Went to TRH tonight at around 440 pm. Waited about 15 minutes for a table and were seated promptly by a sweet young lady. We were told bread was on the back order lol, id say typical from any good steak house but were able to get those right away. We were greeted by an amazing server Cayla, what an amazing personality. She asked if we were new to the restaurant and pointed out many tasty menu options. My boyfriend Zach had been to a TRH several years ago and looked forward to having a GIANT steak. Well, a GIANT steak he had, 20 oz to be exact. Our food was delicious, the atmosphere was equally amazing. We learned what the Yee Haw was all about lol, birthday celebrations are the best. Back to Cayla....she is what a server should be, never one time did we have to wait to get any refills or extras sent home with us. She had several tables and was "working it"!!! been wanting to try out TRH and i will say that we were seated within 10 minutes (party of 2) and everyone there was friendly and very welcoming. our waiter was amazing and kept checking up on us! i believe his name was Sergio (sorry horrible memory) the menus are already placed at the tables :) the rolls and butter is so delicious! the butter has cinnamon and just a perfect sweet start. we got cheese fries ( i was trying to get the wedges i believe it's the potato skins but got the fries my mistake) but nonetheless i really enjoyed the cheese fries and the ranch was pretty good! i got ribs and my sides were corn & rice. in my opinion the corn is sweet and yummy, the rice is pretty good too & the ribs were alright but i've never really had ribs before so take what i say with a grain of salt lol. my man got a cheeseburger and said it was juicy and yummy he also got a side of chili (we didn't like it) everything came out to $48 would come again but just try out something different other then the ribs lol i was feeling like trying something different read more

Decided to try this place out for my daughter's birthday dinner with our family. First off, can't make reservations but you can be put on a "wait list". Idk what the point of a "waitlist" is if you still have to wait 40 minutes. I called right at 3pm to be on the Waitlist for 11 people at 6:00pm. Hostess tells me that she can add my party to that time, since it's open. She then asks me if we're are celebrating anything tonight- birthday etc. I was so excited! I said yes, it's actually my daughter's birthday and we're celebrating. The hostess on the call says " I will make a note for when you check in , so the other hostess are aware". The hostess also informed me that due to our "big party" that we would be split into TWO tables because they can't accommodate an 11 person party. I said that will be fine, as long as we're behind each-other or side to side. I was pretty excited because I wasn't sure restaurants still celebrated birthdays. We get to the place, Friday night, of course it's packed. Me thinking I was on a waiting list, we would sail on through- no I was wrong. We waited about 40 minutes.. name finally gets called and this is just where it all starts. The hostess takes us to our table and my daughter's family birthday dinner had to be split into 3 tables! We were all separated. We also had two separate waitresses. It was very disappointing that my daughter didn't get to enjoy her whole family together. So far no one has acknowledged that it was her birthday or asked me "who's the birthday girl". Fine. Maybe they will get us settled down first. All three tables ordered together, and the kids table was the last to come out for food. It should be opposite. Food wasn't all that great. Small portions. Food wasn't warm/hot- seemed like it was sitting out for a while. Burger felt like taking a bite out of a hockey puck. I can't even tell you who our servers were, don't think they introduced themselves. They were so worried about how we were all going to pay because of the two waitresses. As we were leaving, I heard people singing happy birthday to another table. Again, nothing for my daughter who I told the hostess it was her birthday. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER . My husband and I were so excited we would no longer have to make the trip to Arcadia to enjoy our favorite steakhouse. When we finally got to go, it was a Saturday afternoon, so it wasn't very busy. With our dinner we had one beer and one margarita. The itemized receipt was correct but when we signed the payment bill the total was different. We ask Tristan what had happened he said that he had accidentally forgotten to charge us for a beer. We explained we only had one beer but he kept insisting argue that we were mistaken. Finally another bartender came over. We all told our story to him. He looked at the receipt and could not find where Tristan was correct. So he had to get a manager the manager could see that Tristin was wrong as well. He apologized. I don't figure Tristan is still there since he was so arrogant. I'm sure he won't last however, I was very disappointed with management. One thing I can add. This was over an eight dollar beer and it was a matter of the principle to me that this kid was so damn arrogant. But what I didn't like about the management they offered their apologies they never offered to comp our drinks offer a desert or a discount on our next visit. Not even as much of an order of french fries, and I felt considering this was the most embarrassing restaurant situation I have ever been in. By the way we go to a Steakhouse every week. If you enjoy waiting on top of the wait for the table then come here. Quoted us 30 minutes for wait. Waited 45 minutes, then when they texted us our table was ready...we waited another 15 minutes standing. Once seated, the hostess brings one basket of 4 rolls for 6 people. So we had to ask for more and that seemed to inconvenience her. Then we ordered drinks and waited around 15 minutes for them. The water glasses were dirty and small particles floating around in the water. Waited another 10 minutes for replacement waters. Good luck getting refills. Waitress forgot about my refill of water about 3 times but managed to get everyone else's drink. So I gave up. Food was salty as hell. Now imagine eating salty food without water. I was so thirsty leaving that place but honestly had given up on the waitress ability to get it right. Also we had to prompt the waitress to multiple times clear our table in between. Service overall was horrible. No one is efficient there. All in all dinner took about half the entire night and was not memorable. read more

