If you've never been to a Texas Roadhouse then you've got issues. No, seriously, check them out. It's a great family friendly restaurant with excellent steaks and decent prices. You don't have to go to a fancy, upscale, and expensive steak house to enjoy great steak. They also give military discounts. Their beef supplies are always fresh and their grills are very hot. Salt and pepper goes a long way. No secret recipes there. That's just the way good steaks are made. The sides are good and their dinner rolls are phenomenal. I can never eat enough of them! Their service is decent. Not the best, depending on who you get but they get the job done. They cater to families and are never not busy during dinner hours. Will not be returning. I stopped going to Texas Roadhouse because of the loudness and crowds. I started ordering through their app. I didn't have problems until tonight. I placed an order and for pick up, I was given the options of ASAP or I could select a time. I ASSUMED that selecting a time was for people that wanted to pick up at a specific time and that ASAP meant you wanted the restaurant to start making your food as soon as possible. At the end of the order, it said "your order will be ready at 8pm". This was almost 90 minutes from when I placed my order. I assumed again that if I arrived, checked in and waited, they would start my order. I sat in my car for 30 minutes and then went to the window and was told that they weren't going to start the order for about 30 minutes. I canceled the order and called the manager. She said that they make the orders based on the time slots. Since the slots are 15 min apart, does that mean they only work on one order every 15 minutes? Customers are willing to go through a lot of hoops, but there are breaking points where you have to walk away. Loud noises and crowds affect my PTSD? Well let's just order online and go home. When Texas Roadhouse had that sinewy chicken that was only available during Covid? Well, let's switch to beef. Inflation is causing eating out to be ridiculously expensive? Well we will just prioritize which restaurants we go to and eat more at home. I was willing to put up with all of that, but this was too much. I will find another option. read more

Greeted with a smile and hello! Waiter was training another guy, both were extremely pleasant and attentive, and the restaurant was very busy.we had tge 20 oz bone in rib. One rare the other medium rare they were PERFECTLY cooked and amazing! The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp and tasty and their green beans, though soft , which i don't usually like, are so nicely seasoned i overlook it. The customer service at this location is awful. We put in an order to pick up and it was ready about 15 minutes earlier than it was supposed to be. Then on top of that, we got stuck in really really bad traffic and unexpected road construction and ended up having to pick it up an hour late. When I asked them if there was absolutely anything that could be done because our food was probably ruined, they said that they cannot risk losing the money on the entrées and we would just have to deal with it. Last night, I visited this location as I have many nights before over the last couple of years. This has always been my favorite location until my experience last night. I ordered my normal medium well steak and when our food arrived I received the steak shown in the picture (medium/medium rare, with blood coming out just for cutting it in half). Normally I would suck it up but this steak was way too undercooked for me. When I went to tell my server it wasn't the right temperature for me she became frustrated and walked away in the middle of me speaking to her. She then proceeded to come back with a little app plate, slam it on the table and say "hurry up before my manager sees". When the manager came by, and I told her what the server said she replied "I don't know why she would say that I wouldn't have cared" and walked away. When my server came back to bring my recooked steak, she said "I had them cook it well done since you don't actually like medium well" and proceeded to argue that I ordered the wrong steak and emphasized how it was all my fault. We love Texas Roadhouse and their hand cut steaks. They nail med rare each time here. The 16oz Sirloin is aged perfectly. My wife and I split it and it is perfect for about $20. Their baked potato is perfectly cooked every time. Salads great. Ribs not bad. Rolls are incredible! Not a fan of their fried bloomin onion though. My dad loves the sweet potato here as well. HAIR found in 3 different plates. When we proceeded to tell the server our issue she laughed and still did not take the hair or plate off the table.... Manager came and did the same thing. It was just funny to them and left the plates on the table until we left. They also tried charging us for the extra side we had to order after the hair was found. Got the chicken fried steak with the house salad and sweet potato. The house salad was alright, but ingredients didn't seem super fresh and lowkey reminded me of something I'd get at camp or school. Sweet potato was solid too and has the option of adding marshmallows. My table got cheese fries which I don't normally get, but they were kind of disappointing. The cheese was for the most part not melted and the bacon bits didn't really add too much. I honestly would've preferred the fries alone without the cheese and bacon. Lastly, the chicken fried steak was a little grisly and the skin wasn't super crunchy after being drowned in gravy. I'd probably get something different if I go again or at least get the gravy on the side. Service was good though and their complimentary bread is super amazing! The spread they give for the bread is like butter with what seemed like cinnamon sugar mixed in. Sounds weird, but it was kind of like eating a warm cinnamon pretzel which I'm all for :) read more

Came here for dinner one night, I would say that Texas Roadhouse to me is always an okay meal. It's never really amazing nor ever too terrible. The bread is really why I go. It's fresh baked and fluffy and probably terrible for you, but that butter. Yum. The steaks are nothing special to me, but my boyfriend likes it because it's a good price for what you get he thinks. This would not be my go to place for a steak but it's decent and the price you pay is for for what you are getting. There are a variety of sides for everyone to choose from so it's a nice compromise. The location is easy to get into, can be hard to get out if the feeder road is busy. There is plenty of parking here. read more

What did disappoint is the slice of cheesecake desert. Sadly the piece they gave me looked partially eaten and like half was missing. It was a vibe for real, from the checkin girls to my servers and all the other employees that came across me and my people.. everyone was so kind and just good energy, so I came in for my birthday dinner last night 4-27 w a party of ten the wait wasn't too bad ( I was drunk and vibin') with my people and everybody else that walked by lol so they said it was an hour and a half wait but it didn't seem that long at all. We were seated and had drinks in front of us in no time, the bar drinks even arrived fast, I loved it.. the top shelf w that extra tequila shot in it we was lit, when it came time for the food everyone ordered and the food was out within no time and fresh, it was all delicious, I got to taste it (chicken fried steak w mash potatoes and mixed veggies) lol the bread and butter got me full so I ended up taking my plate home.. even after warming it back up this morning it was just as tasty everything well seasoned.
