This place is a very tasty steakhouse place. It was super business because of the steak special they have on Wednesday. It's about $13 and you will leave satisfyingly full. Where do I begin, the bread rolls that they gave you are HEAVENLY. The rolls were super soft and warm. Best rolls ever. However, the butter they had were cinnamon, which I don't like but it was still pretty tasty. It was super delicious. The menu offered and the drink menu looked great. I have been to this restaurant many many times, and the quality is consistently excellent. I'd even say that it is nearly perfect. Each time I go, I order a steak and appetizers. Steaks are almost always cooked how I want them. Although sometimes it helps to clarify for them to not overcook. But even if it was wrong, they would send it back. It's great how the hostess grabs a fresh basket of their house rolls before they walk you to your table. No need to wait to chow down and plus there's a bucket of roasted peanuts at the table as well. We came around 8pm on a Thursday and the waitress had to check if prime rib was still available. We lucked out but after ordering our waitress came back to notify us they we're out of medium rare so we settled for medium. The cactus blossom was a hit for everyone. Flavorful, cooked perfectly, and not greasy at all. I prefer this over it's closely related cousin the blooming onion. My prime rib turned out pretty decent even if it wasn't the temperature I wanted but as my meal started to get cold, the meat became tough to eat. This is by far, my favorite steakhouse place to go. Nothing beats the prices and the quality of the steak. I went here for h one year anniversary with my boyfriend and we had called about one hour in advance to save a spot. They don't take reservations, but calling in to reserve a spot will save you a great amount of time. For 12 oz steak, it was definitely more than enough for someone who is small with an appetite LOL. However, to put into consideration I did eat a lot of their bread and butter and also got the appetizer of the fried onions, which was so delicious and pretty! Overall, the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The steak was juicy and seasoned. Thankfully, we called ahead of time to put our name on the wait-list so our wait was about 25 minutes. The hostess grabs bread for the table as she seats us which is great so we can eat right when we sit down after waiting. Our server then came to take orders for our drinks and the drinks of the table behind us. On her way back, she accidentally dropped the entire tray. (It's ok people make mistakes!) However, it took a REALLY long time for another server to come re-take our drink orders and to take our food order. After already waiting for a long time in a crowded entryway then waiting even longer for drinks and food- we were tired! Even after getting our food, we didn't know who to wave down for extra napkins, refills, etc... They even messed up on one order. Food was pretty good but not good enough to go through that hectic experience again. There needs to be more servers on weekends, it is wayyyy too packed. Every order we do for curbside is wrong. It's either the cooking of the steaks to shoe leather or simply cooking to rare when asking for medium or medium well when wanting rare. Not once have we ordered and it's been issue free. We went this last Wednesday and again, shocking.... the steak was wrong, we were missing sides to the steak meals, and we were charged for rolls we said we wouldn't be ... BUT HOW ABOUT IF YOU CHARGE FOR SOMETHING YOU PUT IT IN TGE BAG. UNLESS eating the regurgitation of the free rolls was the idea of have extra rolls for the second order for the others. We asked to do 2 tickets but was told it wasn't needed. So charge for extra rolls and don't give them. That's absolutely insane. We stopped going here because every week we'd come I'd have to call. Christine was the manger who told me to order through a manager. Then why when we did that and the order was wrong, she gives me an attitude that my order isn't right. I expect to have order 100% what I want and how I want it from anywhere I go. I shouldn't have to worry about inept employees who can't get out of their own world to make mine right. Especially when I'm paying $100 for a meal that really cost $30 to make at home. I keep you fools employed... like many others. Get my food right. This last Wednesday was it. I called to say something and the guy said he was the manager for the night but then said he'd have to talk to the manager Thursday to resolve this issue. If you say you're the manager then manage. If you can't be the person to help customers then find a McDonald's to work at. We are so done with this place. We thought the issues at outback were annoying. It's nothing like this. Can you just not find people with IQ's higher than the 10 digits on their feet? Cuz clearly their hands don't work bagging my food. Never come here during a busy weekend! Our waitress was absolutely amazing but our food was terrible. Out of the seven people that ordered their food, only two people got the correct order. I ordered a Dallas Fillet medium rare and the order was wrong, the other guy got the same and his was well done, someone else got ribs and steak and his order was completely wrong and another one didn't even get any food. I'm puzzled by the average ratings. We had a great time here and none of us were disappointed in the food. Service was a bit slow but the restaurant was packed. Even a section of the place was purposely left empty because they didn't have enough servers to man tables that night. The warm bread with cinnamon butter is like crack or red lobster biscuits. Can't eat just one. The rattlesnake bites are delicious popcorn cheese type balls that are insanely awesome when dipped in ranch. The sizes are generous and reasonably priced. This Valentine's Day was my first trip to this restaurant. Hands down it's one of the best places I've been to eat in a very long time. The service was fast even tho they were super busy. We were seated right away. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Because it was our first time there the manager greeted us and gave us a sampler of the sides. The mushrooms were to die for as well as the green beans. 10/10 will order them in the future. The fried pickles are awesome and so is the onion appetizer. Our meals were perfect steaks cooked perfect sides absolutely delicious. I'll say again our waitress was amazing. Here's the thing: sometimes I like to be fancy and find a 28-day dry aged cut of meat that costs the same as an entire meal for 4. But other times, I just want to leave my house in sweat pants and a shirt that may or may not have been in the laundry pile (don't judge, you've done it too) and find a meal that I can eat for 2 additional meals after - all for under $20. When I'm craving the latter, I'm going to Texas Roadhouse. I had only ever been to the one in Centreville, VA, but found out there was one in Fredrick. We came late on a Friday night - a little less than an hour before they closed and were still greeted and served with the same attention and enthusiasm you would expect during a dinner rush. We started with some peanuts, of course. I think you can still throw the casings on the floor if you wish at some locations, but this is kind of rude and a bit of a fire hazard, so just use the empty bucket they give you. We also had a helping (or two...and maybe some to take home) of their dinner rolls. Sadly, they weren't hot when we got them, though they were still yummy and the softened cinnamon butter didn't disappoint. My boyfriend and I ordered the Cactus Blossom to start (their take on the bloomin' onion) which had a nice thin layer of crispy around tender onion strips. The bottom of this was soggy and the coating easily slid off the onion slices, but this is all probably the norm for a deep-fried mound of goodness. We both went with the 10oz Ft Worth Ribeye - mine medium with loaded mashed potatoes and a caesar salad. His medium-well with a loaded baked potato and a side of fries (left untouched due to carb overload). Our steaks, smothered with (more) onions and mushrooms, were tender, SO juicy and cooked perfectly. The flavor on these steaks - I don't know if it's mostly from the smothering on top or just the seasoning they use on the meat itself - is just SO tasty. Yes, a little salty, though I rarely add salt to anything I eat anymore, so that's relative. If you want some good steak that won't break the bank and some classic late 90s country music while you eat, Texas Roadhouse should probably be your jam. read more

So this place has their service game on lock. Was just me and my kiddo and she had to go to the bathroom mid-meal (like seriously three bites into my steak). The busser thought we had left and cleared are table, finishing up as we returned. Our server (Dean) took complete control and made it right. Of course, we were told 15 -20 minutes not a big deal. That time frame became much longer than expected. We inquired again an ETA. Hostess said you are up next. That did not happen. I was really excited because the first time I had a bad experience; server forgot our order and it's was and hour late so the "manager" came and apologize to us that was nice and we decided to go for my birthday to give it another opportunity. as soon as I ask for a drink the server told me my id was fake which is not I'm almost 30 years old.
