Today I placed an order for a steak and a half gallon of tea. When I picked up the order no silverware (as requested with order), and no tea. I went back to pick window to get the tea. I had to wait 5 minutes before she returned to tell me they were out of half gallon containers and would give me 2 cups instead. I saw the girl from the back bring the cups. The girl at the window did not give them to me even though I said they are right there. She, instead sold a gift card to someone before handing me the drinks and only after I asked to speak to a manager. I do not think the amount of tea in the two classes added up to half gallon U do not recommend this place that was rude, discourteous, and inaccurate. read more

I do not really talk about free bread but honestly, this place has really good free bread. It taste similar to a Hawaiian roll but a bit more dense and also slightly sweet. The ribs were also good but also a bit sweeter that I am usually use to. The Texas Roadhouse sauce was tangy and together it made the ribs more flavorful. The ribs literally fell off the bone and along with the bread was the highlight of my visit. If anyone is undecided about what ti get on the menu I'd recommend this item. So the restaurant ran out of rare prime rib and gave us a medium/ well done prime rib. I have never seen prime rib prepared this way and upon eating it, I could see why. The meat was tough and did not taste like a true prime rib at all. It was pretty disappointing as it was basically a chunk of unflavored meat. The margarita drinks were also weak and filled with sugar. Service was great. I really liked our waitress she was attentive and vert caring. I appreciated how she checked up on us often. She made our dining experience more pleasant. read more

My girlfriend and I went to eat on 08/11 at 3pm. Our server was Alexis A. and she provided such high quality service. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure that our experience felt one of a kind. Our food was delicious and surpassed all our expectations. Alexis definitely contributed to the great restaurant experience with her amazing energy and positive attitude. The atmosphere was fun and there were lots of laughs all around. Love coming here. Food is good and drinks are good. The only problem was that the bar was dirty. They had just opened so I doubt someone was there before us. Hopefully the bar is clean next time. During a pandemic I really do expect things to be clean. read more

My husband and I were visiting from California and we decided to give this place a shot. Everything was absolutely delicious! The bread rolls definitely deserve the hype! We go to Texas Roadhouse a lot! This one is definitely missing the mark!! The restaurant is filthy! The booth we were seated in still had a booster seat in it with food all over the booster and the booth. When I asked if we were seated at the right table the hostess said they mist have just left the booster. I went to the bathroom on 2 occasions to wash my hands and each time several employees were congregating in the restroom on their phones. The restroom was disgusting with overflowing trash and toilet paper all over the floor. Not sure it's been cleaned in a few months. We had to send 2 of our steaks back because they were cooked correctly. Definitely will not be back to this particular location!! read more

Texas Roadhouse used to be one of our favorite places. But now they have fallen so far down from what they used to be ... We noticed that when you order to go ... They reduced the amount of cinnamon honey butter each person gets .. only give you two rolls per person per meal ... won't give you any extra rolls .. even though they offer all you can eat rolls ... when you pick up your food it's just sitting there on a rack getting cold .. They raised the prices ... reduced the size of the rolls ... reduced the amount of food you get but expect you to leave a tip ... smh ... We are paying more for less ... we are going to have find a new place to satisfy our steak cravings.. read more

