Beautiful and permissible medium rare, I am impressed. Thank you TRH!
    Tom S.

ONLY CHAIN STEAKHOUSE IN TOWN THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO DO A MEDIUM RARE THE FIRST GO! I've been having terrible luck with random steakhouses not being able to do medium rare correctly. I've been getting BLUE RARE instead of medium rare (130-140f mind you). It was my first time here. Awesome vibes, rolls were delicious, cactus blossom was much better than Outback's, TRH uses appropriate frying oil and Outback reuses old frying oil making it taste like crap. Free peanuts were awesome! Again, shoutout to the chefs for knowing how to one shot a medium rare steak. I didn't have to send it back. It was perfect when it arrived to my table.

This is honestly one of the best place I've been to for steak. It has been a very long time that I have found a place like this. It is my first experience at Texas roadhouse the waitlist was insane. Therefore, I highly recommend to place yourself on a waitlist prior in getting there. This is definitely not a quiet, romantic place to dine in. It is a sporting , it is a roadhouse. Lol The butter and bread were phenomenal. It kept on coming out and it was free. The fried onion was crispy. Now the steak was the best and the star of the place hands-down to the most tender piece of steak. I've eaten so far in the bay. It was not dry and it came out exactly how I ordered it as well. The ribs was OK but a little dry but we were there for the steak. I am definitely coming back for the steak!!!

We came in to use a gift certificate that was issued after a previous visit where there was an issue with my food--something in it nearly broke my tooth. We decided to give Texas Roadhouse another chance. The visit started off well enough, and our server was friendly. I ordered a New York Strip, but when it arrived, it didn't look anything like a strip steak. When I mentioned it, our server said they hand-cut all of their steaks. Before I could respond, another server looked at it and said, "That does look like a filet." What happened next was disappointing. Our server then told us he was going on break and told the other server, "Good luck with this!" Not exactly the response you'd hope for when there's a concern with your meal. Later, a manager (Tyler) was doing a walk-through when the other server pointed us out to him, apparently indicating that he should check on our table. The manager walked by, tapped our table, asked, "How is everything?" and before we could even lift our heads to answer, he was already gone. Between the food issues on this visit and our previous one, along with the lackluster customer service, we've decided we're done. This used to be a monthly trip for us from San Jose, but unfortunately, it won't be anymore. We gave it another chance and left disappointed, again.

I can see why a lot of people love Texas Roadhouse! Large portions, a huge menu, and prices that make it hard to complain. The complimentary rolls with cinnamon butter alone are worth the visit alone being so fluffy, warm. Absolutely loved the cut of meat and the way it came out (cooked to perfect medium rare) along with their combo appetizer + cactus bloom starters. Make sure you join the waitlist virtually before heading over, especially on weekends when waits can stretch to 2-3 hours. Love the rowdiness and the amazing value, if only this wasn't so far from me :)

First timer!!! Kim (Kimbo) was our server. She was amazing!! She asked if it was our first time dining there, and she definitely made it memorable. Told us what was the best to order, brought over lots of rolls and was honestly one of the friendliest servers I've ever had. The place was packed but it was only about a 15min wait. If I'm in the neighborhood again, I'll definitely be retuning and asking for Kim's section!

This is in Union Landing and there is a lot of parking. When you arrive they have to-go staff outside where you also tell your party number/check in. We were seated quickly and immediately were served with bread. I came for a lunch in the middle of the day and the restaurant was still pretty full. We got appetizers like the blooming onion. It was good and I like it better with ranch than the sauce they served it with. The mozzarella sticks were also good and so were the other appetizers we had. I ordered a New York Strip 6oz with corn and Mac n cheese. The steak was cooked good. I got medium rare. It was cooked a little more than medium rare but was still tasty. The bread was so yummy. That butter is amazing!! It is a bit loud in there so sometimes hearing your friends across the table even is a little hard. It is a very social environment.

Another great meal w/ great service. I put our name on the waiting list on their website. So we were seated when we arrived. Parking lot is easy.

i really like Texas Roadhouse for weekday dinning before the dinner rush. Attentive service, good food quality, and amazing value via the Early Dine Menu Selections $14.99 available Monday to Friday until 5:00pm. The location has tons of parking, and numerous additional shopping and entertainment options once in the area. My latest visit Was Friday April 3, for Lunch. No wait at check in, and was escorted upon walk up to a table once the host secured bread and butter for my table. Server greeted me shortly after being seated, and placed an order for a 6z Steak, and Iced Tea. The table next to me was loud, but I had brought my AirPods and embraced their ability to minimize noise. The Steak, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potato, and Rolls were great, and the Iced Tea kept flowing. My server was also wonderful at bringing me some rolls and a Togo Iced Tea to the table at the end of the meal. Texas Roadhouse, is a great dinning space, and in my opinion sets a standard of what service should resemble when tipping is an option when making payment. FYI, I very much enjoy the Ziosk portals on the tables that simplify the bill review, and payment process.

