Where do I start... I love this place!!! I can't believe I'm just writing a review. This is by far one of my fave places to go to that's close to home. The food is always made exactly how I ordered and it is always quick to come out. The bread and butter they give us is flippin amazing. Yes yes I know too much carbs, but every bite is worth it. Last night we sat at the bar and Ian was our bartender. He was super friendly, attentive, and was able to deliver great customer service. The mugs they use for beers on draft are the best because they are super chilly and keeps the beer at a perfect temperature :) You must try this location! Just a heads up they do get very busy so if you can call ahead or if you don't have the kiddos go straight to the bar no waiting to get seated. Honestly the wait doesn't even bother me because I know I will have a good experience. read more

First time @ this location and never again. I ordered my usual ribeye, medium. It came out rare and didn't look like a ribeye, more like sirloin. Had to send it back. My husband got grilled chicken and it was not cooked. Ugh! So gross we had to send it back. Server was nice but we felt rushed. We had our salad drinks and food even after being sent back, box and the bill was all of 25min. I did not keep my food so I left hungry. Husband ate a few more bites and we paid our bill and left. Dinner for 2 but only a small portion was worth eating. My husband ordered Rib Eye Medium, but got served Prime Rib Rare. He reluctantly ate it. Asked twice for horseradish to try to help the flavor, but both times, they gave a super small container with maybe 1 teaspoon worth of it in each container. The shrimp was a shit show....literally. It thinks its ridiculous to pay $15.00 for s shit shrimp dinner. They really need to do a better job cleaning the food they cook and serve. Never again. Just gross . read more

We usually visit and have a pleasant experience. This visit, however, left us surprised and unhappy. I requested a bacon cheese burger special (M), with extra crispy fries, a side of ranch, and fried chili. I received my order, and my fries were super soggy. Our waiter took my food back and returned with the fries that were refried, but I was content. However, no ranch. I requested ranch a second time and when I took a bite it was the most driest burger I've had my entire life, I needed to swallow it with water, also must I add my bacon burger had no bacon. The waiter must've left to lunch or something she never came back, so I got stuck with a wrong/overcooked item. At this point, I just left the meal and brought it home for my dogs. Also the table was small for 4 people and she never removed the appetizer plates by the time we left we had 9 cups at our table and 8 plates it was such a bad experience that our 13 yr old son requested next time we just go to Denny's . I took my daughter to Texas Roadhouse before a concert at Ak-Chin Pavilion on a Friday night. It was busy but we were seated in about 10 minutes after they told us it would be about 15 minutes. So that was a nice start. The service was good. I ordered the prime rib and it was some of the best prime rib I've ever had. I usually am good about taking a pic for my reviews but I was hungry and had to eat. My daughter got a pulled pork sandwich and loved how they put a big onion ring on the sandwich. yo, listen up my fellow vets......texas roadhouse claims they offer a military discount on your bill!!! be advised, you only get a discount on "your food only" the remainder of the bill is regular price. i don't think that is cool, they boast about a discount and then take it back. bill was only $75.31, but then the tax was added and it came to $79.10........ after the $2.48 discount was applied !!!!!! Chain restaurant food is not my jam, but we visit this location occasionally because it's close to home and it's where hubby can indulge his meat-and-potatoes appetite. Plus he had a gift card for his birthday that was burning a hole in his pocket. On a Friday night before Memorial Day we were seated within about 15 minutes. Not bad at all for a holiday weekend. Server Yinny was enthusiastic and attentive. Hubby had the t-bone and baked potato. I had the 6-oz sirloin with steak fries. We both had the house salads. Food was alright, it's pretty predictable standard chain steakhouse fare. My steak fries seemed like they had been sitting for a while before they were served. Rolls were hot and fresh, and Yinny brought us an additional basket when he saw my ravenous husband had already gone through 3 from the first basket. We were seated at a booth by a window and I noticed the windowsills were extremely grubby and dusty and needed a good cleaning. Also I noticed the ceiling fans needed some TLC as well, as the blades were coated with dust. No fault of the restaurant, but sadly this location is plagued with vagrants who have become increasingly aggressive in the parking lot. On our last visit we were blocked from exiting our parking space by a young toothless female who wouldn't less us exit until we had heard her sad refrain about needing bus fare to Ohio. read more

