Good food with good friendly employees. They look like they are having fun. The only negative would be the noise level in the place.

The restaurant itself is good in other city's and states. I felt ignored and unwelcome, no hospitality. I was served on broken plates. The bar staff seemed too busy to handle people sitting at the bar. I ordered a beer. Took 20 minutes to come back and take my order. I wasnt offered or served bread and butter. First of all there were dirty silverware & napkins in the booth seat. Second 2 of the 4 small plates they brought us were dirty & they did not bring us replacements. We ordered our food, 2 items were wrong, which they promptly corrected. However my ribs were at best room temp & the chili was cold. Found out that was due to the cheese that they put on top was straight out of the fridge. They offered to heat up my ribs but when they brought them back the were just that, warm. Bartender did not know what a white zinfindel was. His comment was he didn't know how to make that. When I told him it was wine he again said he didn't know how to make wine. Also the margarita was so poorly made I asked them to put grand marine in it to make it into a Cadillac margarita and he told me I would have to give him my margarita let me drink the GM then he would give me back my margarita but could not give them to me at the same time and could not add it to the margarita. Also we should not have our dink in the waiting area. So we went to the bar. There was no bar seating other than a founder chair being reserved for nobody and we were not allowed to sit there and we were not allowed to sit at any tables in the bar are. Some of us are handicapped what the he'll. Then we were asked to leave the bar area until our table was ready. My steak was cooked wrong and I had to wait until our whole party finished eating before I received a properly cooked medium rare steak. When I asked the manager for a discount t for the meal she just said if you eat it you'll pay for it. Most managers will give a discount for the inconvenience. Texas Roadhouse use to be my favorite chain of restaurants but they have significantly gone down in quality since Covid. I feel like their customer service is mediocre and their food is not as good as before. The place is always busy so it must be good to other people. Good food and servers BUT kitchen manager needs to be aware of order of servings: we ordered appetizer and it arrived AFTER the salad ( not good) then steaks arrived at same time as appetizer ( not good). Waiter Enrique was excellent anyway. We were distressed and had steaks sent back to stay warm while we attacked appetizer then salad then sent for steaks. Where was the planning? Stopped by at about 4:00pm on a Saturday. Ended up being seated at the bar because there was a half an hour wait. Food was decent, unfortunately the food was delivered cold, but it was still tasty. Would eat here again, this location isn't perhaps up to par with some of the other Texas roadhouses we have eaten at across the country. So the service here was good the server was nice and patient the place is amazing. Country music was playing in the background and I LOVE country music and the food was very nice. The rolls were nice and fluffy and well buttered and baked and the honey butter was a nice combination of ingredients that make it sweet and pairs really well with the rolls. And the steak is the best steak I have ever tasted. It was well cooked and tender and if you dipped it in the steak sauce. Mmmmm!! And the fries were nice and crispy, they were well cooked and not overcooked or undercooked and were just a chef's kiss!! We used to love it here. Loud country music, great bread, decent steak. Tonight turned us right around on Texas Roadhouse. The service was so-so, but I get it. Everyone is strapped for employees. The food came after 45 minutes and it was ice cold and the potato was raw. We told the manager and she brought us new food 20 more minutes for that. They comped us $15. I am always willing to give restaurants a second try if the first visit wasn't good. Well I have now been to this Texas Roadhouse 5 times and can with 100% honesty say that each time I ordered their Ribeye steaks including the bone -in Ribeye. The meat is always extemely dry and very VERY tough. This is not what you should expect for a $30 ribeye. In addition to that I have ordered long island iced teas and margarita's. Both drinks have been extremely weak and overflowing with ice above the rim. I am done with this Texas Roadhouse. I would suggest you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Also, their yeast rolls are delicious--friendly and efficient staff. You will need to either get there early, do call ahead, or expect to wait a while to be seated. Yuma AZ location. September 24, 2023. We chose Texas Road house as the "dinner spot" for my father-in-laws birthday dinner. We started as a 9 top and checked in via the app/call in.. After check in we updated the host staff that we in fact would be a party of 10. Host staff informed us that we would have to be split up into two tables. Host staff informed us they would do everything possible to sit both tables close together. We informed host staff that we were willing to wait to be able to sit close together since the second table would be consisted of a 12 yr, 09yr, and elderly 94yr. Tables were nowhere near each other. Table 1 consisting of 7 adults (including parents of the 09yr, 12yr) were seated in a 6 person booth. Table 2, two kids and elderly person were seated elsewhere. Once seated Adults noticed that a 6 person table opened up right next to table two where 09yr, 12yr, and elderly 94yr were seated. Adults asked host staff specifically Jim Vasica if it was possible to switch tables. Switching a 6 person both where we were seated away from kids to the 6 person table right next to the table were our underage kids were seated. Jim stated it would not be possible. NOTE: We are all Hispanics. After taking our loss and our group was separated (into two table far apart) we noticed a white Family of 15+ were comfortably seated together at two adjacent tables right next to us. We sat there and wondered why a table much larger than us was able to be all seated together and we were not. NOTE: Wait staff did hear us out and approached Jim (manager) on our behalf with our thoughts and observations. Wait staff was great but advised us that due to Jim's decisions they were unable to help. This ruined our event, even worse Jim was vey rude and didn't give any explanation. Jim never smiled, never seemed interested in helping and we actually felt Jim was annoyed at us for expressing ourselves. My wife and I were visiting our daughter and husband in Yuma, Az. And ate Saturday night, July 9th. I got the Prime Rib, wife Salmon and daughter and her husband the NY steak. we also shared the onion appetizer which was good. Salmon was ok. Prime Rib was cool when delivered, but not what I expect from Roadhouse. Both NYs were very tough... not like a choice cut of steak should be. I've had much better top sirloins at Dennys. The green beans and corn tasted like they came from a can. Yuck. The bread was excellent and best part of the meal. You'd think the line would move up in an HOUR. Once we got there, they kept giving our table away to other parties and they made us wait over 40 minutes. Came here with my girlfriend. We ordered the 20 oz ribeye(medium rare), veggies, a side of shrimp, 2 beers and a salad. Our server was Hayley. Hayley was super awesome. Really nice and kept checking on us. The salad was good. Bread always tasty. The ribeye was served very rare. So, definitely undercooked. The steamed veggies were basically raw. Being a ribeye eater, I'm familiar with marbling and fat. That's what makes a ribeye a ribeye. The steak we were served was half fat. We spoke to Hayley and she did offer us another steak or dessert. It would of been a waste of food so we declined her offer. Anyways, we asked for 2 shots of Jameson. Hayley asked if we wanted a $2 double. We said heck yeah! Our shots came and it was an ounce, if that. So, we asked to speak to the manager. She was so nice. She actually brought us soda in the same glass to show us what our double should have looked like. We obviously got half of that. She took off the upcharge for the Jameson. Took off half of the steak. More than fair. We still left more than a 20% tip because Hayley was awesome. So the food and booze gets 1 Star. Hayley and the manager get 5 stars for customer service. The customer service outweighed the bad food and the Jameson issue. read more

