I wish I could find decent Thai food in this town. I had Thai Bistro deliver for lunch and it was a total disappointment. I ordered the spring rolls and they were really small and super greasy and flavorless. I ordered a side of sticky rice for $3 and it was a tiny little ball of rice wrapped in plastic wrap and it didn't even fill the rice container half way. $3 for a half cup of rice? Are you kidding me? As my entree, I ordered the Southern Thai noodles with chicken. I asked for medium hot. It is greasy and doesn't have much flavor and not even a hint of spice despite me asking for medium hot. Everything did seem to be pretty fresh which was the only saving grace here. Over all, everything was super greasy and overpriced. I wouldn't eat here ever again. read more

This is my first experience at the Thai Bistro. I ordered the Pad Thai spicy hot to go...it's really the definition of mild upon eating it. I am not impressed and it was certainly not worth waiting until 4PM for the restaurant to open. This dish will be going to the trash. read more

Stand out dish for me is the Apple salad.. So delicious. Otherwise decent Thai food (wild ginger is better)... Friendly restaurant but the prices are a bit high... However, they deliver! Huge plus out here in the burbs... And it's a great place to have dinner and a few beers before a movie at the Elvis theatre in the same shopping center. Ftw! read more

Thai Bistro is absolutely the best Thai I've had in Colorado. My husband and I get take out just about every week (don't judge, sometimes twice a week) and have tried a variety of items on their menu. The Pad Thai is delicious (chicken for my husband, veggie for me) and is full of flavor. Love that this place packs some heat, medium has a nice kick and hot is hot and we love it. The tom yum soup is heavenly, lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. The spring rolls, just get them with whatever you get, trust me. The papaya salad is nice when I'm trying to save calories and is light, refreshing, and has a nice kick. As if the delicious food wasn't enough, what makes this place even more wonderful are the people who work there. Before COVID we would take guests there to eat and the restaurant had a great ambiance and service was perfect. They are only open for take out now and they always take care to wrap up everything carefully, especially the soup. They have hand sanitizers right at check out, wear masks, and limit contact and people in the take out area. One of the best take out places for COVID safety. read more

I don't understand all the high reviews here. It must be that it's in Colorado first of all, and the suburbs of Colorado (all there is out here is Chili's and Outback, and people here think that is gourmet Lol). $3 for two, tiny spring rolls that were dripping with grease and not hot. $16 frikin 50 for a small piece of steamed fish with lots of veggies?! I ordered it medium spicy and it pushed MY comfort level. I have been known to eat crazy hot stuff without a problem. With 4 levels of spice: mild, medium, hot, and on fire, medium should NOT completely mask the taste of the food. My girlfriend had the Thai Plate. It was less than a quarter lb. of beef with about 5 lbs. of vegetables for $12.50! yes $12.50! Yes,, you heard me, $12.50!!! I would have cringed a tiny bit at this, if I was in NEW YORK!!!! but Littleton? in a strip mall?? yeah right. Also, she ordered it medium and could not eat the vegetables and only a couple pieces of the beef. the service was struggling to keep up. Empty water glasses, a forgotten diet Coke request, and chopsticks that took 5 minutes are all contributors to the rating. summary: so-so food, waaayyyyy too spicy and wwwaaayyyyyyy overpriced. Sketchy service, as though two waitstaff called in sick???? The reviews probably were made by people that don't leave Colorado and/or probably don't leave Littleton for food. Unfortunately for Thai Bistro we got take out from Udom Thai last week, which was much better. I ordered the Thai fish cakes which were nice. However my wife had the drunken noodles with tofu for entree and it was bland. Not enough sauce and not particularly tasty. I had the crispy chicken, which wasn't great either. They were more batter than chicken and the sauce (dry) was pretty bland as well. read more

