I am devastated that one of my former favorite restaurants had such a serious failure in customer service. When brought the wrong food, the waitress argued with us excessively, telling us that no we ordered fish, not chicken when we had clearly ordered chicken. (I am allergic to fish.) From this point, no one even asked us how we were doing or offer us water refills. When brought the check, we were charged for the fish instead of the chicken (a four dollar price difference) and the manager demanded we pay for "what we ordered". I will NEVER visit this establishment again, after nine years of loyal patronage. I am so very disappointed. read more

I really enjoyed this place for lunch. Great lunch deals ($6.50) and my dish was flavorful. I had the Chicken Red Curry with Green Beans. It was described as spicy and, while it would be for most people, it was just a little hot for me. They also provided additional eat consumers so no complaints there. not impressed. What we got was basically food court chinese food. The folks couldn't have been nicer, but the food we could take or leave.

I've spent some time in Thailand, but I never had a basil eggplant as good as TBBQ makes it. Killer green curry too. Mind you I haven't been to Grants Pass in a few years, but last time I was there their food was amazing. read more

Every time we have company from out of town we always take them to Thai BBQ and everyone loves it! One friend commented that he would have licked his plate if he could have gotten away with it. It's Grants Pass and our expectations have been lowered some since moving from the SF. Bay Area. The food is good and the service is very friendly. We are always looking for good places to eat in the Grants Pass area but they are few and far between. Sooo, with that said Thai-bbq is the best Thai in town. I have taken several friends there and everyone has nothing but good to say about the place. I would recommend you try if for yourself. BBQ spring rolls are the bomb. I had the chicken and eggplant. It was quite tasty. Brown rice is included. The wine by the glass is a good price. The staff were a delight.

Can I give a negative please! I love Thai and have eaten here before. We almost left right off the bat because it was stifling hot but we were trying to make a movie so decided to stay. The spring rolls were good but the pineapple fried rice was disgusting and same with the phad Thai. It tasted like rancid fish oil. The rice was yellow and tasted like it was cooked with fake chicken boulion. My boys didn't even eat and they love Thai. My daughter who was the only one that ate the phad Thai got sick from it. This is such a pleasant place to have llunch. Really good and reasonable lunch specials. The plate always has a pretty presentation, is fresh, and portions are exceptional. The servers are friendly, always able to explain menu items. We eat here several times a week - I strongly recommend it!!! read more

Heard great things about this restaurant but we were sadly disappointed. Food was very bland with an almost a tex-mex-Thai style (jalapeños in a spicy coconut soup) - we gave it a try but not up to Thai food standards. I have traveled in Thailand and love Thai food. Great food and great service. They have fresh garden rolls that are so yummy with the delicious sauce.

After a horrible rossos experience i went to thai bbq for their exceptional and consistant phad thai. It totally rocked my world. Fast fresh and tasty. And the bill for two was only 11.90. read more