We stopped by Texas Roadhouse for a late afternoon bite to eat. One 20 Oz medium rare Ribeye was ordered to split between the two of us, with vegetables and two Dos Equis beers. The steak was rare but it tasted good. However half of it was really full of gristle. We mentioned it to the server Haley and she offered a free dessert. Unfortunately we are trying to stay away from carbs, so we declined. How about $2 doubles she asked, yes that sounds good! You would think that a $2 double means $2 for a double, but it's explained that it's $2 more gets you a double... so we just added $9 x2 to the bill which came to $65. Normally I would be okay with it but the steak was sub par so we spoke to the manager who took off $4 for the shots and $15 for the steak. Very expensive late lunch for two. They get points for accommodating us. I just wish the steak was better. We will come back again and see how things go. Maybe for a burger next time. read more

I have stopped going to this place several years ago mainly because of the extreme noise. Friends invited us as a going way dinner so we excepted. So even sitting in a corner booth it was so loud it was basically impossible to hear any of our friends. I have been hungry for a good fatty steak so ordered the 20 oz. bone in ribeye knowing I'd take most of it home. When waiting I had a Long Island Ice Tea. It tasted pretty good but not not nearly the amount of most Long Island Ice teas I've had before. When my friend ordered a second I originally thought - , wow she won't be able to walk out of here. Not the case, she was fine and I rarely felt the affect of the alcohol in mine. My steak finally came and was cooked medium well at best instead of medium rare as ordered. I sent it back and worked on eating my sides of green bean and baked sweet potato. Not being upset as it was busy and knew things get hectic in the kitchen. My streak came back out and was rare - no problem since I was already full and would take it home and have today. Long story shorter (so not), I have been reheating it (seating it) in a cast iron skillet to no avail. This has got to be the weirdest steak I've ever had. I've cooked it, turning often on high (something I've done many times to a good steak) and it just won't cook. What the hell. It is still rare. The outside is seared bark but the inside is still rare and there is NO flavor. Crazy. Don't think I'll waste my money ever again at this restaurant. read more