I hate to admit this but we come here a lot. From family dinners to celebrating birthdays! The service has always been amazing and the servers actually take their time with us. Depending on the day, there will be a wait but we usually check in online so we're not waiting around at the restaurant. We've never waiting more then 20 minutes and that's on a Friday evening! Now for their food, I think they have something for everyone except vegans. They're not vegan friendly but can make accommodations. Besides that, we really like their food and appetizers. We don't usually get alcohol here but our family does and they like them. They're doing their best with Covid to make sure everyone is spaced out. But I feel like they can do better and not sit a group next to your table. It was definitely not 6 feet distance. Their restaurant is clean and bathrooms are well kept. was in town visiting and we decided to go here since it wasnt too far from our hotel. I think I got the 12 oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato and a ceasar salad. The steak was seriously one of the best steaks Ive had. It melted in my mouth. I felt like I was at a high end steak house...minus the bucket of peanuts on the table and the servers randomly yelling Hee Haw lol. It was fun!!! I like the food at Texas Roadhouse. The bone-in Ribeye is better than at Outback. This particular Texas Roadhouse had Teagan at the front. I told her I was eating at the bar. Rather than just welcome me in she said something that because of the noise I asked her to repeat. She said, "You can sit at the bar, but not the tables nearby." I told her, "I said I was sitting at the bar." I guess she had a bit of a gatekeeper mentality and thought it better to warn or lecture me rather than just welcome me. JJ at the bar was very welcoming and efficient. I loved the sweet potato with the melted marshmallow. The food was brought by an attractive person. Very bad customer service.Our server chad is very unprofessional he sat down next to me while taking order and would get very close making us uncomfortable.he forgot our sauce,sour cream on our loaded potatoes after we asked.Gave us bad attitude when we asked him for our sauce and would roll his eyes.I personally would tell you to go to another location for better service.he forgot our sauce after we asked several times and tried to lie saying loaded potatoes don't have sourcream.we asked for 3 boxes but he brought 2 and took long to bring the 3rd one so we decided to mix our food into 2boxes then he came and told us "are you serious I just brought the 3rd box" and left the box behind me in between our booth and the other persons booth behind us. AMAZING!! For a chain, this place is spot on! Best Ribeye I've had in a while! Steak was cooked spot on to order, perfectly charred, with lots of butter. Chunky mushrooms sautéed just right! To their bread w/ sweet butter, to savory appetizers. I can't wait to come back. Staff is very attentive, everyone makes sure to either welcome you or say goodbye. I used to come here but stopped because the steaks would always be burnt. I recently came back and the steaks were ugly and taste like they were old. The bread rolls weren't even warm , my shrimp was salty. My service was pretty slow, and as soon as we arrive , it was just a party of three on a Sunday at 4:30 tables were open and there was just a whole group of workers in the entrance, NOT TO GREET just talking amongst each other and even outside the kitchen. The prime rib was nasty and burned all around , it was very dry and we told our server which she was understanding and talked to her manager to make us a new one but it just seemed like they just cut the edges. No discount was given and the steak was still dry. I'm disappointed because for a steakhouse it was a disappointment. I had to wait 5 minutes before she returned to tell me they were out of half gallon containers and would give me 2 cups instead. I saw the girl from the back bring the cups. The girl at the window did not give them to me even though I said they are right there. She, instead sold a gift card to someone before handing me the drinks and only after I asked to speak to a manager. I do not think the amount of tea in the two classes added up to half gallon U do not recommend this place that was rude, discourteous, and inaccurate. read more

I do not really talk about free bread but honestly, this place has really good free bread. It taste similar to a Hawaiian roll but a bit more dense and also slightly sweet. The ribs were also good but also a bit sweeter that I am usually use to. The Texas Roadhouse sauce was tangy and together it made the ribs more flavorful. The ribs literally fell off the bone and along with the bread was the highlight of my visit. If anyone is undecided about what ti get on the menu I'd recommend this item. So the restaurant ran out of rare prime rib and gave us a medium/ well done prime rib. I have never seen prime rib prepared this way and upon eating it, I could see why. The meat was tough and did not taste like a true prime rib at all. It was pretty disappointing as it was basically a chunk of unflavored meat. The margarita drinks were also weak and filled with sugar. Service was great. I really liked our waitress she was attentive and vert caring. I appreciated how she checked up on us often. She made our dining experience more pleasant. read more
