Worst time management ever! Placed an order for 1 dozen rolls at 3:15pm, was told the order would be ready at 3:33. Showed up at 3:36 and texted "HERE" along with ToGo parking spot number. A employee asked for my name at 3:45. We asked twice where our SIMPLE order was. It took asking twice for them to tell us it would be out in 5 minutes. The salad was good. My lady liked her pork chops. Unfortunately, after opening up my take out container, I didn't see my half slab of ribs. I called the restaurant and was placed on hold for a long time. Since I called at 10:59 pm and the restaurant closed at 11 pm, I was under the impression that I was not going to get a response. The person asked if I wanted to speak to a manager or take out team member. I replied that either one would be fine. I have up after being on hold for about ten minutes. I came here about a year ago and had such a bad experience I haven't been back since now, a year later. The last time the food was absolutely inedible. I came back for a visit, giving this location a 2nd chance and the service was so incredibly slow, we ordered our drinks, waited 20 mins before we saw the waitress again and by time she came back we had already paid the tab on the table tablet. Don't trust the quoted wait time. We were quoted 45 minutes and waited over two hours. The host staffed did not seem to understand the dynamics. The irritating part was the table that we were finally seat at had been vacant for an hour as I could see it from the waiting area. Many patrons were complaining about the wait times being misquoted. Please understand, I've got NO issue waiting two hours if you you quote me two hours. To be quoted 45 minutes and wait two hours was absurd. We like this location because we usually get great service but tonight is not the case. We specifically ordered a 16 oz. ribeye medium; however, we were served a sirloin instead. I don't know if that was their intention to serve us a cheaper steak but now we're left hungry with our baked potatoes in the cold while we wait for them to cook the right steak. No offers or anything for their mistake, not even a bread refill. Well, one hour later since we were seated, they came with the ribeye...very, very well-done. I've never felt such disappointment cutting into a steak. We were told by the manager that the steak would be taken out of our bill but then later we're told that it's not the case anymore. I was looking forward to having some nice tasting "fall off the bone" ribs today. We got here around noon and we were seated immediately. We were seated in the bar which was fine. Our server was knowledgeable and energetic. We started with glasses of Red Oak beer. You can get a 22 oz for only a dollar more. The beer was delicious. Our table had a bucket of peanuts (gotta love those) and even a bucket for the shells. We placed our order and within a few short minutes our salads came out. Very tasty on a chilled plate. This place rocks !!! Well.........then came the ribs.......I wanted them to be delicious so bad. They looked good (see pic) but were as dry as cotton. They came off the bone easily but they were just not tasty. Oh well, maybe next time. I would love to find a place that consistently has a great cooked Rib. read more

Been here before and liked the food. Decided to order take out tonight, it said that our food would be ready at 7:18. Pulled in at 7:15, the Togo guy had an attitude saying "only to go orders can park there," which I responded "it is a to go order." He got my name and then I waited in my car until 7:57 to get my food for the guy to be petty and say "sorry for the wait" in a smart tone. After 30+ minutes of waiting on food that was placed over an hour ago, I am not happy with the service. I don't know where to start. We have been coming here for a long time, and tonight, unfortunately, felt like the Twilight Zone. We came here for my daughter's graduation celebration per her request, and we actually bragged on how good the restaurant was to some of the people who came with us to celebrate. Unfortunately, we were embarrassed, and it was horrendous!! First, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our drink order. We decided to place our full order when our drink orders were taken since we all had time to review the menu during the wait. We again sat and waited for our drinks for another 15 minutes. Most of our party had salads, and it took another 10 to 15 minutes to get our salads. Unfortunately, a guest who came to my daughter's celebration dinner could only eat a couple of rolls and drink an iced water because they took so long to serve the food and they had a 3 hour drive ahead of them. When the food FINALLY arrived for the remaining parties, some of the food was undercooked!! How can you mess up a Baked sweet potato??!!! It was on a Thursday night, but it didn't seem as busy as it usually is. We walked right in without having to wait. I had to send my meal back twice. I ordered filet medallions medium temperature. The first steak was rare and still had a pulse...the second was overcooked . The server asked that I check the second steak. Upon cutting a quarter of the way into the steak and seeing it was well done, the server said, "oh wow it's wrong again". Understanding that things happen, I passed on the third attempt and asked to not be charged for that meal. It took a while to get each replacement; my other family members were close to the end of their meals. A "manager" came to the table and immediately defended the errors stating that although the outer portion of the steak was well done, the center was close to medium. Am I only paying to eat the center of the steak? I would have simply walked away from this experience but I felt insulted that although both servers agreed that what I received wasn't what I ordered, the manager never apologized for the situation. She, in fact, doubled down saying that I should have cut the center and that she took pictures. I've eaten in some of the finest steakhouses in the country; I certainly do not have to scam Texas Steakhouse for a meal. I was the for my sister's birthday. Had 1 great experience a couple of weeks ago, food was good, waitress was great and a poor experience tonight. Took the waitress 10 minutes to greet us, no silverware until we asked a couple of times, waitress really didn't seem to want to be there and gave poor service. By far the worst texas Roadhouse I been to! I got seated at 7:28pm and didn't get served food until 8:55pm... That is over an hour! But the people around me was able to get their food and be out by a decent time. Even when my bar-b-que smoked burger came to me it tasted horrible. It didnt have barbeque, the cheese wasn't melted, onions were undercooked, and actually felt sick after finishing it (Iknow "why didn't you take it back?" look I didn't feel like waiting any longer). We were in for dinner with a couple of friends on Wednesday night and I must say, service was not up to par, certainly not for this location anyway. Wait time was not bad and we were served in a reasonable time. Food was very good, but.....the bread plates came out sopping wet and still dirty. When the server brought replacements, they were exactly the same. My wife pointed out the dirt and dried food but the plates weren't removed and no clean ones were offered. We ended up using cake plates for the bread that we had brought with us for our celebration cake. We left still waiting on the bread we had requested 20 minutes earlier. Hopefully just an off night. So incredibly disappointed! Texas Roadhouse has always been our go to for birthdays and celebrations, and this location has gone downhill for the past two years. We've been in there so many times and each time our steaks are never cooked correctly. We've had to return our food more times than I can count at this point. We are done! I have been to this @texasroadhouse location several times. Most of the time I sit at the bar, even though I don't drink. The reason is the service is much faster. When you go you have to ask for either Ann Marie, or Brittany. They are both awesome people and will go out of their way to help you. They will always make sure that your food is fresh, and prepared just the way you ordered it before they put it in front of you, else they will send it back to the kitchen. Even if I don't come for a few months, they will remember my name, and what I love to order, and it is always perfect. I do like their steaks, and mashed taters. Before you order the ribs, ask them when they were made, just to make sure they aren't dry. The bread and special butter is awesome. They need to sell the butter in the store, it is that great. I have occasionally had a bad meal here, but nothing that has stopped me from returning. I only wish they were open for lunch during the week. #414 read more
