Ribeye, Street corn and Brussel Sprouts were all excellent. My son had crusted chx. Finale Strawberry Shortcake. Khalia was a 10 out 10. She is a great server.

It's a gem. I thought it just another chain restaurant but I was wrong. We were there on Fri night for little one birthday dinner. And to my surprise, we barely waited for 30 min to be seated. The place look nice and clean also. Nice bar area but was full so couldn't find a seat. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu choices. She came back and check on us often, made sure we are ok with the food and have everything we need. Needless to say, the food was good, the drink was also great. We had a great time. I didn't catch her name but want to give a shout out to our waitress again. She was very sweet. Would love to be seated at her table again.

My husband and I dined at the LongHorn Steakhouse on Harrison Avenue last Friday evening, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which is always important to me, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server, a nice young man, was polite and checked on us just the right amount--something you don't always find these days. I ordered the 6-ounce Flo's Filet, cooked medium, and it was tender and flavorful, just as it should be. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the seasonal vegetables were fresh, though I do wish they'd offer a few more classic sides (perhaps some green beans cooked the old-fashioned way). My husband had the Outlaw Ribeye and cleaned his plate, so I'd say that's a good sign! The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the noise level was a bit high for our liking--it seems like every restaurant nowadays plays music a little too loudly. Also, while the prices are fair for the quality, it's still a treat rather than an everyday meal for folks on a fixed income. All in all, we'd certainly return for a special occasion or when we're craving a reliable steak dinner. LongHorn may not be fancy, but it's dependable--and in today's world, that counts for a lot!

The worst meal I've ever ordered. The corn was black and 4 inches. The the fillet was 4 inches diameter And cold

The restaurant was buzzing with customers when we arrived and I really thought we would have to wait the full 45 min as we where told by the hostess. We sat down in the waiting area and where so happy when our name popped up on the wait list after only 20 min. Our server Amber was super nice, and delivered our drinks and salads in a flash. Our main course arrived super quick as well. The house salad was aooo tasty!!! Freshly made - not out of a salad bag!! I opted for Salmon my hubby for baby back ribs. The fish was cooked perfectly and very delicious. My hubby was raving about his ribs saying that they where cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very clean and I noticed that staff where cleaning tables swiftly after customers had left. 5 stars well deserved!

This review is far overdue, as LongHorn Steakhouse on Harrison Avenue has been a favorite of mine and my husband's for years.. Tonight we dined before an FC Cincinnati soccer game, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were served and on our way to the game given the crowd. (I highly recommend using the LongHorn wait list.) Our server was extremely friendly as well and checked back often to see if we needed anything. The restaurant manager also stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying everything, which was nice. To start off, my husband and I shared a bowl of the Shrimp and Lobster Chowder, which was amazing! For my entree, I ordered the 7-oz salmon with crispy brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection, especially the Brussels Sprouts. Yum! My husband had the ribeye steak with corn, and the steak was enormous! For dessert we shared a piece of the Strawberries and Cream Shortcake, which was devine! It was the perfect size to share, and the calories are not too bad as desserts go. It was oh so good! I highly recommend that you give LongHorn a try the nice time you're in the neighborhood. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Bon Appétit!

My salad was good. The service was friendly but scattered...somehow they lost our friends' orders so their food came much later than ours.

We were greeted upon entering my the host and manager Seated immediately at a pristine table. Our waitress, Devon explained several items on the menu and made recommendations based on customer likes. We started with the focaccia bread. Lightly toasted. With our choice of herb butter or olive oil. Perfect, we ate every bite. Then we had the beet salad Red & Golden beets thinly sliced with fresh herbs and goat cheese. A lot of thought went into making this dish perfect thank you chef My lady ordered the filet and I had the 14oz Choice Strip Steak. Both incredibly tender and served with a variety of sauces. Bone broth, chimichurri, and herb butter. All the sauces were fabulous with me, preferring the bone broth. Our side dish of roasted herbs brussels sprouts, and cauliflower in balsamic glaze, very tasty. We did the big finish with a large slice of delicious carrot cake. The host and the manager Mark came by and checked out on us to make sure everything was perfect, our server Devon made sure everything was perfect & treated us like royalty. Definitely a five star experience

(I will be booking this option from now on.) I ordered the surf and turf seasonal option with lobster and filet mignon cooked medium. I was surprised when a sea scallop I didn't order and a small glass of wine spritzer popped up but this is part of the chefs table experience - it was a sea scallop grilled with a chimichurri sauce and some crispy prosciutto. I would have never ordered this on my own so it was nice to try. I am a not a huge seafood person - the minute I cut into it I smelled the sea which was a turn off and I wasn't a fan of the texture but once I cut into tiny pieces and mixed with the sauce and the proscuitto I was able to actually find myself enjoying the dish plus boy did it look pretty coming out! The chefs table is nice because you get to watch everything be cooked - the mac and cheese looks amazing every single time - omg I must try it sometime. My waitress was phenomenal with purple and blue hair and the glittery eye shadow. She was so attentive and helpful. The steak was so juicy and cooked perfectly - I think next time I would get a larger steak or the grilled shrimp option as I wasn't the biggest fan of the lobster tail but still finished it. The salad was okay - I wish it had ranch instead. I also got the orange cream cloud for dessert to go which was shockingly light, airy and delicious - the citrus flavors with the passion fruit are so refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try something new . The place is beautifully decorated and they offer free parking options - the music is very low so you can have a conversation and even the chefs table wasn't too loud even though it was right next to the kitchen.

We just had an amazing date night at The Lonely Pine Steakhouse!…read more The interior has been delightfully refreshed since their closure last year, and reopening this spring! It's got that coveted feel of cozy mid century modern, while the decor says you could have wandered in for a nice steak after driving out west headed for the desert. The chairs were very comfortable at the high top we were seated at, which isn't typical. The standard seating chairs were beautiful and looked even comfier! The massive wooden and brass bar is definitely the star of the show, and was packed the whole time we were there. My husband got the Dame Prue as his cocktail, it was gin based with rosemary and fresh flowers. It was beautiful and he said it was delicious. For the appetizer and salad, we split the foccacia bread and butter board with the herbed butter, ruby butter, and cowgirl butter; and each had caeser salads. I can honestly say it was THE best Caesar dressing I have ever had, and I'm a caeser snob. The "half" salad portion was definitely larger than any other side salad I have had recently. For dinner, we split the 24oz T-Bone, Mac and Cheese (the smoked gouda takes it over the top decadent!), and thyme braised onions and mushrooms for our entree and sides. For dessert, we got the Tres Leches cake to go, because neither of us could eat another bite. They were exceptionally busy tonight, but our server Becky was apologetic and kept us laughing. We were willing to wait for a truly farm to plate meal, and the wait was worth it. I am itching to go back and try some of the other options on the menu, it was hard to choose between all of them! Chef Madeline has outdone herself with this menu and revitalized restaurant space!