This is a great find in our new neighborhood! Tucked into a strip mall but clean, fast and kid friendly! The staff worked together and always had smiles on their faces! Can I say Yum? We had the red jungle curry, perfect amount of heat for me! My husband could have had it hotter. My 2 yr old ate the pineapple shrimp fried rice, it was a yummy yellow curry fried rice, she loved it! My 5 yr old had beef pad Thai and tried to eat the entire adult portion, so you know it was good! Don't let the strip mall turn you away, we are happy we didn't! Great Thai place and so far the best I've had. It actually feels a little more upscale when you are in there too not like your average Thai place. They are SPICY!! Which is what they should be. Great curry. My wife gets the duck every time and she gets it spicy so I can't even eat it cause I can't handle to hot lol. Pretty much everything I have had there has been delicious. One of our favorites especially for take out. Quick and consistently good food. We lke that they will make the spicy to order - mild, mild-plus, medium, medium-plus, etc. Pad Thai is good, especially the shrimp. Drunken noodles are outstanding. The Thai beef salad is yummy as well. Most of the time the service when you eat in is very good...every once ina while it seems to take a bit longer than expected. This place was just meh for me. The staff of this family owned restaurant were really nice and I liked the authentic Thai ambiance. Plenty of parking, it's located in the same plaza as 24 hour fitness; there is also a full bar and lots of tables. For appetizers, we got the papaya salad, calamari and spring rolls (which are really more like eggs rolls because they are deep fried.) We also got the combination pad Thai and red jungle curry in Thai hot. I can handle my food really spicy and the Thai hot here does not live up to the Thai hot standard of other restaurants. It had a nice kick, but definitely not Thai hot spicy. The pad Thai was good, just a little sweeter than most. The portion of this was huge (could easily feed two.) The beef was a bit dry, but the scallops and squid were good (different from the shrimp only option at most places); we liked the protein variety. The red curry had a lot of meat in it, but the coconut flavor just overwhelmed the other spices of the dish. We finished our meal with the mango sweet sticky rice. Lived in Thailand for a few years and Thai Bistro is a good American Thai place. Love the decor!. Very authentic.quiet on Thursday evening. I Had veggies with chicken in a very light brown garlic broth medium spicy. Rate it 3 out of 5 good but not Special. Husband had jungle curry and gave it a 4 out of 5. He said it was Very spicy. I'd have the veggies again but a bit spicier next time. We'll be back. read more

Great find! Small restaurant with great quality. My favorite dishes are the drunken noodle, Thai fried rice and the roast duck in wine sauce. Special mention for dessert because they have mango sticky rice! Do you know how hard it is to find a place that sells this?! The eggplant and basil with chicken is consistently delicious. Well prepared and presented. As a treat I also had the calamari, also delicious. The cost of both is a little high but you get what you pay for each time. The one downside is that their chicken satay is not made with white meat chicken. We enjoy Thai food and came from Portland, OR where, at the time, there were many great options. We found Thai Bistro a number of years ago and have developed a love/hate relationship with them. The food can be good even if a little pricey. Our main complaints are with this restaurant's attitude and inconsistency. Our take out order this week offered several examples. As a late 50-something patron, I have been called and answer to almost anything. However, to be called "bub" by a 30-something waiter felt a little cheeky even to me--a minor slight. The second issue affected the meal much more. My wife likes medium and spicy while I prefer hot and spicy. We do know the difference and order medium. I then nearly always augment my heat level. The medium curry and Pad Thai dishes this time were nearly inedible for my wife and even pushed my comfort level. Unfortunately, spice can always be added and never taken away. You never quite know what you are going to get here. read more

We moved across town 6 months ago and this is the best Thai so far that delivers in our new area. The Masamun curry and fried rice were very good but the Pad Thai and soup were not so good. I should say though that in our old area we could get Star Thai delivered, which appears to be flagged as best in town by many reviewers, so the bar is very high for us. read more

This is for take-out. The Basil Fried Rice did not look fried. Was regular rice with the other ingredients mixed in. Probably just tossing it, shame for $14. The Drunken Noodle was better but seasoning could have been more robust, tasted mostly like noodles. I ended up stirring in some garlic powder, onion powder and a bit of mushroom soy sauce. read more

Wow, better Thai food here than most other places in the states. I grew up eating Thai food on occasion and always loved it, and they do it will here. Panang curry with shrimp in Denver. Who would have guessed? Yes it is a bit more expensive than your local asian fast food chain, but deal with it. The panang was excellent, the shrimp was tasty and cooked just right, and the rice was done perfectly. Service was pleasant and attentive. I definitely recommend this place for Thai food. The authentic wood carvings from Thailand are a bonus. read more

Excellent meal! Great service. The larb salad was very intense and flavorful. The yum woon sen salad was excellent, as was the papaya salad. We asked for "Thai hot" and, unusually, it actually was! Nice dessert menu. All in all a very nice Thai dining experience. read more

Ordered the chicken pad se ew "hot" take-out. It was perfect! The only place I've been to that makes that dish spicy (or maybe the other places don't ask about spice level). Only detraction is it's a little expensive at over $13 with tax, but sure thought this dish tasted good! read more