Love Texas Roadhouse! Best bang for your buck. Love the side options and the huge menu. Whether it's steak or even the chicken tenders, everything's delicious. Make sure to put your name down on the waitlist online to save some time. Easily a 2-3 hour wait on peak times during the weekend. Service in person is always good, never had a bad time here. Food comes out quickly as well despite it being busy. Personally, the foods always been consistent. My favorite is the country fried sirloin with the gravy and the prime rib. Their rice is delicious and of course, their famous rolls. My husband always gets the bone in ribeye and it's always cooked perfectly medium rare. Also, their appetizer and sauces are bomb. Rattlesnake bites are a must! Plenty of food for leftovers. Only con is when placing online orders, they won't let you pay online. I've tried last three orders and had to pay in store, which is fine, but the tip is automatically set to 20% and you have to adjust. My mom didn't catch that as she picked up the order for me and tipped 20% which is actually more like 25%~ since it was set after tax. Make sure to double check before!

Came to this location on a Wednesday evening! The wait was short (0-10min) but the restaurant was packed as always. The location was clean and it didn't feel cramped even though it was crowded. We were given multiple bread baskets which was a nice treat for our table. Their bread rolls are sweet with a sweet butter as well. I ordered the ribeye which was good but a bit fatty. One of my friends ordered the sirloin which looked perfect and had minimal fat, so I will probably choose that next time! The loaded potatoes are always along with the beans. I also got the dragonfruit fizz mocktail which was refreshing and tasty (just a bit sugary / sweet). Overall, Texas Roadhouse is never a miss and will definitely be back!

We hopped on the Yelp waitlist and it was about a 60 minute wait for a Saturday. We arrived to the restaurant and checked in when we got a text. About 10 minutes later, we got seated at our table. There was a basket of bread (with no butter) at our table and our waitress quickly greeted us shortly after we sat down. After we asked for and received their butter, we went in on the bread. It was so soft and warm and the butter was an amazing touch. Our table of 4 ordered a fire blossom. This thing was gigantic. By the end of our meal, we maybe ate 1/3 of the entire thing. There was so much. The white cheese sauce that came with the appetizer did not add much to the plate. And the seasoning/batter on the onion after a while just didn't hit like the first few bites. 3/5 - probably wouldn't order again. I ordered a 14oz ribeye medium rare with mushrooms and onions. I had a side of corn and mashed potatoes and gravy. The dish came out about 10-15 minutes after ordering. I was missing the corn, but after I flagged it down to the waitress, she brought it over. The steak was cooked perfectly but was doused in butter/oil - too much to the point my stomach was hurting a bit later. But given the steak was cooked right and the sides came out nice and hot, the dish gets a 4/5. Overall, I thought the experience at Texas Roadhouse was solid and would come back here if I was looking for a reasonably priced steak.

The wait is often over an hour, sometimes two on any given night. Download their app to join their waitlist but still be prepared to wait even after your name is called. Unlimited fresh hot rolls with honey butter-- heaven. They even give you a fresh batch to go when you leave. Our favorite is the bone-in ribeye but my sister got the filet and said it was really good too. Steaks have a nice char and you can really taste the charcoal flavor. They were out of prime rib so i panic ordered the chicken fried steak-- was way to salty for me and super greasy. Also, if you come on your birthday they'll make you sit on a wooden saddle while they have everyone cheer, and you get a free ice cream.

11oz Sirloin w/ streamed veggies ($25) comes with one additional side (not pictured)

High Steaks An American chain steakhouse restaurant that's been in operation for over thirty years (circa 1993) and boasts almost 900 restaurants worldwide. The Good: * Large shared parking lot * Military discount * Rewards program on the app, plus you get free stuff on your birthday. * Service was amazing * I'd almost come here just for the complimentary rolls they serve you. They're just magical little pillows of bready goodness. Pro Tip: Ask for them to be toasted. * Great $15 lunch menu * Prime Rib was outstanding and the best I'd had in a long time. The Meh: * This place is surprisingly busy, but it's pretty easy to see why after one visit. The Ugly: * The interior is very loud but not overly so that you can have a conversation with your table mates without having to yell. Conclusion: It might not scream fancy and I'm not normally a big chain guy, but these guys really do it right here.

I understand people may be ok with that, but not for me. They said they can cook it but will be 35 to 40 minutes and we said that is perfectly fine and understood. But 20 minutes in, the Chef came in gracefully to share that he can't cook it, and he will bring it now, and if we slice it and don't like it, he can then cook the slices. Me and my son thought that we should be able to eat it, even if it was a bit on the rare side, and we did. It wasn't the perfect situation for us, which is the 3 stars, but it wasn't bad. Moral of the story, if you like your tomahawk cooked in one piece, this is not the place for you. My husband got the New York Steak combo ($21.99) and I got the filet mignon combo ($19.99) both medium rare with spaghetti noodles and pepper sauce. We asked for sauce on the side. We were served first with a side salad, really creamy corn soup, and garlic bread (similar to Texas toast). Our plates came out sizzling and had an egg, baby corn, and broccoli on it. My husband really liked the sauce, and they gave us a refill of the sauce which we used to dunk our meat in. The New York was ok, I think he said he would have preferred the ribeye better (from his last time eating there) vs. this. The New York is also more expensive than the ribeye by $4. He said the fat on it was really chewy and didn't taste great. My filet mignon was really tender, and I enjoyed it and it was cooked medium rare. The only thing that bothered me was it was pretty hot in here like the AC wasn't on. We were also the only customers here on a Friday at 1pm eating. We ordered a variety of items including Egg Bhurji, scrambled eggs cooked with onions, chilies, and spices; as well as a traffic light array of curries: the deep red Butter Chicken, made of boneless chicken in a creamy tomato sauce; the yellow Lamb Korma, made of boneless lamb chunks in a creamy yogurt curry made with ground nuts; and the green Palak Paneer, a pureed spinach curry with chunks of paneer. Finally, the Hyderabad Goat Curry was made of bone-in goat cubes in a dark brown curry made of onion, tomato, ginger, and garlic. All of the curries went nicely with the Tandoori Naan and Onion Kulcha, freshly-made flatbreads that were highlights in and of themselves! Overall, the flavors here were on point--my favorite items were the Palak Paneer, the Lamb Korma, and the Tandoori Naan, but everything was delicious and came at a good value.

