We had a very good experience here at Texas Roadhouse. Walking in was a little awkward though... The ambiance here is loud and it was difficult for me to hear the host, but we made it through and got to our table. Thankfully our table, while loud, was not near as loud as the entrance. I know I sound old mentioning the volume of the music, and I suppose the volume is part of the roadhouse vibe, but it's distracting. Very pleasantly happy (and a bit surprised) with dinner here a few nights ago. Food is wonderful. Service is perhaps the best I've had in years. Prices just right. Ambiance is energetic. A bit loud and busy but not annoyingly. Tons of parking. Ample seating. I had duo of ribs and chicken tenders. I'd get it again. The right amount and the ribs were excellent. I love steamed broccoli and it was excellent. Buddy had the kabobs and really liked it. Meat very tender. We both had a side salad-fresh, cold and quite large. Yesterday was my birthday, so my friend wanted to treat me to a T-bone steak. Desmond was our waiter and we had had him before and he was terrible. The last time we were there we had him and luck of the draw, we got him again. The last time he was very inattentive and disappeared and did not service us at all. He was horrible. We had to ask other waiters for anything that we needed. This time we remembered him, but hoped that things would be better.... but no. We told him twice it was my birthday and they were bringing the saddle out and singing to everybody. He did nothing for me and that was disappointing for my friend because she wanted to make a big deal out of my birthday. It only comes once a year! Also, it took him a while to take our order. When my T-bone came out, it was horribly overcooked... Well done. I had ordered medium rare. My friend had the chicken fried chicken so she had to eat her meal while I waited. The second time it came out it was blue not even cooked. Further, I'd ordered mushrooms and grilled onions on top and there was none. So they took it back, cooked it some more and it was actually medium. By this time, I've waited way over 30 minutes and my friend was through eating. You could tell it was not cooked properly because one side of the meat was more well done than the other. However, I was tired of messing with it so I ate it, but it was really too well done again. We love the atmosphere and generally the food is very good but the waiter and the steak having to come out three times really ruined the day. This is a great Texas Roadhouse location! I arrived around 6:30pm on a Saturday fully expecting an hour wait time. I checked in on the app and had a table within 15 minutes. Our server was very nice and attentive, bringing more bread and drinks before we had fully finished our current ones to ensure we were never empty. The food was super yummy. I got a medium rare 8oz sirloin and it was cooked perfectly. It's a busy location but despite the amount of people it's a nice place to grab dinner. We did arrive right when they opened at 11am on a Sunday - along with a stream of other customers - we were seated quickly and our waiter took good care of us. It's been a while since I had a multiple course meal. There were peanuts on the table, bread and cinnamon butter, and we each got a bone-in ribeye (medium rare) which came with salads and sides. We rolled out of there with leftovers. The place was clean and the food was good. For obvious reasons if you are coming on a weekend I recommend going first thing when they open. We stopped in for dinner after my daughter's soccer practice. It was loud but expected because of how crowded it was. We were sat right away. It took some time to get our drink order but we were trying to be accommodating as the entire restaurant was full. We sat for over 45 min after we ordered the meals before they brought the salads. Then almost immediately afterwards brought out the meal. I like to have time to eat the salad before the meal but turns out that wasn't the worst part of the evening. We ordered a rare ribeye and a medium rare filet steaks. The ribeye was overcooked and the filet undercooked. The manager came by to remake the ribeye and apologize for our ticket being "pocketed". I assume that means they forgot to put the order in the computer. The manager did comp both of our meals, if that is any indication of how bad it was. The value is excellent, the staff is always friendly, and it is one of the best places around for a solid high-protein meal without spending a fortune. Add in the fun Texas vibe and the games always on at the bar, and it is an easy place to keep coming back to. A Big shoutout to Kirby, who went above and beyond for us last night. She has always made a real effort to recognize us and make us feel welcome -- and that genuinely makes a difference. Great managers set the tone, and she does. Like I said, the team here is always super friendly, but I have to specifically shout out Carson, who really impressed us on our first visit, and Joanne, who has become one of our favorites. Poor service ,nobody listens and refused reasonable ADA accommodation. We received a gift card for our 50th anniversary. Called ahead Sat 7/25 for wheelchair accessible table or booth. Told us to come up for a table shortly after arrival. Taken towards a table which was already taken. Told to remain in the aisle while she looked for another table. It was awkward dodging servers and bussers. She eventually told us return to the waiting