A couple of people of our party had to go to the bathroom. They refused to sit us until the people returned from the bathroom. When finally we sat down, the very nice waitress took our order. Our food took a while which is not an issue since we had a large party. But they never brought out my order. Everyone else got their food. Food was terrible. I ordered a steak salad that costed $15.99. It was filled with tomatoes and very little lettuce with steak that was over cooked. Nothing else was added, The salad was missing at least 6 other ingredients/toppings. I also ordered a side of mash potatoes. They came out cold and missing the toppings as well. There were barely any potatoes to begin with. I had waiter take my items back and I sat there watching my husband eat his food. I was still charged for the potatoes. I thought it was a joke, waiter came by to drop off food once and then again for the check. Didn't re take orders or fill our drinks. Terrible experience. read more

Times are tough but the process they have set up for placing your name online and then checking in was easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will say the cheese on the cheese fries was not very good nor melted all the way so it tasted waxy but everything else was great. The sweet tea was awesome Our waiter was helpful and quick. This place never disappoints me! Absolute favorite of all time! Medium rare steak is my go to here with the shrimp mash potatoes and salad on the side. Their dinner rolls are amazing so fluffy and buttery. I would recommend you trying this out .. order boneless buffalo wings they should come with a side of ranch, cut the the dinner rolls in half and stuff some boneless wings in there with ranch and you got sliders!!! Won't ever be returning to this location. My family and I have celebrated quite a few large birthday dinners here. With everything going on with Covid- I understand the rules in place due to the ordinances of no more that 6 ppl at a table which is fine. I called earlier in the day to ensure a party of 12 could have dinner, voicing I knew we wouldn't all be at the same table. They said absolutely. So I called about 45 minutes in advance to add our party to the wait List, the girl I spoke with said it would be about 45 minutes and she couldn't guarantee we'd sit close together. So I said that if we needed to wait longer to try and get tables close together, that was ok and we wouldn't mind waiting. The girl I first spoke with said everything was good, but then asked me to hold. Im not sure if it was a manager or just another employee who got back on and was rude immediately and quickly said "we don't accept parties over 11" but then, changes it to each party of 6 would be placed in completely different areas of the restaurant. Which to me sounds like pettiness and why, i have no idea because I was never rude in the beginning. So then I stated your employee already said it was fine, just that only 6 ppl can be at one table, which I said I understood, and I also said if need be we just want to wait until we can get tables close enough together. Then very rudely again, she yells "fine then it'll be more than a 2 hour wait". For a large group who loved coming here and spending a good amount of money, to be treated like that when I was never rude to them to begin with (can't say I didn't get sassy after being spoken to so rudely after the way the 2nd person talked to me) was so unreal. I like popping in here early 4pm grab a seat in the bar area and order some nice cold beers and a steak. I have to say I really like the rolls and cinnamon butter. I would have to say easy on the salt on the steak and meat. My steak was done right just like I like it just saltier than what I am use to in a rib eye steak. We were running late and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I've never had a problem with my meal at any of their locations. My husband ordered a burger which he really enjoyed. And let me day I've always enjoyed their fillet and ribeye. Today I decided to go with the prime rib. Our meal arrived quickly and the server was very nice and polite. However, my prime rib was very rare even though I ordered it medium. I didn't think it would be a big deal. They took it back and I expected it back quickly. My husband was halfway done with his burger and my steak was still not back. The server came back twice to inform me it should be out soon but it wasn't. My husband literally finished his meal when my prime rib arrived looking like it has been ran over and later burnt. It looked black and gray. It smelled old and could I barely cut into it. They also forgot my baked potato when they brought my plate. Overall, I expected for the manager to come over and apologize for the long wait. I took that one bite and asked for a to go box. Went here today to try it out. Got there before it opened and there was a line outside. What we loved about this place is that you don't have to ask them to bring you a refill or more rolls. They automatically do it when they notice you are almost out. Our server was amazing. He was So friendly. And for these reasons I will give it a 5 star rating. The food was good. Not amazing. "Legendary Food & Legendary Service" your slogan could NOT be more deceiving. My family and I came in at 7:40pm to have dinner. We were a large party and expected a wait. We were told it would be an hour maybe an hour and 15min. Completely understanding. After nearly 2.5 hours, multiple attempts to ask if there was an update and receiving "we are waiting a table to leave" (the same response we had received for over an hour), your "manager" asked to seat half our party on one side of the room and the other have on the other side of the room. I could not be more upset at this time as my family has waited 2.5 hrs to eat and we were basically ignored the entire time. "Legendary Service" is an absolute lie. In the future I hope your hostess will either state "we cannot seat a large party tonight" or simply NOT provide an estimated time that can never be met. To be lied to over and over again and ignored by your entire hostess staff while basically told "too bad you wasted 2.5hrs for nothing" with no remorse is utterly appalling. Let me start by saying if I could give NO stars I would. When we first arrived with our party of 5, two of us ordered beers. It took us reminding her about about the beers until she brought them.. When she finally brought the spoons our chili was already cold. Mind you this was around 920pm and they close at 11pm. When the two that got beers asked for another one she said "it's last call" (@ 930PM). WTFFFF!?!?! When finally brought the second round of beers one asked for lime and her response was "They threw them away..." Without any ATTEMPT to find one. The last annoying thing she did was ask me if we wanted cups for our DRINKS to go and we said "Yes" this lady brought out To Go Containers for SOUP. (like are you kidding me).
