated, but the coldness permeated the whole dish. The eggs were cold and the hollandaise was cold and thin. My husbands steak and eggs looked amazing. It was one of the specials and the waitress said all the specials are the best. I should have taken her advice. On a good note, her service was excellent which is why I'm giving a 3. LIAR, LIAR! Requested a table for a party of 3. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes. We waited outside for 20 minutes, then went back inside. At that time were told it would AN HOUR before we could be served. "Our manager told us to tell everyone that the wait is 15 minutes." In other words LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS. My only real complaint is that they keep the a/c temperature far, far too cold in the summer. I was literally shivering the last time I went. The absolute worst First Watch I have ever been to. I have been to over 15 first watch restaurants throughout the southeast, and this one is just a disgrace! First off overall service is just awful. Hostess is very unfriendly, we had two different servers who were all over the place. My food came out in no way how I ordered it with modifications. When I asked for it to be remade, The one server rolled her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience. They need to clean house and hire better staff and management! Your regional office should be all over this restaurant and make the necessary adjustments to the service, operations, and staff. Apologies if this review isn't as much a reflection of the food but rather the integrity of some of the staff. I visited this location today and parked in an accessible parking spot out front. There was a car wedged in the striped area between two accessible spots blocking the ramp to the sidewalk(I am in a wheelchair). My wife went inside and inquired with the hostess if she knew who was parked in that spot. The hostess came out and told us it was one of her servers and would I mind working my way to a different ramp to get up on the sidewalk. I was amazed at what I had heard and said absolutely not tell her to get her ass out here right now and move her car or the cops will be here in 10 minutes. She walked away with an attitude like I was asking too much and we waited at least 5-10 minutes in 95 degree heat for the vomit that had parked in the spot to come out and move. She walked past me with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her and proceeded to move her car 2 spots down in a space reserved for electric vehicles needing a charge(see pic) I should note that she is not in an electric car and there were more than enough spots within walking distance that she could've parked. I only give 1 star because the server we did have did a fine job however, at one point the driver who parked in the wrong spot was delivering side dishes to our table and I refused them. After the look I got in the parking lot I can only imagine what was done to my food. Suffice to say we won't be back. What a horrible experience, horrible employee, horrible management if that's who the hostess was and just an overall disappointment. The despicable, self absorbed and entitled vomit that drove that car should be ashamed of herself and seriously re-evaluate everything about herself and her selfish behavior. read more

Last week I ordered a salad with chicken to go. About half the kale was yellow and wilted. Why does staff serve wilted salad fixings? It can't be that difficult to take a look at vegetables before they are served. Also, the portion was small. My recommendation is to not get food to go at this location as staff serve vegetables way past their prime. Problem is a person doesn't know until the leave the restaurant generally. read more

I was waiting on my car to get fixed and decided to give first watch a try since it was in walking distance. I was greeted as soon as I entered and I only had to wait for about 2 minutes to be seated while they cleaned off a table. Also, all of the staff were wearing masks. My waiter gave me a few good recommendations and went to grab me some water. Once I placed my order, it wasn't long before my food arrived and it was Fresh and Hot! The Banana Crunch pancake was delicious and the potatoes were cooked perfect. My bacon was also cooked to my liking. The pomegranate sunrise was also very refreshing and it was enough in the carafe for 2 glasses. Not to mention, their prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back in the near future. read more