area. After 10-15 minutes told a mgr what was going on. After another 10 minutes and inquired again. Informed that if we had been willing to take a booth it would have been sooner. We had already said we take either at least 3 times. We were then seated. Server seemed to be trying hard, aware of initial problem Took drink and starter order, he brought the wrong drink. Besides my wife being in a wheelchair, I am a left arm amputee. I am careful to explain and request that the kitchen needs to put the ketchup and mayo on in the kitchen as I am unable to put it on myself. He brought the burger out with the dressings on the side. I asked him what he expected me to do with it. He said he told the kitchen, but they didn't do it. I informed him I no longer wanted it as all the issues were piling up and I was no longer hungry. Five minutes later, he brought it back out anyway after I told him mine no longer wanted it. I then asked a busser to please get the manager to come to the table. He refused saying that we needed to ask somebody else to get the manager. So I went and looked for the manager and explained all the issues. Long story short, they took the burger off and had us pay for the rest. I asked for a Corporate number he said there wasn't one.(there is) and he told me to use the contact us a button on their website. I left feeling totally cheated out of the use of the gift card since the experience was so poor, but we still had to use it and pay some additional. Went and tried to use the website. Since I only have one hand, it took quite a while to type up the experience. The send message button doesn't work. I tried a much shorter message just to see if it was too long and it still wouldn't work. I called the customer service number that night and left a message. I called again Sunday to make sure my message had been received and that I would like to speak to someone above the restaurant level since management was no more help than the rest of the staff. I also made a point of asking him to call after 11 AM up until 8 PM because I am unavailable in the morning due to assisting my wife getting up each day. They said that was in the notes. The general manager, then attempted to call today at 9:30 AM in the morning when the notes he was sent told him I would not be answering my phone. This tells me he doesn't really want to talk to me or solve the issues. Terrible and humiliating experience, as well as a violation of ADA law requirements. So between the visit to the restaurant and try and using their website over three hours was wasted, a gift card present was wasted and nobody in the restaurant really seems to give a darn. It was a very simple request, other restaurants are always willing to do it. read more

I came to this Texas Roadhouse for lunch since I only had a one-hour lunch break. I arrived at 3:06 PM, and my food didn't come out until 3:47 PM, which basically made my whole lunch break over before I could even eat. I ordered a 6 oz steak medium well with mushrooms only -- no onions. When the food finally arrived, it had onions and mushrooms on it, and when I cut into the steak, it was almost completely uncooked and very bloody, which is not what I ordered at all. The manager came over and said, "Don't worry, I'll remove it," but there was no real apology for the long wait or the incorrect order. Honestly, I was surprised because I wouldn't expect to pay for something that was made wrong and not cooked properly in the first place. What made it more disappointing was seeing another table that arrived about 20 minutes after me get their food within around 10 minutes. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled. I placed a large online order for a birthday lunch for a family member. When I picked it up, I had the employee verify everything that was in the sack to make sure I had the whole order. When we got home, we only had half the order. I called to talk to a manager two times and held at least 10 minutes. Finally spoke with a manager named Taylor. Taylor was very nonchalant and very unapologetic for our order. She really didn't seem to care at all. She said she will refund me the parts of the order that we didn't get. Considering we all had to scramble to make sure there was enough food for everyone with only half of an order I don't think this was much of an effort from Taylor. This spot is always good! From start to finish. Once again we had a 5 star waitress! Wish I could remember her name since she deserves a shout out! The food as always was perfect! They keep warm rolls at the table and the drinks are always filled. Whether your drinking water or tea the glass is never empty. We usually start off with the deep fried mushrooms. Those are really good and I can say I have never received a greasy batch. That's a huge score! I usually stick to the 6 oz sirloin with a simple baked potato. It's always served to my liking of medium rare! My kids usually order the same or change it up with a bowl of chili. You can't go wrong with anything you order from here. We usually each have a salad and the bowls are full of good stuff. They have varies homemade dressings to choose from so whatever you want they have. This place is always hopping and I highly recommend you come here for lunch or dinner. They have lots of booths available for seating. As you are leaving they have bags of peanuts. I usually grab one for the road. Pre-Covid they used to have big barrels of peanuts. You'd peel them and