Then our salad. came out since we were told the order was mixed up. After eating our food we waited and waited for the check. This is our 'go to' restaurant. I have to give this team kudos for their AMAZING service. The food is always on point and they aim to please. Drinks are delish (esp the margaritas!!!) (they need to choose a new house red wine though ), the bread is addicting, the salad is damn tasty, and the steak ....OMG....best steak around. Period. Our family comes here all the time because the service is happy, fun, and quick. Every server that we have had was incredible. We came here on a Saturday at dinner time- yes, I know....the WORST time to catch dinner in Naples. We had a 35 minute wait- which wasn't too horrible. They have plenty of benches outside, and the weather was perfect- plus they have unlimited barrels of peanuts. When we were seated, we were given another bucket of peanuts as well as a hot basket of super amazing fresh rolls and awesome cinnamon butter. It must have been obvious how much we loved them because our server, Marisol, brought out another basket :) Marisol was the perfect server! She was very friendly and sharp. She was quick to bring refills of drinks and noticed whenever we needed something- she was magical- this place was packed- yet she was on her game! The hubs ordered a delicious steak, which he said was delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken critters plate. Those little chicken strips were soooooo good- they tasted like my mom's homemade fried chicken from back in the day! My favorite was the mashed potatoes. My husband I along with my daughter and son in-law went to Texas Roadhouse last night. Let me just say, it was the worst meal we have eaten in a long time! My husbands steak was raw, he asked for a med rare. My daughter asked for med well, hers was way past well! I had asked for med well and mine was ok. The baked potato was hot, not great but ok. My vegetables were raw and no flavor! Our onion appetizer was Horrible, no flavor and the sauce was bland! Our drinks were so watered down you could taste any flavor! I have been bringing my family and out-of-town visitors to this restaurant for years, and about every fifth visit, they mess up big time and I promise myself we I will never come back. Tonight, we finally said never again. We arrived and had a very nice hostess and a very nice server, and we placed our order. Several empty tables around us filled up. While we waited for our food to arrive, the other tables not only received their food, they actually left before we received our food. Our food finally arrived and all of our orders were goofed up. My daughter received a cold steak, my wife's food was smothered with onions which she can't eat, and I ordered my salmon without seasoning, and it was coated with seasoning. Leo, the manager came to our table and apologized. And then he said something interesting. He said if I had not ordered my salmon without seasoning, it probably would've come out on time. Of course, the salmon did have seasoning when it came out of the kitchen, which we pointed out. Then he said that the kitchen was backed up and that is why it took so long. But we ask then, "why did the other tables receive their food first when they came in after we did?" Leo then offered to comp us for our meal. I thought it was a nice gesture, and then I thought maybe we will try one more time. But after he returned to the table with the re-order of my salmon, he said "I'm only going to comp the salmon from the order." Even though they messed up every order. And we were in the restaurant for the equivalent of two turns of the tables. That was it for us. We literally had been to this same restaurant more than 80 or 90 times, and this is how he treated a repeat, loyal customer. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. We normally order pork chops and they are pretty good this time we ordered rid WHAT A HHUGE MISTAKE my phone order taker said 25 to 30 minutes I arrived 23 minutes after I hung up I left the parking lot 12 minutes later I arrived home 4 mi items later. Our rolls were nice and warm. The ribs and the fries were cold like they were cooked a half hour before I ordered. On top of that I had requested well done fries they were not well done at all. And they were cold.The portion of the ribs that weren't bone was 90 percent burnt fat and gristle the 10 percent that was meat was cold dried out meat. Also I requested peanuts twice once when I made my phone order and again when I gave the delivery guy a cash tip. Guess what no peanuts in my bag. I hate to discontinue giving them tips just because the last four times I was there the delivery people failed to give me the peanuts I requested but how else do they learn that they shouldn't get rewarded for poor service read more

We had dinner twice now at the Naples Texas Roadhouse but both are very disappointing. The first I had the fried chicken and it was dry as well as it tasted like bad oil was used. My wife had a sirloin steak and although she did ask for Medium it was dry. Yesterday evening we tried the restaurant again and had the herb chicken, steak fries and apple sauce. The chicken was good but the fries were the worst i had in a long time. Same with the fried chicken it tasted like they used old oil to fry and i had stomach issues all evening. I usually do not complain; but just went for dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Horrible experience . First, there was a piece of chewed gum stuffed in a peanut that was in our bucket of . Although the establishment can't help disgusting, ignorant, classless people, it was quite the turn off. Second, it took nearly 10 minutes to receive a server. When we ordered drinks, it took another 15 minutes to receive our beverage. Third, our order ticket was lost by the kitchen! We inquired about our food about 35 minutes in, and were told they lost it. 50 minutes later, our food FINALLY came. Fourth, we asked for another beverage at exactly 6:00 pm since we had not seen our waitress in nearly 20 minutes. We were told by her that we could not receive happy hour price, which ends at 6:00. Lastly, after waiting 15 minutes for a manager, he agreed that he would comp the 1.00 for the beverage, and agreed to a percentage off the food. However, after waiting another 15 minutes, he only took off a dollar on our bill. When we asked about the food discount, we waited another 10 minutes for a corrected bill, which only saved us an additional 3 dollars. I called to call a head for a party of 5 & a highchair, I politely asked for a table when I made the call ahead. The girl on the other line told me that she could not accommodate my simple request. I have been going to this location for years and I've never had this issue before. There is someone in my party who needed a table instead of a booth for a reason which if details were disclosed would be absolutely DISCRIMINATORY! The lady on the other line hung up on me while I was still speaking to her, after she continually spoke over me in a condescending manor. I always thought customer service was one of the best attributes to Texas Roadhouse but I guess I was wrong. The restaurant side of the business was quite busy the bar area where we sat was not busy at all we received the worst customer service I have seen in a long time they bartender took a little while to get to us then when we had requested more butter for the warm bread it took more than 10 minutes to 15 minutes to get to us therefore the bread was cold . The glass for the first drink that I had ordered was still in front of me after we finished our meal the bar was a complete mess the bartender completely disregarded us and was taking care of one other customer the food was excellent the service was pitiful and horrible I will never sit at that bar again read more
