The food was 5/10 the steak was great but the Mac n cheese was disgusting it had no flavor and tasted really water down not enough cheese and the breadcrumb topping for the Mac n cheese made the texture really weird. This is the second time I've been trying to give the restaurant a second chance and yet again they have no potatoes for a baked potato.... My dad ordered a modelo and it just tasted nasty from the draft. We waited an hour and 15 mins before our food came just for a family of three. The service could improve more we got to the restaurant @7:45 sat down @7:55 and we are just now leaving @9:30 it was just wayyy to long of a wait for my preference! Stopped here on a road trip. The food quality was decent, but nothing really out of the ordinary. Our salads came with our steaks with little or no apology, so we had to speed through the salads to hope for a warm steak. All in all, not better than an Outback Steak house, and in most ways not as good. Aside from those issues, the food quality would have been good if it was warmer. All I can say is skip it. Go somewhere else. We came in and sat at the bar. The bartender came over pretty quickly for our drink order. Then a bad smell walked by. Another bartender came in smelling of stale cigarettes and sweaty clothes. She took our order. I ordered a steak salad. When it came out the bartender said if that's not good let me know I'll get another one for you. It was old lettuce, blue cheese a couple of tomatoes and gray steak that was supposed to be cooked medium. I ate it. The steak was grisly and did not have a steak flavor. We had been traveling a very long day and just wanted to eat and go to the hotel to sleep. I fell Asleep shortly after and woke up an hour later with food poisoning. Since it was the only thing I had eaten in 24 hours I blame this establishment. We will never return. We will just keep driving. read more

This place has beyond a doubt the worst customer service I have ever seen. Tonight was the second time in the last couple of months we tried to eat there. The first time we were seated and we sat for 20 minutes without anyone ever acknowledging our presence. The tables in front and behind us were waited on but no one even stopped at our table, so we left. Tonight we were seated and ordered our meals. My daughter and I ordered salads and my husband ordered soup. Our salads came, but mine had the wrong dressing and my husband had asked for his soup to come before the meal. We attempted numerous times to get her attention, even going so far as to yell out excuse me when she went by our table, but nothing. My daughter finally got up and went to the manager to ask if we could please get his soup and my salad dressing and even then we were ignored, so we got up and left. We were literally in there for 45 minutes and only managed to get drinks and 2 salads andno dressing. Obviously customer service is the LAST thing in their priority list. We were willing to try again after the first bad experience, BUT NEVER AGAIN. read more

This is a low end steakhouse, comparable with Golden Corral. We have visited a few times in Selma and Lumberton. Today the service was good and the server had a good attitude. The 12 oz ribeye was poor and the broccoli and mushrooms looked and tasted canned. The salad had more croutons and dressing than lettuce and the butter they serve with the rolls is not butter, probably margarine. Bad, just bad from start to finish! We were with family celebrating a wedding anniversary. Whiskey sour and long island ice tea drinks were so watered down they tasted like nothing. Baked potato was gray, chicken Alfredo sauce was lumpy, mashed potatoes plain with nothing on them and JD Boubon chicken had zero flavor. We spent close to $200 for disappointments!