MY FIRST TIME .. BUT NOT MY LAST A bucket of peanuts and a basket of hot bread with cinnamon butter from the moment you sit down. How could it get any better then that!! It could get much better if you remember to get there before 6Pm for the earlier bird specials. I had the steak and rib dinner. The portions were large and cooked to perfection. The ribs were tender fall of the bone delicious! I will be back and bring my rib eating friends. The steak is so melt in your mouth tender it really is like butter! Better than any Ruth's Chris or Morton's out there and at a great price!! The service is as good as the food. Lots of attention from the staff. Very good food and atmosphere, the warm bread and peanuts were good starters! I had the appetizer ribs my side choice was a sweet potato which was cooked perfect! I'm picky about my barbecue sauce so I ordered it on the side. The meat fell off the bone and was tender and I didn't even need the sauce because the seasoning of the ribs was very good! The only complaint that I have is the side salad is very white and bland! A salad should have a variety of dark green lettuce not iceberg lettuce which has no taste. The food was excellent and so was the service!!Better than I expected. The only thing I was a little concerned about was the fact that everyone was sitting like a normal time eating at a restaurant. The booths had high backings so I guess that's fine but it was packed when we went there. The workers were masked up at least and so were we. I don't even know if that makes a big difference or not. Decided to come here for lunch yesterday and take advantage of the $9.99 deal they offer. I ordered the 6oz sirloin steak cooked medium rare with the loaded sweet potato and rice pilaf. Everything was yummy including the three baskets of rolls I fucked up. The food could have been hotter and my steak more rare but it was still good. It was seasoned to perfection. The rolls with the cinnamon butter are so yummy and addicting. The rolls taste a lot better when they are straight out of the oven. The food came out cold and the ribs were very dry. The service was okay but the server was rude and judgmental. If she were nicer and gave us time to speak it would've been better. It took a long time, I understand being busy but not being rude to the customers who are being nice. We went for a birthday to have fun and it was disappointing. So, my wife's NY STRIP was cut in half and over cooked (ordered MR got MW), my ribeye looked like some one had no idea what a ribeye cut looks like. Sister in Laws Prime Rib was ordered medium and came out well done. Server did not repeat order back which in turn cause wrong sides on plates and incomplete sides on plates. I say a manager approach a table and heard her say, "your server said there was a problem so what's the issue".. really? That's how you handle it? Staff does not give guest the right of way when moving around (my 87 year old grandmother in law and I were locked arm and arm to support her) and we had to move out of way. read more

Well with the pandemic still going on this place does have dine in seating with of course social distancing in place. It's great if you have the app you can put your name on a wait list. The food has always been good and the service great. My favorite is the BBQ Chicken Breast it comes with two sides. They also have a bar you can sit at and watch TV if your interested. Only gave them a 1 start because I like their food . First off I would like to say as yelper I've only ever left 1 bad review . Again this is my opinion so here it goes . I absolutely LOVE the food and the bread is to die for ! The new your steak strip is my favorite ! Now customer service IS HORRIBLE when it comes to the hostess. I understand that we came at a busy time and there is call ahead waiting but the policy I think. Reds a little revision. So you can call ahead BUT all your party has to be here . I think this is a little unfair I understand why they do it I've known people that have worked in the restaurant business before and I get it but my party of 7 was only missing 1 person and they wouldn't seat me . I was going to order for the person and everything but no couldn't even get on the wait list . I've been to places where if at least 80% of the party is here they would seat you. Back to the hostess - when I asked if I can at least be out on standby she said "um nope al your party has to be here " but in a very snarky stuck up way . They she proceeds to talk to the other hostesses and say "ugh I hate working weekends I have to deal with these people " Sorry you hate your job you choose to work in The food / customer service industry So now we get seated 45 mins later because the 1 person wasn't here and my server took about 20 mins to get us drinks and our food took about another 30mins Don't know if it was an off day or maybe the staff or location but never have I had this type of "I hate my job" environment. If Ruths Chris is too pricey and pretentious this is your kind of place. The ribs are delicious fall off the bone tender but what restaurants call a full rack isn't a full rack so if you want a rack like you buy at the store you wont get that here. The T bone and Rib Eye's are amazing, could use less salt for me but excellent steaks. The service is warm, friendly and attentive NO COMPLAINTS, well worth $60 (including tip) for a T Bone, prime rib and fixings plus a beer and a frozen drink. Ended up with enough food for 2 to have lunch the next day. Dressing is made fresh, if you don't like cheese on yoru salad order without or get the Cesar its fantastic, ask for extra dressing and put in your doggie bag for the next day! its that good! read more

Normally you get decent service here. Today I ordered ribs, a salad, fries, potato skins, & boneless buffalo wings. Because we thought, 'why not try to feel normal in the midst of the quarantine'. We were expecting warm food and all the usual fixings, tons of fresh bread and cinnamon butter. Nope. The potato skins were so crisp they were chips. The salad was served with a dressing I did not order. The wings were cold & the bread was dry and not warm. There wasn't any butter. The fries were chewy, like they could've been cooked a little more. The ribs were dry but cooked thoroughly. The side of buttered corn was the only portion of the order that was decent. This was the most horrible service we've experienced eating here. I understand that maybe it might be due to the new protocols set in place. You would think they would be grateful to the customers they still have. Not this location. I should've listened to the previous customer waiting for food that he received cold. Tried to process an on line order, wouldn't take my card. Called and waited 10 min to place my order. Got there and food wasn't ready after calling and being told they don't do curbside pickup.
