Ordered the bone in ribeye. Man... Texas really knows how to raise their cattle and make great steaks. Also Jeff our server was great and was constantly checking up on us. Also took back a steak and cooked it better when we asked. Very nice servers and great food! Also I forgot to take a picture I dug in so fast but here's a half eaten bone in ribeye

My baby and I came here on an extremely busy Saturday night the parking lot was packed almost like it was a mall, I was expecting a 45 minute to an hour wait but when I got in the hostess said there was only a 10 to 15 minute wait! This was only my second time here but everyone raves about their complementary bread and cinnamon butter, I had to come back and see if it lived up to the hype. My baby demolished the bread lol. I had a card for a free appetizer so I got the cheese fries. They are huge I couldn't finish them they were just ok in my opinion. For my entree I got an 8 oz med steak with a baked potato and side Caesar salad. Everything was good however the waitress didn't mention the extra charge for the potato toppings which is a pet peeve of mine when dining out. If there is an up charge for anything it needs to be addressed at the time of ordering if you are suggesting that....... Also if you have little ones be careful if they are playing on the tablet on the table there is a charge for that as well, I had no clue about it so I let my waitress know and she told the manager and they took it off for me. Charging for those little games on the table is ridiculous. Overall it was a decent meal, the bread was definitely the best part.

The customer service is so good way better than In California. The food was good and so were the drinks. The inside was nice and packed but the customer service didn't miss a beat our waiter was busy but always came to check on us. One of the managers came to check on us and I always like that in a large busy place I think that's important. The inside had fresh cut steaks on display when u walk in. Very family oriented place.

Texas Roadhouse is ALWAYS busy (which is a good sign) but my table waited for 45 mins to be seated. It was surprisingly busy at an early hour (around 5:30) when we arrived. Restaurant is dim with a lot of wood decor (very country vibes). Food: Appetizers came quite quick but food took longer to serve probably because of the business and the VERY large servings, but prices are pretty good. Meals come with 2 large sides that you can choose from and the heavenly signature rolls and butter are free! you can ask for extra as well. 1. Cactus Blossom very filling, hard to grab, nice flavor, some are crunchy but some bites may be soggy, overall enjoyed it 2. Fried pickles salty (I know pickles are salty but both the breading and pickles being salty can get a little much) sauce was good though 3. Fried Catfish Not anything out of this world, just the usual fried catfish. The side caesar salad I chose was enjoyable according to my party 4. Seasoned rice was okay-- nothing special, and the grilled salmon and mushroom were the same. 5. Sides like loaded potato and mac and cheese weren't too flavorful. Steak was very chewy We were already full after the appetizers and had a lot to take home. Our server was very professional but had some confusion when we were asking for to-go boxes. Overall, we had a nice dinner, but it didn't blow us out of this world.

The servers are all dressed in a nice Western shirt, and the theming throughout is consistent and very well done. Even the guest napkins look like bandanas which I was super impressed with. I started with the Caesar Salad which had a little too much dressing in my opinion but was fresh and delicious. I got the petit filet as my entree and it had delicious flavor without being too salty which I greatly appreciated. Our table shared the broccolini and the Sweet Potato which were both amazing. I don't normally like Sweet Potatoes but this was pureed so finely that it was like pudding with the charred marshmallow on top. The Lone Star Poire tasted like spicy pear deliciousness in a glass. And the champagne bubble bath had an adorable presentation with the rubber duck floating on top. Overall a really great experience and a lovely hotel.

The last couple of visits have been lacking. Definitely different chefs. If I am going to spend $400+ for dinner for two, I expect more. I ordered a $90 short rib that was half fat. We sent it back, which meant my husband's steak was cold while he waited for my meal to arrive. I would have at least expected the manager to come by to acknowledge the issues and apologize, but that didn't happen. I can go to Bob's and spend half the price for a better meal. The bartenders are the only saving grace (Thanks Brandon!).

