Went for the happy hour and was really disappointed. Wanted the happy hour wine which we were told all about. The waitress returns to say that they ran out of the wine. So my question was what is the happy hour wine now? She replied there Is none - no substitute?? So I said so you don't have happy hour wine then?She said , "no we do" but after another crazy conversation the take away is they do have happy hour wine but they don't have it. This is my first visit to this location as I have been to their Miramar location and was please with quality and quantity of found served. We were a party of three arrived around 4:25 on Wednesday July 5. Hey the early bird deals are awesome! 9.99 gets you a main dish plus two sides. The restaurant opens at 4 and there were the usual early bird crowd they must have formed a line 4 to get in :-). Greeted immediately and we asked for a booth. Jessica our wait staff immediately came to our table to introduce herself and offer up suggestions and get our drink order. We asked for rattlesnake bites as an appetizer. They came out in short order hot and delish. You get complimentary warm bread rolls, watch out those things are addicting! We each orders our meals which ranges from country fried chicken to steak. The portions are huge and the sides are the best part. Their chili is the best I have had and the loaded potato comes with ample bits of bacon and a generous amount of cheese. Wife orders a hurricane and got like 16 ounces of pure heaven. Go hungry and thirsty free refills on tea and sift drinks plus all the soft warm bread your tummy can handle. The food here is what I would call " comfort food" and you will not, I repeat not walk out hungry nor having to mortgage your house to pay the bill. 3 meals, an appetizer, one beverage from the bar and two endless ice teas 50 bucks!!! While the food is awesome the service was even better. Jessica made sure our glasses were full and our food was just what we ordered. Our enjoyment of our meals was made so much better by her attentive and knowledgable service. Too boot we had one if their managers stop by to ask " how was your meal" This is an great opportunity to hear first hands any concerns, compliments or other from your customers. Boston Natalia was genuine in her desire to hear if we enjoyed our meal or not! Once again service was great Joann took great care of us. Food on this visit did not live up to expectations. We asked for the rattle snake bites but again they did not have them! Seems to be an issue here getting them. Joann politely told us they did not have them. Food took a long time to come out and actually came out piece meal. One side the chile came out first! 10 minutes later our meals came out. The Country Fried Steak was dry actually the breading was burned my friends dish was Ok. The manager did stop by and ask how the food was and honestly I had invited a friend to lunch and did not want it ruined by conversation on the the poor food. Joann even noticed the steak was a tad burned and offered to change it out. I had scrapped away the breading and had eaten half of it so I chose to finish it. Besides I was full by the time the entre arrived. The long wait and piece meal serving did me in. Joann did tell me the manager also saw that the steak was over cooked and gave me 5.00 off the meal. Again I did not want to ruin the meal for my friend, what the manager should have done was comped my meal! I asked Joann at the end for two of their specialty lemonades to go and she said sure. She came back 5 minutes later to tell me they had no togo cups but could put them in 2 kids cups to go! I said thank you but no. Now i was starting to get irritated, No rattlesnakes bites, burned steak and no to go cups. Joann's service was exceptional and the poor lady was so often the bearer of bad news. In summation it was an off day for the Texas Roadhouse and with the exception of Joann they miss the mark on so many levels. What a difference from my last visit. 3 Stars because Joann was a charming lady who was handed lemons and tried to make lemonade. read more

Extremely disappointing. I have eaten at other Texas Roadhouse locations in Virginia and Texas and love it great prices good food. But this time was not so great. First they seated us in the bar area (although other seats were available). Being seated here meant we we serviced by the bartenders who main focus was the patrons at the bar. My first plate with the Fort Worth Ribeye came and the steak was well done although I asked for med rare. The potato was luke warm...obviously this sat in the back for a bit. They brought me another and I realized this steak was so thin there was no way to get it med rare and the flavor was not there. My grandson's meal was to his satisfaction and cooked perfectly. This Saturday's visit was great! My Road Kill was perfect and the Chicken Ceasar salad was great! Can't say the same for the last few weekends we went. Food came out wrong if at all. Travis, Nichole and Kyle at the bar are always great! It's a shame we don't get to see Adam the kitchen manager anymore, it was nice when he would come out and check on his guest and see if there food came out correctly. He always took great pride when talking to his customers. Today I asked if he was running the kitchen before ordering our lunch. He was and to my surprise he came out to say hello. I have been to many Texas Roadhouse locations. I absolutely love the environment and the food there. I always get the steak kabobs; however, every single time I go there, no matter what location, they always mess up our order. The steak is never cooked how we asked it to be, and it is extremely frustrating. This was my first time at this location, and it was EXCELLENT. This is the best Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. From the hostess at the front door, to the extremely friendly waitress Marissa, everything was top notch. The food tasted absolutely incredible and was prepared PERFECTLY. I will definitely be coming back here often. Great job Marissa, our waitress, was extremely sweet and did her job very efficiently even though the place was extremely packed. I really like this place. The grilled salmon is a big winner as is the grilled shrimp. You won't be disappointed with the steak cut fries and Caesar salad. But the other sides, particularly the rice and house salad leave a lot to be desired. The rice was overcooked and mushy and the salad had both egg and cheese in it. Never saw that in a house salad before. Lettuce was wilted and the dressing was forgettable. We did call ahead seating and were seated promptly upon arrival. The wait staff was courteous and professional. While claiming to practice social distancing we were seated right between two tables of six. All in all, good value. It always seems to be crowded here but the tables turn over quickly and the wait time is usually not too bad. We have dined here several times and always have had good food and service. The staff is young, friendly and energetic and we really like it when they break for a line dance. Lots of spirit and the whole restaurant has a great vibe to it. Cocktails are very good, esp. the Margaritas, with an added extra kicker of Patron. Lots of good choices on the menu, but we usually opt for steak, prime rib or bbq chicken. Several types of steaks are served and the 12 oz. NY strip for $20.00 is my favorite choice. I like mine rare and they never fail to get it done correctly. Each dinner comes with two sides and there are lots of choices including very fresh , chilled side or caesar salads, baked potatoes, etc. Rolls are served, hot fresh with seasoned butter! Yum!! Dinners are a very good value and drinks are not pricey at all. Manager always stops by the table to inquire about our dining experience. Went for dinner tonight. The food was excellent as were the appetizers and drinks. I highly recommend the skinny Rita. The bread and delicious butter came first. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were excellent. Possibly the best part of the experience was the waiter, Anthony, who was super attentive and knowledgeable. He made suggestions about the appetizers and entrees and always was right there for anything needed. He refilled water glasses and was right on top of the drinks and anything else needed. Every 15 to 20 mins the waiters/servers would all dance that was pretty entertaining. Would I go back to this place? No but. I love throwing the peanut shells on the floor. Buckets of fresh peanuts everywhere. My son loved it too. There was a short wait, but the place was packed and a ton of staff. Fresh rolls with cinnamon butter were brought to the table as we were seated and the table had fresh peanuts too. Great atmosphere, kinda loud and the waitresses dance every so often. Huge menu with so many options. Their version of the blooming onion was good, huge, much bigger than the original. House salad was good, egg on it, I got without egg. Side sampler was good, huge portions. Fries were different in a good way, seasoned well. My brother got the steak and said it was the best he has ever had. My wife gt ribs which were good, but underbelly was chalky. Waitress was great and friendly. Overall a great experience and we will be back. read more