The yeast rolls upon sitting helped to appease us while waiting for appetizers which came surprisingly fast. Most of the orders came out right but my "medium rare" ribeye was overcooked. So it was sent back. After another wait a much better attempt came out, and the manager comp'd us for their mistake. Texas Roadhouse was okay. Not a huge casual dining chain fan food/menu and atmosphere because the choices seem the same (regardless of the brand) and are just okay or uninspired. Texas Roadhouse was no exception. Place was packed with families and had that casual dining vibe interrupted periodically by the staff leading the restaurant in birthday yee-haws every 15 minutes. Was fun until the third tee-haw, then it was a little annoying. Service was fine, wait staff was friendly but pretty busy so we didn't see our server too often. Noisy and slow are the words for the day. Our waitress did a nice job, but the kitchen was very slooow in getting food out. On two occasions the food deliverers (not our waitress) approached our table to drop off food that was not ordered by anyone at our table of four. Meanwhile, we waited. When our food finally came, it came for three, not four. The food deliverer had to go back to the kitchen to get the final dish, which took some time, and created an uncomfortable situation for the three that had their food. Of course, they were encouraged to eat and not wait for the fourth plate. The food was decent, including a steak, baked sweet potato, the roadkill dush, regular baked potato and sides of green beans and corn, and the cactus blossom. Unfortunately, the slightly better than Applebees food was overshadowed by the noise, slooow kitchen, and the disorganized food deliverers. The best part of the meal was our waitress who was working really hard and even had to bus our table herself. She got a nice tip...I hope she did not have to share it with others. read more

This was a third visit to the Indio establishment since they opened in September. There are a lot of learning curves ahead for a new establishment. We used the app to join the wait list, which was an 1.5 hour wait. When we arrived, we were directed to the podium to check in with the young lady. We were directed to wait in another area, then were immediately sat. The first thing I noticed when we were being seated was the sheet pans of steaks cooked, sitting in an area where it was visible to patrons of the restaurant. First, thought that popped into my mind, are they not cooking steaks to order? Why are those steaks sitting there and drying out? As we continued to walk through the restaurant, you could visibly workers standing around and chatting in a huddles. As we were sat, we were given fresh rolls with cinnamon butter with no silverware. When the server arrived, she was quite friendly and engaging. We ordered potato skins as an appetizer and then informed we we could not have that as they were out. So, we went with the boneless chicken wings. My husband ordered a ribeye, rare with a loaded baked potato and a side salad with ranch. I ordered a 6 Oz sirloin steak, medium with a load baked potato, and steamed vegetables. My husband's salad was the first to arrive with no silverware again. Once again, we had to ask someone for silverware, and they forgot to bring us some. My husband got up and went looking for silverware and could not find any in the bins. A young woman asked him if she could help. He told her what was going on and couldn't understand with staff standing around, Why couldn't they have enough silverware bundles available for patrons who were being seated. Then our mild wings arrived at the table, and they were cold to the touch. I bite into them, and they were cold. These wings weren't even looking like wings, more like oblong nuggets . I spoke to the manager on hand to inform her that the wings were cold. I suggested to her to take the temperature of the wings and show her cooks. Food borne illness is no joke when you are served cold and undercooked products. As we sat and waited for our meals to arrive and noticed many steaks were being returned to the kitchen. This was not a good sign, in my opinion. When our entrees finally arrived, my husband's steak was cooked to medium well and tough to cut. My steak, which is pictured, was not medium, along with being dried out to boot! Whoever instructed the cooks at this establishment to cook steaks ahead instead of cooking to order has hurt this establishment immensely. The loss of disposed product that night was high as we were seated by the entrance to the kitchen. As for the servers at this particular location, their over all livelihood is being effected due to the cooks inability to cook steaks to order properly and tips are smaller. read more

I can say that the employees seemed quite happy. Probably because the manager(s) didn't care if they ignored the customers or not. I can't see this place making any money on repeat business. Well I came in today to get some great food after a long drive and see the game.... It's 5:45pm and I ask if I can seat in the booth inside the bar.... Well the waiter in the front said sorry we can't seat you tell 6pm. I ask the other waiter that sat me down and she said no sorry. 15 min of a difference. Sad that they have want to do what they want and not give the customer what they want???? Is this not a restaurant? Are we not the business of this place. I like the steaks here but it's Great to have Elena the manager come in and move me to the bar area with no problems and was so nice. I have visited this restaurant many times since it opened. We have spoken to a few managers, yet every time we come here, they screw something up. Tonight, we called ahead and received a confirmation. We arrived and waited, when it was time, the receptionist said they gave our table of four to other guests. We finally were seated and ordered. We were told they were out of Coors Light. They also told us they were out of mash potatoes, yet they had baked potatoes. They gave us plates, one plate had ketchup all over the plate (not our ketchup). I have been to a few Texas Roadhouses, but this is the worst of all the restaurants we have visited. They just don't seem to care. Why would you run out of food and drink on a Saturday night. I'll tell you why, the food and drink manager is obviously clueless and doesn't know how to order product. When we got there, we asked if we could sit at the bar. They said sure. We waited for 15 minutes at the bar. There were two servers at the bar and on 4 customers sitting at the bar. We noticed that there were 5 servers standing around the hostesses' podium. In those 15 minutes that sitting and waiting, no one came creat us or asked us if we wanted anything to drink. How can you let her work in that condition and pass her sickness to your customers .
