Delicious Thai. I ordered the Thai basil with shrimp. Very generous portion. The shrimp were large and there were eight of them. I think the green beans could have been a little bit softer, they were still pretty raw, although everything came out quickly & piping hot. Bella, This place is creative and their love for good tasting food really shows. We had a new waitress and when addressing our diet the owner came to the table to take our order to assure all selections that were available and she went above and beyond. We have always had our favorite Thai place and knew that we always had that one place to go back to for the best Thai food available and then this place happened. From preparation to skilled delivery of and excellent meal and great atmosphere. We chose to sit outdoors with the cool brisk misters that rolled through the wind to deliver a little moisture in such a dry climate. Tables weren't on top of each other so you could enjoy your own family conversation without having to hear what the next table topic was. The entire staff was happy and that says a lot about the employer also. Happy staff equals happy food prep and delivery. It's a little on the fancier side than I'm used to for a thai restaurant they garnish your plate with beet spirals and a pretty orchid which my kids enjoyed. The food is out of this world we had to go back two night in a row ( only staying in Moab 2 nights ) we had pad Thai & pa- Nang both with shrimp we shared Som Tum last night and tonight we came back for more som tum , pineapple fried rice with shrimp and coconut shrimp. There are a lot of mediocre restaurants in Moab, maybe even the majority. Thai Bella is anything but mediocre. It well deserves the consistently high reviews it gets, with very tasty and authentic Thai and Thai-American cuisine full of flavor, legit ingredients, and nice presentation. They serve some of the best Thai food I've had anywhere, including Southern and Northern California. And their spice levels are consistent with what you'd get on the West Coast, so very spicy truly means very spicy. (Utahns and Midwesterners: Subtract a level if your spice preferences run to your regions' milder standards). The staff are friendly, helpful, personable, and efficient. It feels family-run, with people invested in the business. The cheery, attractive interior, pleasant outdoor eating area, and quieter location away from Main St complete the lovely experience. What an unexpected and amazing meal in Moab. My parents and I love Thai food, so we were thrilled to find one in Yelp with great reviews. We have been on a road trip for almost a week now and this has been our favorite meal. We ordered crispy egg rolls and edamame as an appetizer. Then ordered a combination drunken noodles with a spice level of three and an order of orange chicken for the three of us to share. The portions were huge and the food was amazing. My dad said their drunken noodles are better than the ones we get in Las Vegas at Wazuzu. The orange chicken had a light batter and delicious sauce. It also came with broccoli and white rice. Some of the best orange chicken we have ever tried. We were full and still had leftovers to bring back to the hotel. Definitely recommend this place for Thai in Moab. My wife and I dined there last Thursday late afternoon. We opened the door as no one was there, and the hostess bolted out and said rudely, "go no further!" When we asked for a table, "do you have masks?", again rudely and snarly. After we were seated and eating, she ushered 2 customers in without masks. We ordered chicken satay and fried rice w/ beef. Stopped by here for a late dinner with my family after driving into Moab from Capitol Reef. We were starving by that point and of course I referred to trusty Yelp to guide us where to go. I was surprised to see so many Thai options, we ultimately settled on this place since it was open until 9:30pm and it was super close to where we were staying. The restaurant is cute and cozy with outdoor lighting and seating options, and a welcoming interior with wall decor consisting of the classic landmarks we all come here to visit. The menu has all the standard options you would ever want from a Thai place, and we opted for the egg rolls, drunken noodle with chicken, khao soi, and fried rice. For spicy entrees you have the option of customizing the spice level from 0-5. The prices are a little steeper than I'm used to (for noodle dishes, $15 for tofu, $16 for chicken, $17 for beef, $18 for shrimp) but on par with the local area The portions were sizeable and presented nicely with radish and floral garnishes. I ordered my drunken noodle at a level 2, which turned out to be spicier than expected. It was tasty but definitely kept my mouth burning and had me gulping down water. My only word of advice is to tend to be conservative with spicy level, I can't imagine what a level 5 would be like. The service was truly attentive and outstanding! They checked in on us periodically to see how we were doing and made sure to keep our water glasses full. The egg rolls typically come in 4, but because we had a party of 5 they added an extra one so we could all have our own. When we mentioned the drunken noodle was a little spicy for our taste, they even offered to take the dish back and remake it with more noodles to give us a new dish to take back home. I was surprised to find such an authentic Thai restaurant in Moab of all places and would recommend to other travelers passing through. read more