We had a great meal and a good experience. I ordered the Texas filet and it was perfection. So tender I could cut it with a fork. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Their portions are great and I love all the low-carb choices as sides. My husband ordered the beef kabobs and they were also tender and seasoned perfectly. Healthy options are awesome when eating out. Our waitress was wonderful and incredibly accommodating; especially when we asked her to move us after dealing with unruly children in the booth behind us for nearly 20 minutes. It wasn't her fault but she remedied the situation. She kept our drinks refilled and was prompt and attentive. The most impressive part of our visit was watching the waitstaff clean tables between customers. No, I'm not kidding. They cleaned. I mean scrubbed down, turned cushions over, removed sugar packets to clean the containers, etc. Really cleaned and it showed they cared about their tables and the customers' experience. I don't usually go to a franchise restaurant but the other five in my group wanted to. I ordered the beef shish-kebab thinking it was something not too complicated and safe to order. It came with two rows of meat, with vegetables in the middle, on a bed of rice. I immediately discovered the rice and meat on one side of the plate was cold, but the other side was warm, so I decided to mix the two and not complain to the floor manager. As I ate the vegetables I noticed they to were cold and completely raw. I then decided to tell the manager for her information, because this kind of service affects everyone's job. I couldn't find the manager on the floor after my meal, so I left and decided to leave this post instead. I hate cold food that's supposed to be hot, and I should have refused to eat it. My favorite thing is the 6 oz sirloin and it never disappoints it is always cooked to perfection at medium rare and the seasoning is so amazing I didn't even believe when I looked at the reviews and it was only a three and a half star it deserves a lot more than that I think it is underrated because no ordinary steakhouse we'll ever compare to it. read more

Let me first start by saying this was my first visit here. The overall appearance seemed busy and rushed. The floors and outside sitting areas are completely littered with peanut shells. There is very limited outside seating if you have to wait for a table. wait time was about 30 to 45 minutes. If you try to make a reservation you have to make it a hour in advance only .. The restaurant is extremely loud and very tight spaces. They have basically used all floor Area for seating, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone that is handicapped. From the moment you walk in and are seated you feel extremely rushed. There is constant activity going on all around you which includes servers table cleaners and people trying to get through isles. The menu has large selections and prices seem reasonable however the quality is not there . I would compare this restaurant to Lonestar steakhouse Or outback but with a much more cluttered and noisy atmosphere.. The food was either overcooked or undercooked and lacked flavor. My wife had a piece of prime rib which looked very nice but had no flavor And was tough. Friends that were with us ordered steaks which were under cooked or overcooked and also tough, The restrooms are not accommodating to more than a couple people at a time and pitifully dirty with urine soaked floors around urinals and water spray all over the floor from hand dryers very potential slip hazard area. This was a very unimpressive dinner. we will not be going back. read more

There was puddles of soapy water outside of the kitchen and the bathrooms had soooo much water on floor! I ate dinner last night on Collier Blvd Naples, I ordered chili and while I was chewing came across a very hard object that resembled a tooth, when the server came back I joked around asking if someone in the kitchen had lost any teeth and he said he would consult with the manage, after a while he returned to tell me the managers response which was we ground our beef in house and that tends to happen so later when the manager came over to ask if everything was already he again re addressed the situation with the same response and never offered any kind of a apology nor did he feel it was even a problem, I make burgers at home with store bought meat and never had this happen even once. DON'T EAT HERE! This place is like a cheap country styled knock off of Outback Steakhouse. Had high hopes for this place and came to eat with a growling stomach.. we ordered steak and shrimp and also chicken and ribs.. right from the start the table we were sat at was sticky.. were given rusty buckets of peanuts, then sugared buttered for the cheap bread rolls,my salad comes out and it tastes worse than a bagged salad from the store.our entrees come out and within 2-3 bites we both lost our appetite, but decided to try & eat our food since it was $40.. which by the time we had gotten the check had stopped eating it, only to walk out and notice the kitchen staff looked like that of a Waffle House.