I did not get a steak, almost had a heart attack when I saw the prices. Upon reading the reviews, I'm glad now that I did not. They definitely have some work to do in that regard. I'll start with the decor. It is very basic, I think they were going for rustic, but it just looks plain and not like a high-end steakhouse at all. There is metal sheeting on the wall, lots of hanging bulbs that flickered the entire meal. Not sure if that is an electrical issue or what, but it was really strange. It was very warm inside, they had a little AC unit blowing in the corner, but we were all, sweating by the end of the meal. There was really no decor on the wall, being an interior designer. That is my first thing I'm going to observe and was really underwhelmed with their aesthetic choices. If it's a high-end steakhouse that they are looking for, they definitely need to rebrand and revise in my opinion. We were seated promptly and the server was friendly enough. The owner did stop by and welcome us, nice guy. I understand that they've been open for about six weeks and have made some changes based on client reviews, and yelp certainly had more negative reviews than Google I am seeing after the fact. I got the salmon for dinner, Caesar salad and asparagus for the side. The salmon was tasty enough, the asparagus was overcooked. My friend got the pecan crusted chicken, I tried a piece and it was really bland. She got a Caesar salad as well and a side of green beans. I would suggest offering a lower price steak option, reconfiguring the tables and putting in a stronger AC unit to facilitate the space and doing some thing about all of that glaring Sheetmetal. Add some decor and art, add some soundproofing, music and address the flickering lights. I'm hoping that they can tweak and become successful, the area definitely needs a high-end presence, and would probably pay it if the ambience and food warrants it. But my experience was only a 3 star currently, sad to say.

Atmosphere: 3/5 it's pretty basic, clean and simple but not high end steakhouse by any means. Service: 3/5 the service was good but not high end steakhouse good. Can't complain but probably on par with a top notch Texas Roadhouse vs a high end steakhouse that this wants to be. Food: Steak is what I am rating because that's what I came here for. We had 2 16oz ribeyes, one order medium rare and one rare. Both over cooked and worse was they are so thin it was pathetic for a real steak house. The meat was so under seasoned it had no flavor and it was so charred on the outside it was almost repulsive. Unfortunately Texas Roadhouse gets a 5/5 compared to this at 1/2 the cost. I talked to the owner in the way out and gave him my opinion. I hope he make a change soon, otherwise we will likely loose this dinner option soon. Oh also! The baked potato was so under cooked I could not eat it! And the Cesar salad was soggy. I might be back to try again, but as high end streak house prices for Golden Corral steaks (that might be better) I am not sure I will waste another $175 to update the review.

I really liked this place. It is clean, classy, and welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent. I ordered a Spicy Paloma Spritz, made with Tequila Ocho Plata, Ancho Reyes Chile liqueur, Aperol, lime, and grapefruit. We enjoyed our cocktails with The Ranch Nachos as an appetizer. They were delicious, and the serving was large enough for all five of us to share. The dinner menu had many appealing choices, and I had a hard time deciding. In the end, I ordered the Sea Bass with ají amarillo, caramelized pearl onions, guajillo oil, and toasted hominy. I also chose a side of Foraged Mushrooms with shallots and parsley, which turned out to be an excellent choice. My colleagues ordered the Surf & Turf Grits, served over pimiento cheese grits; the parmigiano-reggiano-encrusted Pork Chop; the Filet; and the Prime NY Strip. The sides came in large plates and were meant to be shared. In addition to the mushrooms, we ordered Truffle Fries, Mac & Cheese, and Brussels sprouts. We were stuffed. We barely touched some of the side dishes! None of us felt like bringing food back to the hotel, so we had to leave it behind. That is how full we were. I really enjoyed this restaurant. He told us about things on the menu and the restaurant and the services they offer. He was a guide without ever being pushy, he was always there with whatever we needed but was never hovering. Nice kid! I rarely talk to the managers unless something is seriously wrong. In this case I called Tom over to compliment how great the place is. We told him it was our first time in and that the only reason we hadn't been in before was it looked a bit expensive. He did mention they just came up with pick-a-pair for lunch at $14.95. Normally this means skimpy half-portions of stuff but not here. I was in the mood for bacon so I went for the BLT Salad & BLT Sandwich. The dressing was made in house and wonderfully garlicky without being overpowering. The tomatoes were juicy and flavorful, the bread was grilled to perfection, and even the arugula was delicious (and I hate arugula/rocket). My wife got the club with fruit salad as her side. Ruben said they cut the fruit daily. My wife doesn't like strawberries nor pineapple so I got bonus fruit on my salad. She only at half because Firebirds has a crème brûlée cheesecake and we had to split that. While we were there, a nearby table was celebrating and a bunch of waitstaff came out with shakers and martini glasses and poured everyone drinks. Fun and classy at the same time.
