We enjoy eating at Texas Roadhouse There are a lot of varied choices on the menu and of course the rolls are top notch. The service is usually fairly quick and servers are always friendly. If you are looking for a quiet dinner date or outing, this is not it. It's loud and can get louder if they all stop and sing the Roadhouse song. The last couple of times I have been the ribeye (always my choice) has been much thinner and not quite as good as past visits. Still a place my family loves to eat and I'll keep going here just maybe give something else a try next visit. read more

Tonight was the worst drinks and food that I have ever had at Texas Roadhouse I should say more but I think the main problem was our server She didn't listen to anything we asked for Drink for my wife was wrong The salad dressing I ordered was not right And the med rare prime rib was so dry and cooked to death I nearly could chew it Usually I'm asked how my stake is after I get it ! But no one came by And server didn't come back for a long time We were discussed and just wanted to leave They don't take your check for pay anymore but we had to wait because the electronic card thing didn't work Seemed to make waitress upset because I couldn't get it to work !!! Very nice experience once again. Music is way too loud outside by entry door but just right inside. Waitress was awesome as we're the rest of the staff. So far the ribs are my least fav protein that I have tried but still pretty good. Rolls hot and fresh every time. Door oped promptly at 1100am seated immediately. It's hard to hit a home run every time up at bat. These people are doing it. 3 or more visits with each being a very good experience! read more

I have never been so disappointed and disgusted at Texas roadhouse I ordered the country sirloin steak, green beans and a baked potato. Well I should've just went ahead and ordered a big plate full of bacon because that's all I could taste was bacon. The gravy tasted like bacon that was so much meat in the green beans I couldn't taste the green beans and the baked potato even had the bacon on it. It was a very disgusting meal. I've never had a bad meal at TRH at any location. Staff is always super friendly. Inside is fun and chaotic a little but that's the fun of this restaurant. It's not a quite relaxing vibe. Always someone's birthday celebrating and the bar area always has TVs going. Obviously you come here for the rolls and butter! ;) but the steaks are always good too. I tried the beef tips the last few times which I've never really had much, even growing up in the south, and they are so good. Highly recommend! The salads are always good too! Always a fun place to go. You will probably have to wait a bit to get in on weekends, so come prepared. read more

Ordered food to be picked up via curbside delivery. Was a bit later than estimate, but not much. Unfortunately I didn't rip the bag apart before I went the 30 minutes home. #1 - Appetizer was missing. Ordered potato skins as an appetizer and we didn't get them. #2 - My ribeye was supposed to be rare. Blue and cool in the center, as I have ordered rare my entire life. It was basically raw and seared on the outside. Far beyond rare, which is hard to do. Had to actually cook it a bit more at home. #3 - Both of our meal included salads as one of the sides. Asked for ranch dressing and then extra ranch for each - it is a choice on the website and on their receipt. Instead we received no dressing at all #4 - My wife's beef tips were in fact correct and tasted good. The rolls were also great Called the restaurant thinking we could get a refund for the missing item(s) - Nope, were told to bring the meal back to the restaurant. I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse in Beaumont, and I have to say that my experience was incredibly disappointing due to the service provided by our waitress, Josey. From the moment we sat down, her attitude was less than welcoming. She rolled her eyes when we were ordering or asking basic questions about the menu and seemed generally annoyed by our presence. The worst part came when she brought our drinks. Instead of placing them on the table gently, she practically SLAMMED them down resulting in my husband's tea being splashed on the table. I understand people can have bad days, but being a waitress and living strictly off of tips sometimes you have to fake it till you make it. She wasn't impressed with the card tip we left her (we were going to leave her cash on the table) but since it prints your receipt to the waitress table after paying on the kiosk she started parading the receipt to her coworkers and the kitchen to the point other servers were staring. Also didn't help I have a few friends who were working that shift telling me she was talking sh!t about us because of that. Overall, Josey's behavior was unprofessional and made our dining experience quite unpleasant. It's a shame because the food was actually quite good, but the poor service overshadowed everything else. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure other customers don't have the same negative experience. read more

My family an I went for an early dinner after leaving the LU game at halftime and even though it started off a lil rocky when we were waiting to get seated pickin out our steaks once at our table our waitress was impeccable. Polite, friendly and fast. She was running her section like a pro and that made the whole experience a 10. This location got our appetizers and beverages so fast we couldn't even finish our first roll. It was the fastest we had ever been served appetizers at any Texas Roadhouse Location we have ever visited. Our waitress said that the location prided themselves on quality and fast service so if the appetizers weren't out in 6 mins it was free. And I didn't time it but I would say they hit that mark and impressed the heck out of this Houstonian. Manager stopped by our table for a quality check which wasn't needed because our steaks were cooked to perfection. The parking lot looked packed but we got seated almost instantly with the online waitlist for seating once we arrived. Thanks for such an incredible meal and service! read more

Food was ok,service was bad, we had a table of 9 and it was to much for them to handle. 5 request to get silverware, confused our salads with the table next to us,and blamed us for not ordering correctly. I was highly impressed with Texas Roadhouse tonight! The service was top notch, the scenery and music playing was country - a Texas must! Food was delicious..management checked on us twice. We left here feeling stuffed! We started with no wait, which was great. We were quickly seated and immediately served with the bread and cinnamon butter- yum! We ordered the Tater Skins as an app and it was messy but delicious! My daughter and I shared the bone-in Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. My husband got the Country Fried Sirloin. The breading was seasoned perfect and crispy. My other daughter got the Filet which came out overcooked, but they immediately made her another one and made sure we were happy. Our server Anun was top notch and we never were without anything as he was very attentive and friendly. Also, a fun thing was every so often the wait staff would come together and do some sort of country dance- my kids loved this! Overall, I would recommend! What Can I say, you get the authentic Texas road house Experience. They have great music and line dancing. Definitely recommend checking in online, especially during peak times since the wait can be lengthy, other than that, checked in the app, waited in the car, and before you know it they seated us. The service was great, very polite & quick, it's nice that the managers come & greet every table also. They have amazing bread & butter, my favorite & main reason to come. The food was delicious the Bone in Rib-eye smothered in onions was cooked to perfect medium and the green beans where simply delicious. My wife had the pork chops and it was very delightful specially since they where not dry. My kids and wife love it specially the steak fries with melted cheeses and bacon pieces on top.
