Well a new bar staff bumps up my overall review of this location. The bar staff were very efficient and attentive. Eaters were passed out along with our requested cocktails. The no charge rolls and peanuts are a staple for our visit. My 8 oz sirloin is the favorite entree for this man. The salad was crisp and the 2 sides are always a hit.

I always love me some Texas Roadhouse but I feel like this last visit was a one off. We got there an hour after they opened so maybe that is why the food quality wasn't how I normally enjoy it. The service was fairly quick and good as normal. The ambiance here is casual. It's a bar so they have tons of TVs and drink options. They changed their early dine hours so it's M-T until 5:30 pm. The bread basket wasn't hot it was cold, I was very dissatisfied. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and it was dry and not super flavorful. I usually get my steak as a medium, but it still wasn't juicy. My bf got some Texas combo with a 6oz steak and ribs. He said the ribs were extremely dry but the flavor was good. Overall, I normally come and enjoy the food so I think it was an off day.

I don't know why people sleep on Texas Roadhouse. Yes it may not serve dry aged cuts of beef and have truffle steak fries but for an under $30 you can get a decent steak with two sides and a drink. The staff at this location were accommodating and attentive. The menus were clean and not sticky and the tables were wiped clean as well with no stains or crumbs on the floor. The location is close to Leesburg where the outlets are.

The birthday boy decided he wanted prime rib from Texas Roadhouse. So, we carried out food for dinner. Two of our family members ordered the prime rib. I have to say it was tender and tasty. The portion size was huge. I thought their horseradish cream sauce was the perfect compliment to the prime rib. They have soft, doughy, dinner rolls and they send home a honey butter, that just rolls off your tongue. The baked potatoes were hot, well cooked, and large. They provided butter and sour cream to go. Yum! A couple of missteps were: they forgot our salads. Unfortunately, they called when my son was home already. Also, I ordered the grilled shrimp and it was ice cold by the time it got home. That is why I gave them 4 stars. I would probably order prime rib next time. My son really enjoyed his birthday dinner. He is a big Texas Roadhouse fan.

The T-bone steak I had here was massive and delicious. It had that nice smoky char from the grill and was seasoned just enough to let the meat speak for itself. Sides were okay, I had roasted veggies and a baked potato, nothing special but did the job. Staff was welcoming and even offered to cut and re-cook it if it wasn't to my liking, which I appreciated. The interior felt a bit outdated but honestly, the food made up for it. Prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Would go back again if I'm craving steak.

What a wonderful experience! The restaurant is a very, quite spacious and very welcoming. It's right next to a lake and so the setting was lovely. We had an indoor/outdoor room with doors that opened to the outside. I had a raspberry lemon martini with a sugared glass rim. Very nicely presented. They have a very varied menu and they also have a large gluten-free menu. We both had the lobster bisque as a starter and then we both ordered the fish tacos. The soup was filled with lots of lobster meat and was delicious. The fish tacos were made with cod and the waiter mentioned that the slaw had some habanero chile in it. I asked if it was spicy and he said it might have a slight kick, but was not spicy. He was absolutely correct and in fact, if he hadn't mentioned the habanero I would not have picked up on it at all. It was really good. If you order bread, (and you have choices on type), you are charged I think a dollar per order, but that is donated to help people who are food challenged. We were full from our dinner, but we could not pass up an order of key lime pie for dessert, which we shared. It was a hard choice because they had a special dessert which was chocolate peanut-butter pie. I wish we could have had both. Their other desserts also sounded great. By the way, a portion of their revenues from desserts are also donated to help those who need food assistance. I was very impressed that they do that. I want to mention that the wait staff was also great. Friendly, attentive, but not over-bearing. I can't say enough about Sweetwster Tavern. If I find myself in this area again, I will definitely be back.

If a place consistently delivers tasty food, solid execution, and keeps you wanting to come back, that earns a top rating from me. Ted's Bulletin absolutely does that. We have been to the One Loudoun location several times for breakfast, and it is consistently a great experience. That kind of consistency matters, especially for breakfast service where some places can be hit or miss. One of our favorites has been the huevos rancheros. They serve it on tostadas, which gives the dish a great crispy base and a really satisfying texture. It is flavorful, hearty, and always hits the spot. We have also had their homemade tater tots, and they are excellent. Nicely fried, crisp on the outside, soft inside, and clearly done with care rather than feeling like an afterthought side dish. Their French toast is another strong option and always enjoyable. If you are in the mood for something sweeter, it is a very solid choice. We have also tried the breakfast cinnamon roll. It is definitely generous in size. It is decent and worth trying, but it can be a lot, which is probably why we only order it occasionally. For the kids, the hot chocolate is always a favorite and something they genuinely look forward to each visit. Overall, Ted's Bulletin continues to deliver tasty breakfast food, dependable quality, and a family friendly experience that keeps us coming back. Easy 5 stars from me.

I went with the club sandwich--perfectly fine, but about as memorable as a meeting that could've been an email. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing that would ever bring me back for round two. The fries, on the other hand, showed up crispy and confident... easily the highlight of the plate. There are plenty of solid lunch options in the area, and in hindsight, I probably should've explored one of them instead. I did spot a grilled cheese that looked great walking by--but let's be honest, grilled cheese always looks like it has its life together. It wasn't crowded, service was fine, and nothing was outright bad--it just didn't deliver the kind of experience I've come to expect from Ted's. If I return, it'll be for breakfast, where they seem to know exactly what they're doing.

Joe's Cafe in Sterling is one of those places that keeps people coming back--and after one visit,…read moreit's easy to understand why. It's a favorite among locals and regulars, with the kind of old-school diner charm that's becoming harder to find. The first thing you'll notice is the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The booths and dining chairs are some of the most comfortable you'll ever find in a diner, making it the kind of place where you actually want to linger over breakfast and another cup of coffee. The owner has an impressive collection of military challenge coins and patches displayed throughout the restaurant. What makes it even more meaningful is knowing that many of them were personally gifted by service members and first responders, adding a genuine sense of appreciation and community to the space. Now, the food--it's simply tasty. If you're having trouble deciding what to order, the Joe's Breakfast Platter is the perfect solution. It gives you a little bit of everything, and the staff makes sure every item is prepared exactly how you like it. From your eggs to your hash browns, they'll ask all the right questions because they know what they're doing. The Eggs Benedict is another standout. The hollandaise sauce is rich and creamy without feeling overly heavy, letting the flavors shine without overwhelming the dish. And for coffee lovers, you're in good hands. The coffee is bottomless, and the attentive staff somehow always seems to know when your mug needs a refill before you even notice. You'll rarely see the bottom of your cup. What really sets Joe's Cafe apart, though, is the people. The staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and treats everyone like a regular, whether it's your first visit or your hundredth. It's no surprise Joe's Cafe has earned such high ratings. Great food, outstanding service, a comfortable atmosphere, and a true sense of community make this one of the best breakfast spots in Sterling.