And if you still manage to walk in, it's just meh. You are welcomed by this sad looking bar (if you can call it that, some people have home bars that look more enticing). There was only one table occupied and the layout, walls covered with TVs is all a sad scene. With buffalo wild wings right nearby, people interested in watching sports would probably just go there. The owners need to narrow down on what this place is trying to be. Food: we ordered chilli paneer and peanut masala- both were really good. We also got tangerine wheat beer which was good too. The pourhouse setup is easy to use- you get a bracelet and can get whichever beer you want using it. Decent selection.

But now after trying it out, I get it! Hubby and I didn't feel like cooking dinner and this place showed up on my InKind app (IYKYK). It has a pub like vibe/decor and can easily accommodate large parties. They have a 2 for $69 which is reasonable. App, entrees, 4 sides and a dessert. It pretty comes out to you getting a free app and free dessert if you were to pay for it all separately. Option to up charge for premium items. Free bread came out fast and hot! Great start to meal. We really liked the spinach dip. Came out warm and I like how much spinach was in it. Sometimes it comes out too creamy with no spinach at all. I got the rib eye with side of au gratin potatoes and broccoli. I asked for medium rare and I was so pleasantly surprised it came out at a perfect temp. It could have used a touch of salt but def not mad at it. Au gratin was good and broccoli was tender but thankfully not mushy (my pet peeve). You get to choose any of their desserts and we got the cowboy cookie. Basically a pizookie. Yes, bjs pizookie is better but you can't go wrong with a warm cookie and ice cream. Best of all the service was awesome! I believe her name was Taylor, but she was so pleasant and attentive. She checked on us often and helped us make some good food choices. Wouldn't mind coming back for dinner when we're too lazy to cook.

I took my wife and three boys and but we were seated at around 8:15 PM. As soon as we ordered, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the bread. Another 15 minutes for our appetizer; Wagyu Dumplings. And then another 10 mins for the salad. And then another 15 mins for our meal. During that time, we were all getting full off their bread. Once our food came out. Both NY STRIP and RIBEYE were cooked almost well done. My kids; ages 11 and 7; had to spit out their steaks cause it's chewy. I told my server, and he immediately took the steaks back to get it redone. The new (medium-rare) steaks came out after 20 mins and by this time it's 9:57PM! We told our server to provide us two to-go boxes and we will pack the food home because we are tired and the fun and enjoyment out of eating out has been replaced by frustrations and disappointment. Furthermore, it was 10:15 when I finished paying and by this time my wife and kids are in the car waiting for me. Also, I told my server if it's possible to talk to the manager, but he said that they couldn't accommodate me as it was closing time and she is busy counting money. It would be better for you to take your money somewhere like Texas Roadhouse or even Outback. I believe the servers are good at what they do, but the kitchen makes them look so bad. I had a great experience with the old store manager Greg as he ran a great restaurant. But this restaurant is now a shadow of it's former self. P.S. The BBQ Chicken does not look like the one in the menu photo.

Our party of 4 really enjoyed the food (particularly the calamari, duck, and ribeye), drinks, and service. The vibe was on the upscale side but not stuffy, a bit format but still warm. We also like that there were pockets for more private dining. So when it came time to have a small gathering for a group of 10, Papillon came to mind. Papillon's service was excellent - from the time of my reservations to the end of our evening. We requested a private room and boy were we impressed when we got to the venue! Without going into too much detail, because there's so much I can write about, let me just say that if you are looking for a place that is easy to get to, has ample parking, nostalgic and warm ambiance, friendly and professional service, classic and signature drink menu, and balanced food offering that are as well-plated as they are tasty, Papillon is the place! Special shoutout to Shawna (spelling?), our host, who took good care of our dining experience

This is not my first time coming here so I was excited about the promotion. I am never disappointed about the food and service when I come here. The wait staff are always attentive and accommodating. I requested my bread to be hot and they were able to do it for me. The food was delicious as always and cooked perfectly. The only drawback is that the restaurant looks outdated. The carpet is worn and I can smell cleaner they used. Overall, it's a place worth coming back again since the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The owner even came to the table and offered us a drink on the house.
