Let me start by saying I don't think I've ever laughed so much just from walking in a restaurant. It's a week before Halloween and we walked in to a Christmas wonderland! Turned out they filmed a commercial there the previous week but it was just hilarious and the staff was definitely having a fun with it which creates a fun atmosphere for customers. We decided to have appetizers and something we've noticed is when your waitress realizes you're only doing appetizers they tend to hardly care about you as they assume they won't make a good tip. We were so happy that was not the case and I wished I remembered our waitress' name as she was great!! More often than not the service can make or break the meal and the service here was fantastic. The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the spinach dip. It was very blah and bland. It unfortunately did not hold up next to the rest of the appetizers or the service. TGI Fridays? No, TGI never going there again. My boyfriend and I ordered from DoorDash. $65 for feast pick 3 and feast pick 2. The pick 3 never came with my rice pilaf, came with literally 3 chicken fingers and the shrimp was ice cold like they weren't cooked properly. The pick 2 ribs had like no meat and was overcooked, we literally got three frozen French fries in the mixed of cooked ones, and there was a single shrimp in the pick two when it was supposed to be chicken. I called they told us we had to go all the way down there to sort out the order. My boyfriend and I said F that, got our money back on DoorDash and threw the order out and used the money we got back to order from another place. I urge everyone, if you are hungry go somewhere else cause TGI Fridays is not it. Would not be sad if this place was shut down.... Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Don't come here, there's a great healthy smoothie place across the lot. And the is priced better. For 90 dollars, you and some other poor sod can experience what it feels like to be arrested. Took my elderly stepmother there for lunch last Thursday. After we were seated it took about 25 to 30 minutes just to get somebody over to take our drinks The place was about a quarter full. We were unsure of what to get and told the waitress to come back for our orders half an hour later she came back What you ordered a full rack with a couple sides and a couple mixed drinks. After we got our drinks the place filled up seems like everybody was getting their food except us We were like the last once again served even though the place was three quarters full in the orders were larger. Even though we got our order in before they did. Didn't see our waitress till we were sitting around after being there for 3.2 hours wondering if we should order something for dinner because that's how long we were sitting there for I was thirsty again so I went over to the bar and was going to purchase a soda after standing at the bar with four other patrons sitting at the bar and watching the bartender go through her cash register a few times and then start making some drinks I got bored after 10 minutes and walked away by then our waitress was back putting containers down for food to bring home. Then she took off again so I grabbed the bill grabbed my stepmother's credit card and went over to the podium ask the guy to cash us out He said waitress has to cash us out. Let him know that we've been there all afternoon and just want to go went back to the table by then a cat waitress was back with an attitude this time She handed me the machine to do the credit card which I handed to my stepmother after inserting the card she was looking at the tip trying to make a decision when the waitress grabs it out of her hand and walks away after dropping the receipt on that table now I like overtipping big time especially when the food and the hostess takes care of you but this rude b****when I have gotten a dime for me and my stepmother wasn't sure what she tipped her because we didn't get it final receipt just a copy of the original that was first brought to the table. So as I was leaving I took the half rack of ribs which kind of stinks because I really like those ribs and I smashed them down on the podium I will never go back to TGI Fridays and I will make sure I let everybody know I know a lot of people never go to TGI Fridays now I know why they closed them all in California and I hope to God they never reopen them goodbye TGI Fridays read more

Mixed emotions. Service was excellent and deserving of a 5-star rating, the food was a disappointment and struggles to get a 2-star rating. Although we had a friendly and attentive server who kept our drinks full and provided some delightful conversation, the food was dry and unappetizing. This place was a complete waste of time. Despite being almost empty, we waited 15 minutes to be seated and another 25 minutes before anyone even asked for our drink order. When I finally ordered a cocktail (just turned 21, so my license is still vertical), they refused to accept my valid ID. At that point, we decided to leave. I would give this location 0 stars if it were an option. Sat at the bar and it took awhile before we were even acknowledged. Finally ordered drinks and an appetizer. Appetizer was cold & not appetizing. We were gonna put in for some meals and another round of drinks, but we sat there for legit 1 hour and our bartender didn't even turn around to acknowledge us. The Spanish bartender was talking to the other Spanish people in Spanish on either side of us but ignored us White folk. Not to mention there were only 7 people total at the entire bar. This is a place that is a bit of a hit or miss. We have been here twice recently and the experiences could not have been more drastically different. I would say the last visit was more in line with what I would have expected other then the screaming child behind us which was not the fault of the restaurant but certainly the experience. The two times we have been here I can tell you they do not bus their tables in a timely manner. Walking through the restaurant to our table we passed several with dirty dishes piled up. Fridays makes the best food if I didn't live so far I'd come here all of the time! Not only is the food good but the service and the atmosphere are just fantastic! This should be the number one hangout spot to eat! The staff are so nice and helpful! I couldn't ask for a better experience every time I come here. This place should be a shamed to serve people if you call what they serve food. Last night we went there to get some take out. I would advise everyone not to even think about anything on the menu that uses chicken strips. They were the worst I ever got from any bar or restaurant. What they serve people is frozen chicken strips that the breading was so thick you could not even get the plastic fork into the chicken strip. They were so hard could not eat them. I think either they over cooked all of there chicken strips cause we also got the Glazed whisky sampler and the chicken strips were the same way and cold. We also got the whisky glazed sesame chicken and they all looked the same and just poured ton of glaze on them. I have read a view of the reviews I'm sorry that they had horrible service but I had the best service and a very good waiter his name is robert. Our waiter took his time and asked us a few times if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. He has good communication with us and our table was very pleased with his service The service was great and we didn't have to wait that long for a table. The food was great and it took a about 10 to 15 minutes so it wasn't that long we had 4 people and 3 kids. The kids food came out first they had alfredo pasta and crispy tenders with fries. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the kids food. The rest of the food came out after 5 minutes or so. We had cajun shrimp alfredo, whiskey burger, rice salmon, and bbq chicken salad. I've been to my fair share of chain restaurants, including Fridays, and this one has to so far be the worst. I literally had to send back every item I got, including my drink. My Strawberry Henny was extremely sour and as for my steak.... The chef clearly doesn't know how to cook a steak. Although they took back and remade my order I was just not at all appeased. The waitress however was VERY sweet and understanding and the best part of the whole experience was her and that she was kind enough to remove my food from the order. A party of 7 - 5 adults and two kids - we sat in the lobby for quite a while before we were seated. While we waited, I had the pleasure of staring at a picked-clean rib bone that was sitting on the floor in full view of the front door/lobby area where the host stand was. The host was nowhere to be seen, as it would turn out because they were short-handed and incapable of handling incoming customers. When we did get seated in the bar, with two 4-year-olds, our server was great, but that rib bone went unnnoticed our entire meal. I had to speak to the manager and point it out over an hour later before it was addressed. The food at Friday's is always pretty good - I've always been a fan of their Sesame Jack Chicken strips - and their (alcoholic) drinks are always spot-on as well. I the app had a option for 0 star, I would say it because this might be the worst TGI Fridays in the whole universe. I don't order Fridays regularly, but when I do I don't get all my drinks. Whenever the driver comes to my door to drop off the food, they only have half of the drinks with them. I ask "Is this all the drinks?" and they reply, "Yep."
