So my daughters fries were burned her hotdog was dried out like it had been sitting bud a heat lamp and ever drink I ordered it seemed like they didn't have the alcohol for. I go here all the time and the food is always delicious and hot! They are very busy so I advise joining the waitlist on here and they usually call me before the time is even up. Every server I've had has been so kind and helpful! I place Togo orders every so often and they are always so sweet and my food always comes out hot and fresh around 15-20 minutes after I place it. So, In the past Texas Roadhouse use to be one of my favorite places to eat however, that is not the case anymore. The last 2 times it has been anything but good. A simple critter salad, chicken was cold. A sweet potato loaded came with just half melted marshmallows, the bread was hard and cold and my wife's food was worse than that. And the waitress began to argue with me, I am so glad she stopped herself or it could have escalated. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

My husband and I chose Texas Roadhouse because my mom had a horrible experience had another location and she gave us her $15 dollar coupon! So, we decided that we would go. When we first arrived I noticed that the line was wrapped around the building and it was kind of late. That was such a shocker, I called to see how long the wait was and ended being able to put on the wait list so when we walked up we were already in the queue. The parking was big but it was packed. We ended up having to park behind the restaurant and there was a short walk which wasn't bad. I approached the young lady and she was extremely nice and checked us in. We waited about 10 mins. When we walked inside we were greeted by a hostess who walked us over to the steaks and asked if we wanted to pick out one and we did. I like this feature because you can pick your own steak. She also grabbed us some bread which was absolutely delicious: Our server was very nice and personable. She mostly conversed with my husband and they made mutual connection on sports. It took a little minute for our food to come but when it did we were all very pleased. We ordered steak, corn, green beans, sweet potatoes and fries and my husband had a frozen margarita! I have been to this @texasroadhouse location several times. Most of the time I sit at the bar, even though I don't drink. The reason is the service is much faster. When you go you have to ask for either Ann Marie, or Brittany. They are both awesome people and will go out of their way to help you. They will always make sure that your food is fresh, and prepared just the way you ordered it before they put it in front of you, else they will send it back to the kitchen. Even if I don't come for a few months, they will remember my name, and what I love to order, and it is always perfect. I do like their steaks, and mashed taters. Before you order the ribs, ask them when they were made, just to make sure they aren't dry. The bread and special butter is awesome. They need to sell the butter in the store, it is that great. Asked for them to bring a new one and took well over 45mins for a new one to be brought out...(After everyone in party was done with their meals.) Drinks lacked to ever be refilled properly, after asking for a refill my cup was never returned, turning into having to ask for a new one. Female Manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and unapologetic when talking about quality of service we received. I understand restaurants have bad nights, but it was beyond unacceptable. Absolutely a cluster f@@k. They only cater to go orders! They have taken away 50 % of their parking for to go cars. They didn't have enough parking in the first place. checking in to get seated is always a bit chaotic, hostesses never seem to be paying attention when someone walks in. Once you're seated, the service is great and servers are always friendly, never had any issues with the food itself and of course the rolls are to die for. read more

We like going there, although you should definitely use the call ahead option especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The wait can be 45 minutes to an hour. We went to this Texas Roadhouse on a Monday night. It was pretty busy and we were told that it would be 15-30 min wait. We did have 7 people but after 45 min we were pretty disgusted waiting. Everyone kept going ahead of us and they kept telling us the people at our table got their check but haven't left yet. Meanwhile more people passed us up. I also understand that we had a large party but their rules for being orderly also stink. They kept telling everyone to wait outside, but excuse me it was cold outside and that is stupid. We placed a to go order last night for a couple of appetizers. We placed the order at 8:50 pm and arrived at 9 pm. At 9:45 pm we still hadn't received our order so we went inside to talk to the hostess. Our food was ready and sitting inside and had just not been taken to us. Everything was cold so we went back inside and they remade the appetizers and gave us rolls. The workers were rude and gave us attitude. This was our first and last time going to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Service was poor, the floor was littered with food, it was busy but not so busy that basic service needs should have been missed as there were a lot of employees just standing around talking to each other. The food arrived cold, so we sent the food back. We were told that it was being cooked fresh and 18 minutes later the food showed up (did not appear to be recooked fresh but reheated). The food was so salty that we could not eat it. We paid and left. NEVER going to this location or any other Texas Roadhouse location again. We will make sure to tell everyone we know that WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. The management here has ZERO quality control. read more

Went tonight for dinner and they said the wait was 45-60 minutes. Ok I can see that but after a hour wait I asked them if we would be sitting soon and they said it's another 15-20 minutes. We finally got seated in the bar area and there were six or seven empty tables. My question is why are people having to wait a hour to a hour and half. After we receded, my server did ask us what beverages we would like and we ordered the flavored lemonade which I would recommend. It's very good. So we ordered prime rib dinners the 14 ounce Salad and baked potato but unfortunately, after being served the prime rib, the plate was dry. Two hours after our expected seating time, we received a text that our table was ready. They had texted us by mistake. Another thirty minutes passed and we still did not have our table. We had inquired several times. They admitted that they had made several mistakes in seating us. They offered to sit us at a smaller table. We crammed into the table and ate. If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. It started with waiting 40 mins for a table when we had a "reservation / wait time" that said we were next in line. Then we waited 25 mins for a drink when we finally got to sit down. The food came and 2 of the little ones had steak bites. I wouldn't feed my dog the crap they brought out. It looked like the remnants they cut off other meat. We sent it back because the kids asked for medium and it was burnt. The second time they brought it back, it was honestly worse. Our kids left eating just fries and a few bites of our steaks (which weren't great either). Another plate had a potato that was doused in sour cream when we clearly said just cheese and butter. It then took over 20 mins for them to fix our ticket. We were there for over 2 and a half hours and our kids were miserable and tired. It was truly a horrible experience overall and we will never go back to this location, and maybe not even to this chain in general. read more

Our server Jasmine was spot on! We love coming here and feeling the cozy vibes. The host Jameira was very sweet and talked with us on the way to the table. The manager came to ask how everything was, loved that! Also the chef brought our steaks out personally and had us cut them to show it was cooked to perfection, which it was! I've been to other locations where those two things haven't happened. We felt very taken care of. This place is DIRTY!!! I asked for 3 different utensils and they each came back with left over dried up food on the silverware. There was also food and used black linens under our table from the previous customers which means they didn't clean up before sitting us down. My friend also ended up having hair towards the middle of her mashed potato's. Doesn't even matter if the food will be good. We've waited over an hour and a half after being told a 15-minute wait. The "hostess" continually sat larger parties who came after we did and were extremely rude every time we asked. You need to work on your front of the house. Also, I wonder how it's not a fire hazard? There were so many people crammed in the waiting area, when we were finally called for our table, we could barely get through.