toss the shells on the ground while you waited for a table. Sadly not a great experience this time. If you come as a single person and are the least bit claustrophobic Make Sure to ask for a normal size table or else they will stick you in a table fairly big enough for your food and no room to navigate to eat it. When you waitress came to take my order she actually said at the other side of the table in the booth at which point she was sitting on my jacket what's thank goodness I did not have my glasses in my pocket of that jacket or they would have been crushed. Although quick service is normally a good thing, when they bring out your food too fast and you haven't even been able to complete your salad my steak and potatoes were getting cold so I had to basically reach across my salad to be able to get to my steak and potatoes. They happen to be so busy so I'm just putting up with it and not ask him to be moved to another table. But I will never make the mistake of not asking for a regular size table again. 4. They have a walk-up window you have to go to which the food is sitting behind them on the counter and open to all the cold air flies etc that may go in the window so when you do get your food home it is not warm at all. We love this location. We have tried another location, which is actually closer to us by a few miles, but we have never been disappointed with anything at this particular location. The staff seems to be very service oriented and very friendly and of course the food is literally epic good! We almost always have the prime rib and sometimes the cactus blossom, but our biggest fun thing is when we bring new people, especially from another country to enjoy the stake that Texas is famous for... or at least that's what they have always heard and we do not like to disappoint so this is our go to spot! We love it, but it's so much fun to see the looks on their face when they have a big steak or a prime rib! They are never disappointed and neither are we because it's always fun just watching them. Enjoy their food here. As always, I highly recommend this restaurant in particular and like I said we are willing to drive an extra 10 miles to come here, but have always felt it was worth it! Never have we been disappointed in the service or the food and we are there at least twice a month. The restaurant is noisy because it's always busy, but if you're looking for a quiet (and maybe a little romantic) atmosphere, then this is probably not the place for you (unless of course she can be there when they open). If you're looking for great food and don't mind the noise then you're in 7th heaven because this place is always busy and almost always a line with people waiting to get in. Was craving a steak so I decided to go to Texas Roadhouse. Food: Overall, the appetizers did come instantly, but the entrees took a long time to come out. Once we got our entrees, everything was room temperature. Cactus blossom: it's good at first, but then gets way too salty as you eat more and more. Newyork steak strip: I wanted to try medium and I enjoyed it. The Caesar salad was good and the baked potato is spectacular as usual. Mac & Cheese: my friend ordered it and she did not like it. It lacked flavor, some of the shells were hard and it was the least hot dish on the table. Crunchy fried chicken: my brother said it was alright. He enjoyed the chili and steak fries though. First time trying Texas Roadhouse! I was pleasantly surprised, I kept seeing food reviews on TikTok and decided to check it out. The famous biscuits live up to the hype! Their version of the bloomin onion was just ok. The Mac and cheese was decent, and the deviled eggs were bomb! The chilli wasn't hitting like that but everything else was! Hubby got a huge rib eye medium. I got a filet medium rare and large frozen cocktail. Our waiter was super sweet and knowledgeable about the menu, she gave her honest opinions which I appreciate, most servers lie and say the most expensive thing on the menu is the best thing to order just so that your tab is higher lol. I came to Texas Roadhouse for steak, not dinner and a live roach meet-and-greet. While my food was sitting on the table, a roach casually walked across it like it paid rent. When I told the waiter, her response was basically, "Well, it's a restaurant -- sometimes they stop by." Excuse me?? Since when are roaches considered expected guests? That explanation somehow made the situation even more disgusting. If a roach feels comfortable enough to roam around while people are actively eating -- and staff treats it like no big deal -- I don't even want to imagine what's happening behind the scenes. Horrible experience! Brunette waitress spills a full sweet tea on my pants. Afterwards she calls a busser over to clean up and he's cracking jokes. I never even saw a manager after I had explicitly asked for one. This is completely unprofessional and a horrible example of a customer experience! Edit: the busser came back and cracked a few more jokes about how I was now in shorts and when I asked for the waitress's name he said he didn't know. I then asked him for his name and he said donquavious and laughed. I finally got a manager over and she did apologize for the whole thing but overall it was not the greatest time at a roadhouse. It's the one chain restaurant that hasn't chosen to completely nerf the quality of their menu and food in recent years. It's the same Texas Roadhouse today it was 10 years ago.
